Episode 1 : Who?
It was one bright day at the Hampton Mansion.
The scent of blooming flowers filled the air as it was the spring season.
Frederick
Why do you keep running away from me I wonder?
Yet two people are running around and causing quite a scene.
Hanna Hampton, the lady of the mansion.
While the other is the young duke Frederick Coutre.
Hanna
Just when will you stop chasing me you-?!
The lady turned around a bit to look at her fiancée and shout.
As she did that, the chasing came to an abrupt end due to her tumbling down from hitting a rock.
Hanna
( This persistent b*stard. )
Hanna
( Okay my foot! I just fell down! )
Hanna glared at the duke for a short while and turned away without answering his question.
The duke chuckled and knelt before the lady on the ground.
Frederick
Seems like you still haven't calmed down.
He then touched and lifted Hanna's right leg.
Hanna
What the hell do you think you're doing? Don't touch me!
Hanna smacked the duke's hand as hard as she could due to annoyance. However, he took this chance to grab her hand while staring at her.
Frederick
I was just checking to see if there's a wound.
Hanna
Dude what do you take me for? A five year old kid? I can check it my own.
Frederick
You finally looked at me.
At those words, Hanna had a look of disgust in her face.
Frederick
( She didn't even bother to hide her expressions... )

With a mischievous smile Frederick said, standing and holding out his hand to escort Hanna.
That Hanna's personal maids came.
Hanna slapped the duke's hand away and beckoned the maids to come lift her up.
Both the maids stared at each other and hesitated for a while but of course, they have to follow the orders of their master.
As the two maids held out their hands and Hanna tried to stand. Her right foot twisted and she stumbled.
Frederick who was right there smiling the whole time made his move and carried Hanna swiftly in his arms.

Leave my fiancée to me.
Hanna
Or I'll punch you in the face.
Hanna
( This situation is making me barf. )
For a short while, she surrendered.

The doctor said that it will take atleast two weeks to heal.

I apologize about what happened Duke Coutre she's not usually like this, our Hanna must be quite shy which is why she ended up running away from you.

The duke who was just teasing Hanna a while ago had a serious look on his face as he moved his hands over to Hanna's skirt.

( Ah shit I know I completely messed up but I literally am not one of those female leads or villainesses who's so good at dealing with fictional situations like- )
Hanna then felt her skirt starting to get lifted.

She screamed as she pulled on the hair of the man before her.
Frederick
Alright alright, that hurts stop pulling my hair.
Frederick said waving both of his hands high up.
Hanna
( After trying to even deal with this situation in a way those girls in the book would. )
Hanna who looked so desperate and angry turned away from facing the duke while clicking her tongue.
Frederick slowly moved away.
Frederick
You don't have to feel pressured about the engagement.
Upon hearing that, Hanna turned to look at Frederick out of curiosity from the words he spoke.
Frederick
I will make sure to be a good husband to you in the future.
Hanna
( Shut the hell up! )
Frederick
Then, I shall get going.
Hanna
( Never come back. )
Frederick opened the door and left with a taunting smile. After that, a white pillow hit the door.
Hanna
( Just a bit more. )

Hanna fell down to her bed with a sigh.

This is all because of my sister.

Oh are you done talking with our lady, Duke Coutre?

There's nothing to apologize for, it feels like the lady and I will get along well in the future upon seeing her today.

Frederick nodded and went on his way to the carriage where he was greeted by his attendant : Kael.

Kael ended up getting elbowed by Frederick.

He cautiously side-eyed the duke.

You were running after the lady of the house Hampton like an idiot.

If people of the empire saw you like that they will definitely laugh at how silly you look like.
After those words left Frederick's mouth, chills came down Kael's spine.

Hanna thought as she rested on the soft luxurious bed.
Hanna
( This room is not that bad though, it's well ventilated and bright. The bed and pillows are fluffy and I can tell that the furnitures are expensive. )
Thinking of the current situation, Hanna started to have a frown on her face.

( A luxurious life, I'm even getting taken care of. Just one ring from this bell and the maids are already rushing over... no need to wake up in the morning to rush over to school or even worry about not being able to review enough for tests. )
