The Covered Portriats
Episode 1
The end of a pencil ran down a portrait. You could hear the pencil being drawn against the portrait in the silent room.
As time went by, it was getting dark. Without any lights in the room it was even more darker. Even more so with the curtains closed.
As soon as Ai-Lin stopped drawing, Lin Feng’s head moved to the side, and turned to Ai-Lin.
Lin Feng
Are you done? I want to see.
Ai-Lin took the portrait, and put it against his body.
Ai-Lin looked at Lin-Feng with a nervous look as he stayed silent.
Lin Feng felt irritated, and got up. He turn to the right and saw tons of covered portraits. He had never got to see any of them as Ai-Lin had never once let him look at them.
Lin Feng took a couple of steps towards the door, and a chair moved from behind him.
He turned around to see Ai-Lin standing up with a ‘hurt’ look, holding into the portrait.
Ai-Lin
Are you going to work? When are you coming back home?
Lin Feng
I will try to come back before 11.
Ai-Lin
Ok… Come back soon..
As the door shut; the room became even more quieter and lonelier than before.
Ai-Lin looked at the portrait’s that were covered with a cloth, and thought to himself.
Ai-Lin
*I hope he likes them..*
Lin Feng came from the entrance. As soon as he looked up, he saw Ai-Lin sleeping on the sofa who was waiting for him.
A smile formed on his face, and he wrapped his smile with his hand and covered it.
The butler and maids who was there could tell how happy he was. Even the members that was near the entrance, in the living room, and those that were personally protecting Ai-Lin.
Lin Feng picked Ai-Lin up and carried him to their bedroom.
Episode 2
A couple of weeks went by, and Ai-Lin was stuck in the mansion as always.
He sighed as he had nothing to do and looked at the window as he stood from in the hallway.
Meanwhile, Lin Feng who just came back from ‘work’ saw him. He had a distasteful look, and had a cold atmosphere surrounding him.
Ai-Lin, who noticed it turned around.
He gave a gentle smile off of his face, and it somehow blew away the yucky feeling off of Lin Feng’s heart.
Ai-Lin
Were you always here?
Ai-Lin
When did you come back?
Ai-Lin
You should’ve called me so that I could’ve greeted you at the entrance.
He walked towards Lin Feng as he talked to him in a gentle and warming voice that sounded like it was only for him to hear.
Lin Feng
I don’t always need you to do that.
Ai-Lin smiled, and held his hand.
They started to walk, and ended up in the garden.
The wind blew in their face which made their hair fly with the wind.
Ai-Lin smiled as he closed his eyes, and turned to Lin Feng staying the same.
Ai-Lin
I wish this will last forever!
Ai-Lin
I love you, Lin Feng!
Lin Feng smiled which made Ai-Lin blush.
Ai-Lin smiled a huge smile along with his blushes face.
As time went by Lin Feng became busier and busier. When he had time he would either sleep with Ai-Lin to get some rest, or he’d try to have some time with him.
One day.. Lin Feng didn’t have anything to do and there was no more attacks from their rivals.
With his day off, Ai-Lin wanted to try to finish his portrait from before.
With a few brushes of the pencil going from here and there it seemed like it was almost done.
Lin Feng who was curious got up, and tried to look at the portrait.
Ai-Lin grabbed the portrait off of the easel holder.
Lin Feng who was pissed became a bit cold.
Ai-Lin looked at Lin Feng, then to the portraits.
Episode 3
After that day Lin Feng kept on thinking about the portraits that were covered, as well as the eyes that Ai-Lin had whenever he looked out of the fence of the mansion.
He gripped his fist, and grind his teeth.
Lin Feng turned to his members with an icy aura.
Mafia Members
There’s gonna be an attack at the mansion!
Lin Feng’s eyebrow lifted, and thought of something.
At the mansion there was an attack from an enemy.
There were gunshots, and a lot of yelling.
Bodyguard
Please stay in this room and lock it!
Bodyguard
Until then, please wait for me!
Ai-Lin who was inside of his art room let go of the art pencil he was using to finish the portrait, and ran towards the door to lock it.
As soon as he locked the door, he ran back to the portrait, to cover it up. It was as if the paintings were a part of his life.
But before he could get to the portrait he heard the doorknob moving.
Ai-Lin stayed where he was and became quiet.
As he looked even more uneasy due to the relentless moving doorknob, a gunshot was heard, and a bullet when through the door.
Because of this, Ai-Lin went towards the portrait that was on the easel holder and tried to cover it up.
While he was doing that the person on the other side got in and found Ai-Lin covering a portrait.
The man smirked and walked towards him.
Ai-Lin ran to the other side to get around the man but failed. During the process, he got caught by the man.
Ai-Lin tried to struggle, but was hit in the head by getting his head hit against the window.
Man
Is this how you wanna do this?!
Man
Why don’t you just stay still and be pretty!
Man
If you keep going on with the struggle, then you’re gonna end up like this!
The man shot the windows, and took Ai-Lin to his face.
Ai-Lin turned his face away, and tried to struggle, but failed.
The man sniffed Ai-Lin and smirked.
Man
You smell like flowers!
He licked his lips from the corner, and grinned even more.
Man
I wonder how you ended up here!?
Ai-Lin widened his eyes in disgust, and bit the man’s hand.
The man let go of Ai-Lin which made him fall on the ground.
With the window shattered, the glass were in the room on the ground, and it gave Ai-Lin some scratches on his arms.
The man kicked Ai-Lin from the top of his head, and some glass went on his face.
He knelt down and grabbed Ai-Lin hair, then looked at him.
Man
Your man is such a coward.
Man
