The Caller Of The Beasts

Ep.1 'The War I'

"No one knows how this war started in the first place!" exclaimed a Unknown voice.

"Run, run for your lives!" some clans screamed.

"She is too strong!" shouted a warrior of the Anian Tiger Clan.

Everyone was trying their best to stop the Queen, the leader of Kingdom Dusk. They attempted to kill her, but her powers were too strong. They couldn't even scratch her.

"It's her indestructible shield," said a random soldier.

"How do we break it?" questioned some clans.

"Only if she lets her guard down," answered Kairo who was the leader of Peacock's clan.

"Jace! Can your team distract her while we work on plan B?" he shouted, hoping Jace could hear him through the chaos of the battlefield.

"What do you think we're accomplishing, Kairo? Playing around?" Jace slayed demons with his sword.

"I'm not sure," said Kairo sarcastically.

Jace could hardly believe what he was seeing. A dark smoke had been wreaking havoc on the battlefield, killing anyone who came near it. But when it reached Jace, something strange happened. The smoke cleared, revealing the Queen standing before him. Her intimidating black dress and golden hair made her look even more powerful, and her aqua eyes glowed with fury. Jace knew he was in trouble.

Jace and his team were trying their best to keep the demons at bay while the Mages worked on the spell to seal the Demon Queen. As they drew closer, it became clear that if she were to reach them, all would be lost. With her sword, The Hell's Wrath, at the ready, the Queen charged forward, determined to eliminate anyone who stood in her way. The sword emitted a sinister energy, capable of destroying any foe it encountered. But Jace and his team were not afraid, and they united their powers to take the Queen down.

"Hold on, guys!" he screamed at the top of his lungs.

The Demon Queen lurked behind, bit by bit. When she couldn't take it any longer, she jumped up in the air and slid her right hand. A few blades came out of her hand, striking through Jace's team before they could shield themselves. Jace, who saw his friends die in an instant, unleashed his powers into a blast to kill her, but she somehow dodged it, sustaining a few burns.

"You!" she exclaimed, frustration etched across her face. "You were there!" she accused, narrowing her eyes at him. Jace, who had become weakened from using his powers excessively, replied with confusion, "What are you talking about?"

"It's your fault! You killed him!" she shouted, her tone filled with outrage.

"Listen, I-" Jace began, but before he could finish his sentence, she struck him with her sharp needles, conjured from her magic. He collapsed onto the ground, blood gushing from his mouth. With a deliberate pace, she advanced towards him, wielding her sword.

"You took away my only family, and I'll make sure to take away every single one of you!" she declared, raising her sword to his neck.

'The War II'

A sudden and powerful sound echoed across the battle zone, swiftly bringing an end to the chaos. All eyes turned towards the source of the noise, where an impressive figure emerged from the heart of the conflict.

It was a dragon, but not just any dragon; it was a cosmic dragon! Its wings were light yet unyielding, reminiscent of the swirling red sandstorms that ravaged the desolate desert of serpents. From the top of its solid head to the tip of its blazing flame tail, a shimmering aura of cosmic particles danced like fiery stars in space. The vibrant crimson, purple, and blue flames that engulfed the cosmic dragon were a sight to behold, leaving all onlookers spellbound and incredulous at the wondrous spectacle before them.

"Aether? The Cosmic Dragon? What is it doing here?" said the Demon Queen in a low, shivering voice.

As the dragon let out a deafening roar, some of the Anians and Demons began to retreat, heeding it as a warning. Without hesitation, the dragon drew in a deep breath, its mouth glowing brighter and brighter with energy. Suddenly, it exhaled a torrent of purple flames towards a specific spot in the forest, where the Demon Queen was still reeling in shock. Jace, who had been badly injured by the queen, noticed that her shield was gone. It seemed that she had lost focus and let her guard down, leaving her vulnerable to the dragon's attack.

"Now's our chance, do it!" Jace shouted, even though every inch of his body ached.

The Masters of Magic had performed the ritual, seizing this opportunity to save everyone from her wrath. They summoned a magic circle beneath her.

