The following day is the day of the class trip. All 20 students include their homeroom teacher headed of to the wilderness to camp for three days and night.
On their way there, K sit in the back of the bus alone reading his favorite manga to pass the time.
The manga is call from weakest to stronger, and it is about this weak demon rising against all odds to become the strongest demon and rule over all who bullied him in his life.
K love this story because he sees himself in the little demon and hope one day he can become as strong as him someday.
He was so engaged in the book that he didn't notice Allison calling him who was sited with Dean right in front of him.

the campsite where they will be staying is surrounded by many giant rocks near a river. The water of the river is nice, clear and beautiful. It was so beautiful that the students could see fishes swimming in the bottom
Assign to their team, K isn,t put on the same team as Allison or dean. So his day is off to a rocky start.

K after dying at the hands by his best friends, he found himself in a strange place. Standing in the middle of a courtyard surround by demons.
Confuse at the matter, k place his hand on his head to try and calm himself down. but after touching his own head he feel something hard and long coming out of the side of his head.

What are these, they feel like horns
A nearby demon walk behind K and suddenly he feel a Sharp pain from behind.
Looking behind, he saw that the demon was standing on his tail.

K started to worry, he has no clue what his going on with his body, is he in hell or did he die and turn into a demon in another world

That green hair demon from before see that all the other demon are screaming in excitment from his announcement for the demon king candidate trials beginning.

Hearing what the demon just said the once excited demons felt worrisome.
They are all nervous but is still determinte to push through.

But the demon taking a look at k fat appearance and geeky nature shrugged him off. He tells k that someone like him won't last a 1 minute in the trials.

Seeing that all the demons are ready. The green hair demon rise his right arm into the air before leveling it down to proudly shouted.

After his words, a strange barrier came out of nowhere and cover the entire courtyard where the demons are standing.

From above the barrier radiate a red pentagon circle.
When K first saw it, it look like a magic circle you would see in a fantasy movie or book.

Popping out of the dust cloud was a 10 feet large three head demon looking dog with red glowing eyes, fangs and claws with a thick black coat covering it entire body.
The bloodhound unleash a loud roar. Just from the sound K feel like all the bones in his body stop working and his muscles become so weak that he drop down on his knees.

This round is simple. Survive the bloodhound attack for about 10 minute. Use whatever means possible to survive.

the beast begins it massacre. With one swing of his massive paw it ripped apart dozens of demons all at once.
Their dismantle body parts flew into the air and their blood slash down on the other survivor's
Not only was k cover in their blood. But the head of one of the demon landed right in front of him.

The beast started to pounces around the area attacking every demon in sight.
Most of the demons ran around to get away from the monster but thank to the strange barrier.They could not escape the area.
Some of the other demons decide to stand their ground and goes on the attack.
They charge at the beast but the beast easily kill them all.
other uses a different tactic and started to use a strange power.
After a few enchanting words, the demon held out their hand, aiming it at the bloodhound before gathering a ball of fire in their hand.
The demon fired their magic attack at the demon dog but to no vale. The monster kill them in a instead.
