"Last Period"

He is facing outside the window looking at other families and surrounding him are empty chairs, while everyone is cautious and keeping their distance around him while he is waiting for the time to bell.

After a couple of minutes…

"RIIIIIIIIINNNNGGG!!"

I heard someone saying "Lets go and eat at the cafe." "Yeah sure, Do you know the new realeased Anime game?" someone asked. "Nope not yet…" someone answered.

I tuned them down and continued walking.

My name is Lex Silter, my age is 16, Level 8 I'm living with my sister.

Life with no friends, life that everybody is afraid of you, life with pure loneliness.

Whenever i walk down the hallway, the stairs, and even outside, everbody are keeping their distance away from me, because of my power.

There is only one person that loved me and supported me, my sister, Liza Sitler.

While I was heading home, I remebered a memory from the past…

When I was born, my level is higher than my sister, I was level 3, they were so happy, but when they discover my power was "PERISH", this power is the 2nd most dangerous power in the world, they kept their distance away from me.

My father went abroad, my mother stayed to protect my sister from me, but my sister is the only one that loved me like a little brother even though our mother is keeping us apart.

I can still remeber at the age of 6, I was so eager to touch my mother's hand, at first my mother noticed my hand and scolded me, but in my second attempt, I touched her hand with care, but I didnt notice while I was holding her hand she was slowly disappearing, she was crying and screaming while disappearing little by little. And after a while, I was only left with her ashes.

After 4 weeks the news about the death of my mother is still unknown to others. After the burial of my mother, my sister and my father was talking, unconsciously I listened to them, "Keep this a secret to everyone, never tell a single soul that your brother killed your mother. Liza we will abandon your little brother here, and you will go to the state with me." my father said.

"No I will not leave my little brother! He just touched mom out of curiosity! He is just a kid dad, he doesn't know what it feels to touch his mother and father's hand." my sister responded.

I felt bad, I lost my mother, my father is leaving once again and now my only family are fighting, and it's all my fault.

They argued and argued and after an hour my father decided to leave us, my sister saw me listening to the conversation, my sister cried and cried while saying "I'm Sorry… I'm Sorry" to me.

I almost bumped someone that led me back to reality.

Lex felt like someone is staring at him and was following him.

"Hmmm this is strange, why is someone following me?"

Lex is trying to catch the person who is following him by circling around the street.

After an hour of circling around the street, Lex was tired, and so is his follower, Lex looked back and saw the girl.

"Beautiful Red hair, sapphire colored eyes, beautiful posture, and pure white skin."

Who the hell is this girl?!

Someone's POV

"Hey you! Speak! If you don't speak, then I will tell you something, don't follow me, I'm a dangerous guy, if you keep following me you might end up dead. Okay kid? So long..." he shouted at me.

Suddenly he left me astounded.

"Hmm this boy is powerful, I can feel his aura. He is level 8. At first I didnt notice his level, I thought his level was 5 but I further looked at his aura, his level is high. This boy is tricky and powerful I wonder what kind of power does he have."

Lex's POV

"I'm home…" I shouted to inform my sister.

"Why are you late? You should be an hour advance, but this time you are about an hour late. What happend?!" Liza asked with a worried face.

"Someone was following me and we circled around the street and we ended up exhausted." I answered her, I knew she was worried.

"Who is it, what's her name." she asked curiously.

"I dont know her name, but she is a girl." I answered her tiredly.

"Hmmm……never mind, lets eat." she shoved the topic off and went in the kitchen.

I was heading near our table when, "Ahhhhh Vegtables…..Nooooooooo!!"

~Yawn~ "It's too early, I am still sleepy." I stated to myself as I continued walking my way to school.

"Hmmm I think the girl is not following me anymore...Good good."

After an hour of walking I finally reached SS(Special School).

"It's him. Don't go near him, he might kill you. I heard that he might be the one who killed his own mother…"

I always hear these from people. Aren't they tired? Cause I am.

I was walking down the hallway. Nothing's new people still kept their distance from me. I reached our room and sat at my usual chair.

"What a beautiful girl. Is she a transfer student? Who knows? She is gorgeous." I can hear the chitchat of the boys in our room.

"Everyone I will be your new homeroom teacher. I will replace your old homeroom teacher starting today. So, any violent reaction? None?Okay, continue."

I disregarded what our teacher said. I stared outside.

My classmates were in chaos. I remained silent.

"Good good, oh I l forgot to introduce my self. My name is Linda Reserta my power is "SEE THE FUTURE" and I'm level 6, and—"

She suddenly stopped talking, but I couldn't care less.

"Ehem! Mister sitting on the corner near the window." I think she was pertaining to me, so I lazily looked at her.