"What? No!" she exclaimed, surprised. She tried to escape, but it was too late. A few white magic ropes emerged from the circle, grabbing her and pulling her down. She attempted to break free by cutting the ropes, but they multiplied exponentially. She couldn't fight against the power of gravity's pull.

"I'll get... my... revenge..." she choked, as the ropes tightened around her neck. After being completely pulled into the circle, she was teleported to the Death Gate.

Jace gave a relieved sigh, at the same time, he was losing a lot of blood. The Peacock's leader came beside him, as did every warrior.

"He is losing blood! Quick! Get a healer for him," someone exclaimed.

"No, no need for that," Jace replied.

"But the poison could kill him," the concerned person said.

"Please don't! I... I wanted this a long time ago," Jace insisted.

The people gathered around Jace, their hearts heavy with grief. They listened intently, waiting for his final words. As his breaths grew shallower, Jace whispered something under his breath. Though it was hard to make out, the solemnity of the moment was not lost on anyone. They knew that whatever he said was important, but whoever beside him heard it clearly As soon as he did, he breathed his last breath, and slowly his body vanished too.

"Jace Heavensdrop, rest in peace," Kairo said with a grief-stricken face.

In the end, everyone honoured him and established a memorial for those who lost their lives in the war, in Peacock's city, which was located nearby. The sacrifices they made for us will always be remembered, and future generations will never forget them.

"The End!... So, what do you think of this story, kids? Do you guys like it?" told Councilor Kairo who became a councillor after the war.

"We do, Councilor Kairo!" the kids exclaimed.

"I know it's too early to ask, but I'm curious. What are you guys going to become when you grow up?" he questioned them. Each of them replied confidently and adorably.

"I want to be a skilled mage," a random little girl said.

"I want to become a swordsman," a random little boy said.

"Me! An archer!" a little girl shouted.

"Such amazing choices, kids. But remember this, You need to learn magic of any kind or combat skills and master it so that your Hidden Magic (HM) can be revealed. That power will become your last name, like Jace Heavensdrop. So, everyone must work hard and earn their magic in the right way. Understood?" he encouraged them.

"Yes, we do, Councilor Kairo!" they exclaimed adorably.

While everyone answered his question, except one kid, who had big, cute brown eyes, he was sitting behind the other kids. Kairo wished to know his answer.

"Sean?" Kairo asked politely.

"What are you going to become, dear?" Kairo asked, waiting for his answer as he thought deeply.

"I'm going to be a Healer," he said.

"Nice choice. So, who inspired you in this story to become a healer?" Kairo asked him.

"Everyone inspired me in their way, but I think many lives would have been saved if they had enough support on the battleground," he replied, sounding like a top student. Everyone was shocked by his answer, even Kairo.

"You are correct, Sean" Kairo replied.

Councilor Kairo's POV:

-Damn, he's right. We could have saved those lives if we had more support. He listened to the story keenly.

I gotta say, Sean's got this amazing charm that just draws people in. He's so confident and charismatic, it's hard not to be impressed. No wonder everyone likes him so much - his charm game is on point!

It's heartwarming to hear about the special bond between Sean and Kairo. It's clear that they share a deep connection and that Sean is grateful for all that Kairo has done for him. Losing loved ones in a war is never easy, but it's inspiring to see how they have found strength in each other.

Ep.2 'The First Leads - I'

Narrator's POV:

*In The Forest*

*chirps* *chirps*

After the conclusion of the war more than 400 years ago, the remaining soldiers of the queen's army made their way back to their home in Dusk. However, their thirst for resources led them to launch multiple offensives against the Peacock Kingdom. This constant threat forced the Peacock Kingdom's soldiers to be on the defensive, unable to focus on other important matters. Unfortunately, the other clans in the realm were preoccupied with safeguarding their own territories and were unwilling to provide assistance. As a result, the Demons and other covetous clans set their sights on the Big Blue Crystal, located within the Peacock Kingdom's palace. This crystal provided a significant amount of mana to the entire realm, making it a highly coveted resource.

