July 6 (2016)

I'm so happy today because tomorrow's his birthday and I have already brought his favorite shirt and a nice men's perfume for which I had been collecting my salary for months..But then, I saw something which totally surprised me.

I saw Alex with another woman. And he was wearing tuxedo!! I mean he always told me that he was an orphan who was adopted by a drunkard and then that drunkard, probably his dad, used to beat him up until he was satisfied.

Anyways, after seeing him with that woman, I couldn't stop myself from losing control and then I jumped in. Alex was obviously shocked to see me. "You've been caught, you cheater!", I said to him, as I grabbed his hand and pulled him out from that woman's arm. But to my surprise, he was quiet and didn't said a word to me. "And you!!!", I started moving closer to the woman, but then a few men who looked very muscular (probably bodyguards) pushed me with a great force. However, Alex grabbed my my back which saved me and he told them "don't hurt her! " (it was kind of sweet) And that woman turned to me and said "first thing, lady, he's my fiancé, second thing WHO ARE YOU?!, and third thing, he's my fiancé so you are the other woman." she said and then waved to the guards "take her and throw this garbage away! ". And the guards started to move closer and grabbed my arms and then Alex finally spoke, "leave her". I'll deal with her. So he finally spoke, "listen, I'm breaking up with you". "But why?".."Because you don't deserve me, not anymore" "let's go, Bethany, we're getting late".

I stood there like an idiot and it started raining just a few seconds after he left.

Great! Now it makes my life way more sadder than ever!

That evening, I spent my entire time outside my home. I was just sitting on a bench and trying to think what just happened. Why he left me like that? Yesterday he promised to never leave my side and now..

I bursted into tears. Other people were watching me as they were passing by, but I didn't cared. Because I'm broke. All the people used to make fun of me but I never cared about them at all.

And now, the one for whom I've cared a lot just left me without even properly bidding goodbye

Am I the only one left like this? Why did you made my life so miserable. I started questioning God and gosh I was angry.

I couldn't believe that I was the 'other woman'.

I suddenly wanted to kill myself but then just in time, my phone ranged...

It was my younger sister, my only family...

I barely had any courage so I didn't picked up any calls and didn't went home...

Then I went to a nearby bar and dranked until I could no more.... I didn't remember much but I could say that I spent my whole night in that Bar and found myself sleeping in one of the tables...

July 7 (2016)

The following morning

I woke up with a tense headache and all I could remember was that my boyfriend left me and I was outside home the whole night.

Just at the moment when I was trying to recall what happened yesterday, my phone ranged. It was Mrs. Higgins. My sister's too young to have her own phone so when needed, she always called me through Mrs. Higgins phone. However, I didn't took the call, for I was still in trauma.

When I checked my social media and other stuffs in my phone. I even found out that Alex blocked me from 'everywhere' he unfriended me from games and blocked me from other appications and social medias. I became way more furious. "Rascal, I'm so done with you!", I murmured to myself. "They must be worried!", I thought and then left hurriedly.

When I reached home, I saw our neighbor Mrs. Higgins already waiting out my apartment room waiting for me with her hands crossed. "Caroline!", she said, "where have you been all night!?...Do you even know how much we've waited for you!?...You were 'outside' the whole night! " "as expected" I murmured.. I think she heard what I murmured, that's why she became even more furious and then without a word, she grabbed my right arm and pulled me into my apartment and there I saw Chloe sleeping in the floor and food (probably my dinner) on the dining table.... "She waited for you the whole night. I told her to sleep in my apartment tonight while saying that you won't come but she didn't listen, instead slept on the floor.."

I was speechless...I don't know why but I became really emotional and tears started rolling down my cheeks. "Listen dear, I don't know what happened but you need to take care of this little child.. We are here for her, but you are her own blood, it's you who she really takes as a family, I know it's really difficult for you to work and study with these expenses and with a little child in your hands but you have to do it, If you don't take care of her then who will?..."Mrs. Higgins stopped when she saw me crying and then hugged me... (for the first time I felt something motherly caring about me) , she rubbed my back as she said,"Okay there there,,, let it go now", I'm here...

After a few sessions of crying like a baby, I finally spoke, "Mrs.Higgins I really didn't-" but she cutted me out and said, "I'll listen to everything, but before, there are more important things to do, I'll be in the next door, just come after your mind is clear" she said so and left...

That day I learned a big lesson in my life..."Nothing is more important than your family". Life will always be warm and nice, as long as family's there. Then I looked at my sister,

"I will be a better sister,I promise."........
