It is actually William's afton own brother his brother controlled him because he is a glitch
He became a glitch because William and glitch trap (not real name) his real name is Vincent. So William and Vincent had a bad father who always abused them so the father who is named Oliver took Vincent to do experiment on him
So William's and Vincent's father had a lab. He used it to do experiments on human beings to make them creatures that are not safe and then torture them to death. So he took Vincent and started injecting things in him even if growled in pain. And then after not long time Vincent died when he was 7 years old, and he became a revengeful glitch who use other people to kill because of his father
And William afton ran away, but he was also injected by other scientists but manged to escape
He was still young, but Vincent came when he was a very revengeful spirit and controlled him to kill and killed their own parents as well
As William started talking to glitch as friends became a killer without even glitch controlling him
So when William afton became a big man he loved Clara and married her
And also had a dream to make animatronics and to identify animatronics are robots but prefer call them animatronics please, and they are made for kids to have and do birthdays
So William first child was Terrance
Then Michael was the second born child
So william stopped loving and taking care of Terrance and moved his loved that became smaller to michael afton
And started abusing Terrance