In every kingdom, learning and mastering a skill was a common practice among Anians. It was essential for them to score top points in their semesters at the Academy to gain recognition as Heroes of their kingdom. As for the current situation, an individual is travelling through a dangerous forest alone. He has a porcelain skin tone and beautiful sky blue and aqua long feathers with touches of white, matching his ocean blue and pearl wizard-robe-type attire. His outfit includes white pants and sky-blue leather boots, and he has a pretty face with messy cinnamon-brown hair. It's Sean, and it seems like he has something important to say.

"I'm going to become a great Healer of my kingdom!!!" Sean shouted out loud in excitement.

Note: The narrator is allowed to intervene with the characters throughout the entire story.

"We know, bruh."

"Huh?" Sean is pretty sure he heard something.

*Cracks*

Sean swiftly turns his head to a rustling sound and is taken aback by the sight of a looming shadow approaching him. As the sun's rays hit the figure, Sean's heart races with fear as he realizes it is a ferocious tiger ready to pounce. Without a moment of hesitation, Sean's instincts kick in, and he takes off at full speed. However, the tiger is relentless, chasing him with a fierce determination not to let its prey escape. Despite Sean's initial lead, the tiger's speed soon catches up with him, and he is left with no choice but to zigzag around the trees in an attempt to slow the predator down. Unfortunately, the tiger's agility proves too much for Sean, and he is ultimately forced to stop and catch his breath, his long feathers weighing him down. Suddenly, the tiger undergoes a transformation, revealing a strikingly handsome young man with black stripes adorning his skin and a complexion as pure as ivory. His piercing emerald-green eyes lock onto Sean, who is surprised to see the young man wearing an ice-white shirt and indigo-blue pants that perfectly complement his tangerine locks. With a mischievous grin, the young man slyly utters, "Gotcha."

"You know, you should run a little bit faster," he speaks out

"So that the demons can't catch you," he advised him.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Sean responded.

"Tell this to the demons who might - no, will try to kill you," he replied with a smirk.

"If I meet one, I will. And would you mind getting off of me?" he moved suddenly after realizing this and stood up.

"Ah, sorry. I used to play 'Gotcha' with my family and-" Sean stopped him mid-sentence because he understood him.

"I got it. It's okay," Sean replied with a happy smile. He and Sean sat under a tree for its shade and relaxed for a while. When Sean closed his eyes, the tiger boy stood up, on guard even more, because Sean was sleeping under his protection.

Sean's wishful thinking:

Several weeks ago, I embarked on a thrilling expedition into the dense forest on the eastern periphery of the renowned Tiger Kingdom. My primary objective was to locate my dear friend, Daniel, who had been missing for an extended period of time. I recall that his last communication with me indicated his intention to travel the world, but given the considerable time that has passed, I am apprehensive about his well-being. It is possible that he could be stranded in a remote location, unable to leave. Nonetheless, my unwavering determination to find him and ensure his safety persists.Once I do, I plan to give him a piece of my mind for leaving me in the dark. During my journey through the forests of Kingdom Dusk,I encountered a fascinating individual who has since become my trusted companion.

"Sean?" He saw Sean murmuring something. Sean woke up at the sound of his voice.

"What's wrong?" He's concerned about him. Sean sat up straight and replied.

"Oh, it's nothing." Sean covered it up with a smile.

"Come on, what is it you're thinking?" He got curious.

"I was thinking about my friend," he says with a dull tone. "Him again? This is the 100th time you've talked about him. Do you even remember his face or character?" He suddenly became annoyed.

"Yes, I do remember that he is so nice and always caring about me and blah blah blah..." Sean starts his unstoppable speech about his friend. He covers his ears like, "Ah, sh#t, here we go again." He regretted asking him.

"HEY!! TIAGO!! ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME?" Sean shouted at him for not paying attention.

"I am. Go ahead." He puts his hands down. When Sean starts talking again about it, he covers his ears again.