"What is your name?" She asked me. I remained silent. One of my classmates answered. "Excuse me Ma'am, he is Lex Silter, he is a dangerous person. He has the power "PERISH."

His power is the 2nd most dangerous power in the world. That's why we never go near him, and even talk to him."

Tss so nosy, I didn't even told her that she can just introduce me like she was just introducing herself…

"Hmm that's why…" I can feel her stares at me. "Hmm in his future he will meet 9 people that will change him. He already found one. Well then I won't disturb you mister Silter. Okay Everyone I will introduce our new transfer student…"

Why does she even care about me?

2 girls walked their way in to the front.

"Hello everyone! My name is Lisha Carther I'm 15 years old. My power is "TAKE OVER" and my level is 5." The first girl introduced. The second girl seemed like her little sister.

"hi… I'm Sophia Carther… I am 13 years old. my pow…er is "SUMMONING" but in...stead of saying what I want to s-summon, I need to draw it. I'm on level 4…" the little girl stuttered.

"Okay both of you where should you sit? There are 6 extra chairs, you can choose your own chair." The teacher told them.

The boys became chaotic and told the transferees to seat beside them. Suddenly the little girl screamed.

"I will sit next to him!"

Everyone whispered. No one dared to sit beside me eversince.

Our teacher caught the class's attention and told them to keep quiet.

"Ma'am I will sit beside my sister" the older girl said. I kept quiet.

The younger girl named Sofia suddenly asked "A-are you the infa…mous L-Lex that t-they are talking about?"

I heard her, but I remained silent. She continued talking, "y…ou can alw…ays tell me things…"

She's stuttering, yet she kept on talking. Unconsciously I was staring at her while my thoughts were drifting away.

"Hey! You why are you looking at my sister like that huh?" I woke up from my reverie because of this girl's shout. Everyone stared at us.

"Um, no, no, you got it wrong! I didn't look at your sister in a wrong way. You misundertood." I tried to explain myself.

"Misunderstood huh? Let's have a duel right now!" She was obviously furious. I know I'm innocent, I don't need to prove anything.

"Sis you got it wrong. It wasn't his fault. Let's just cancel this duel, okay?" Her little sister tried to save me.

"No, he must prove it that he was innocent." Her stubborn older sister said.

"Your sister and I knows the truth. I'm innocent. Let this slide for once. You know what I'm capable of." I answered her trying to convince her to stop the duel.

"Let it slide? No! No! No! I'm not afraid of your power even if it's dangerous or not! You insulted my sister!" She fought her side.

"Let's start this duel for once and for all. So that we'll know who's telling the truth" our teacher inserted. The room went silent.

"Ma'am you know this is dangerous. Think of this properly. I might kill her." I said.

"Lex, I'm sorry, but I think this is the only way to have peacefulness for both sides." she retorted back.

"Well then, we'll start with the duel." I said with no choice.

The whole class went to the arena to witness our duel.

"Lex and Lisha, you have the chance to choose your own weapon. Whoever weapon's will be destroyed first will lose the duel." Our teacher explained.

Lisha chose the spear. I went inside the duel room empty handed.

The duel room was empty. Just a plain 4 cornered room.

3 2 1 Start the duel

"Please forfeit this duel. I don't want to hurt you." I told her.

Lisha attacked me with a spear. Immediately she held my foot. I smoothly dodged the spear and held it. It disappeared in a blink of an eye. And just in time Lisha was in control of my body. She used my own body to punch myself.

PRRRRRRTTT!

"Lex won the duel!" Teacher Linda said.

Everyone was shocked. They can't seem to comprehend. Everything happened so fast.

"All of you didn't notice how Lex held the spear and made it dissapear before Lisha can fully take over his body." Our teacher explained what happened.

"Well? Inno…cent until proven guilty. You w…ere really innocent. My sis…ter lost from you." Sophia told me.

"I guess everything's on your side when you are trully honest." I answered back.

"I'm sorry. I doubted you. I'm just really protective of my little sister." Lisha apologized.

I smiled at her. I wasted some strength but it was all worth it.

Finally my body is in full stregth now.

I am currently walking myself to school, and I can feel another presence near mine, it's the same presence last time. I looked back, and I saw the girl who followed me before, but this time she wasn't hiding.

"Hey! I told you not to follow me right? I'm telling you, you don't know what I'm capable of."

I looked at her, she didn't respond.

"Well then I'll go ahead."

Lex continued walking that he didn't hear the girl's respond, "Hmm his aura is going stronger, but he didnt know that im the transfer student, I will leave him for a while."

I continued walking my way to school when, "Hey! Why did you touch—" I was shocked to see the 2 sibblings.

They giggled and said, "We want to surprise you, because you are always alone. Though we don't know that our street is near your street."

