Chapter 1
Today’s a new day at Titan High University.
I moved out of my old state to move in here. I haven't met my new roommate yet but walking around the campus seems nice to do first.
As I walk I saw many people walking, relaxing just enjoying their moment. I had my earphones on listening to my type of music.
Jamming my own music as I sing the lyrics under my lips and turn to a corner bumping into someone.
Me
I didn't know where I was going.
What did he said? Oh right! I removed my earphones from my ears.
I saw I spilled his drink all over his shirt.
I tried to help but it seems he just got more upset.
Me
Sorry, I wasn't....looking.
His voice was cold and distant...I don't blame him.
The young male passed by me walking at a faster pace probably to change his clothes.
Arriving at my dorm, I opened the door to see a girl changing her clothes I close my eyes closing the door.
The red-haired girl pulled down her shirt.
Isabel
Wait, are you my new roommate?
I stepped in and closed the door behind me.
I slowly place my luggage on a bed across from hers.
When will I stop running into accidents?
Isabel
It's okay. We can be friends.
Isabel
Nice meeting you, (Y/N).
Isabel
Let's be best friends out there.
Isabel
I can tell you’re new here.
Isabel
I can give you a tour!
I couldn't reject that. It would seem rude.
We both head out from the girl's dorm and Isabel showed me around.
Outside that's where I saw that same young guy earlier with a new shirt. But it seems he wasn't alone.
What?! Does she know them?
The boys turn their heads and walked towards us.
I saw the way the short guy look at me as soon he turned his head. He was just as surprised as I was. Or was he?
Isabel
This is (Y/N). She’s new to this university. My new roommate!
Furlan
Hey, my name is Furlan.
My eyes shifted to the short one.
His silver eyes locked on mine. Giving me a tense look. He is probably still mad about earlier.
Isabel
These two dorks are my best friends.
Isabel
We go back since eleme-
Levi
She doesn't need to know.
Isabel
Levi stop being a jerk for once.
Levi glances away licking his bottom lips.
Furlan
Sorry, Levi is like that to everyone.
Are you sure? That sounds personal towards me.
But maybe I am overthinking.
Furlan
If you need help well Isabel is there to help you out.
Furlan
Whenever you see me, come and stop by.
Furlan
Wait a minute, Levi. Didn't you have a different shirt?
Levi
I thought I washed it.
Glances at me as his jaw tightens.
Furlan
Oh Isabel, see you tomorrow in class. Enjoy your first day, (Y/N).
I let out a sign but my eyes watched the short male.
Seeing the wind blowing his hair back as he walked with his friend.
And...he’s an attractive guy.
Isabel
Come on, let's go and show the library.
And that’s where I met *YOU.*
That night I lay down and checked on my messages texting my family so far on my first day at the campus. Tomorrow class starts and I am nervous.
But that image of HIM can't get out of my head. But I shouldn't be thinking about that but my studies.
The next morning Isabel and I walk out together and showed me my first class.
My first class was history and I sat down.
I smiled at the professor and placed my bag on the table and took out my notebook as I began to doodle.
Without realizing someone sat next to me not also realizing that the class was full.
My head turns to see a young male next to me.
He seemed rather a quiet type or tired.
I ignored it and continued my doodles.
As the class started and sheets were being spread, the boy next to me spoke.

Do you have a pencil I can borrow?
I dig in my pencil bag handling to him.
He took it from my hands and wrote.
Me
No problem. You can keep it.
I smiled seeing his dead eyes. He didn't smile back but simply wrote down on his paper.
I wanted to say my name and introduce myself but my guts never got to.
When class ended I went to my next one.
Ms. Zoe
Gooooooooooood morning!
Her loud voice hit my face as I enter the classroom.
Ms. Zoe
Sorry! I didn't know you were right outside the door.
Ms. Zoe
Come right in, sit wherever you like sweetheart.
I tried to smile and sat down.
As more people came in, no one was sitting beside me.
The only loud noise came from the back, those loud girls.
Their laughter were...annoying.
Just when the teacher was about to close the door someone stepped inside.
Ms. Zoe
Hiiii! You are lucky it's your first day of class or else...wait this is University.
Ms. Zoe
It's your responsibility to come to class.
As he kept coming closer he saw all seats were taken except the one beside me.
He stood there looking down at me.
The girls on the back call Levi out.
It seems he was well-known in this class already.
He sits down beside me and leans back with his arms crossed and legs paying attention to Ms. Zoe.
I tried not to make a conversation but Ms. Zoe said other wise.
Ms. Zoe
I want to turn to your lab partner and introduce yourself.
I didn't say anything nor did he.
I slowly looked at him seeing he already had eyes on me.
Levi
If you’re worried about that damn shirt, forget about it.
Me
...I know, but I am sorry.
Me
I also ruined your drink.
I watched him take out his phone.
It seems he was focused on whatever he was doing so I stopped talking.
Ms. Zoe
Glad you all introduce yourselves! Now let's start chemistry.
I got my stuff and wanted to say thanks to Levi for not worrying about the shirt and the drink but I saw how he already walked out of class.
Well, whatever for now. At least he told me what he felt.
As I stepped out I turn my head to see those annoying girls over Levi.
But it seems one was closer to him.
I couldn't understand what they were saying but it seems Levi wasn't interested and walked away as the girls follow him.
When my lunch came, I sat outside under a tree listening to my own music again. My own little world that's when I saw a glimpse of that boy in history class.
I saw him with two other people besides him as he had his messy bun. I tried to wave but he didn't wave back.
My smile faded and took a bit of my food.
That's when I was hit with a football ball on the side of my face.