"Why do you need to surprise me? I'm okay being alone. You don't need to be around me, they might think we are already close and remember I have a powerful power." I responded.

"Um yo...u dont ne…ed to worry ab…out us becuase, we don..t want yo...u to be alon..e." Sophia said

I suddenly blushed at what she said, I want to deny what she said, but she is too worried… Ahhh I can't think straight. I kept my straight face mask and told them, "Aren't you afraid of me? People will criticize you, because you walked with me."

"We don't care. We still want to join you for a walk when we go to school and go back home." They both said

I sighed. " Fine you can follow me, but I have two conditions. First you should have 2 meter distance from me. Second is dont talk to me." I said

"What's the purpose walking with you if we follow your rules?" Lisha exclaimed.

"No! We will not follow your rules!" they stubbornly said.

"Well if you can't follow my rules. Well then you can't walk with me" I said.

"NO! We won't follow your rules" they fought back.

"Tsk! Both of you are really sisters. Pretty stubborn." I said.

They follow me until in school. While everyone was more than shocked because I have two girls tailing me and they are the new transfer student.

"Did he blackmail those two girls for them to follow him?" I heard their whispers.

I mentally roled my eyes, of course in every way, I'm always to blame for.

Unconsciously I was getting red becaueof anger.

"Why a-are you get…ting red L-Lex?" Sophia asked that brought me back to reality.

"It's none of your concern." I said.

"Come on she is just worried, why are you shy?" Lisha asked.

"No, I'm not shy. Lets just sit and wait for the teacher to come inside."

We sat at our original spot. After minutes of waiting our homeroom teacher went inside. And she said, "I know this is sudden but we have a new transfer student. Come here and introduce yourself."

I felt the same presence. I looked at the transfer student. I was shocked. I unconsciously shouted, Hey! You are the girl that followed me twice! What the f**ck are you doing here?"

And our teacher said, "Silence Lex! That's not how you treat a new student!"

The girl inserted and said, "Hello everyone! My name is Kate Rilse, I'm 15 years old, I have the power "INVISIBILITY" level 5. And Ma'am please replace that little girl there and let me sit besde him!"

And our teacher said. "Um you can'—"

"Ma'am I refuse! Because I was herbefore you!" Sophia refused.

"Yes she is th—"

"No!" Kate said, cutting of what our teacher said.

Kate walked towards us. She pulled Sophia with extreme strength and she put her chair beside me. Sophia angrily shouted and asked a duel with Kate Rilse.

Kate rilse said. "I accept your duel. If you lose, sit anywhere except his side."

Sophia agreed and said, vice versa.

They both deal with the request and after our 2 classes all of us went to the arena, the same arena that I battled. But I don't want to watch the battle, that's why I tried to sneak away while they are still preparing, but our teacher blocked my way and said, "Where are you going mister? This match is for you. Why are you sneaking away?" And I said, "Ma'am don't bother me, I dont wan't to watch this beacause this is a dumb duel. They are just battling for a freaking chair. Why do I need to get involved? That's their decision not mine."

She responded ,"Even though they are fighting for you, you ne—"

And I cut through while she was speaking and tried to sneak away, but she still manage to block me in the exit door.

"What now? Just leave me alone! I will use my power to you, so you can disapear!" I said

"Are you really going to use! Really going to use it to me?!" she shouted back.

I know to myself I can't do that. I weakly responded, "No."

"Then lets go back now."

While we are walking I jumped at her head and tried to go at the exit door. And I managed to get away.

Teacher POV

I sighed, "he still doesn't know what are they fighting for. I will leave him for now".

Lex POV

"Haa I managed to get away. " While I am walking in the hallway I bumped in to a little girl. I said, "Um sorry I didn't see you there."

I looked at her, her face is full of fear and likely she didn't heard what I said, but judging in her face it is likely she is being bullied by someone. I looked for the bully, and I saw a couple of girls walking towards her and I think they didn't saw me.

"Here a water in your head, and the other girl said. Cool your face Ashley, and another girl said with a mocking voice, "Why are you afraid? Are you afraid because we did this to you?"

And the girl named Ashley is frightened and can't speak or fight back becuase of Coma. And I saw all their doings to her and I tried to scare them away using my power to destroy the bottle that the girl was holding. They were shocked that they didn't saw me, they ran away while screaming and crying.

The girl saw me fighting back the girls that bullied her. She suddenly spoke to me. She asked, "Umm mister what's your name?"

I answered back with kindness. "My name is Lex Silter, lets wipe your face." And I gave him my towel, but the bell rang and I rushed away going to our classroom, becuase of the time and that day I forgot that I gave her my towel.

The girl POV.

"Such a nice guy. Oh! He forgot his towel, I hope I can see him again."
