Alo's fantacy
A prosperous man ( name - Alo, he lost his mother when he was very small ) of 30s sitting on his office table in a worried and unsatisfied look, his hand is on his forehead defining severe tension.
Alo to himself - Why God ? You have given me everything I want. I have no sortage of anyting from car to house to money......yet I am unhappy. Is it because I have more than enough ? Oh God !!! ( Deep sigh )
Alo suddendly watches a small kid sailing a paper boat on the water collected from the previous night's rain in the pot hole on road. He sees how happy the small kid is with just a paper boat. He has no car, no house, no money of his own but the smile he has is not less worthy than a million dollar. Alo recalls how once he used to be happy too with just simple things.( He then thinks of his past and the screen takes the audience to Alo's childhood )
Alo
Daddy I am going out to play.
Alo's father
Okay son but return before the dark.
Alo went outside and started walking on the road and suddenly he sees a house with Devi Kali murti in it and long long decorative fairy lights hanging from top to the bottom of the house. Alo stares at the lights with amusement and wonder. He sees how the pattern of the lights changes and how beautiful those tiny lights looks like as if thousands of fire flies have sat on the walls of the house. He stares at them for a moment and then quickly returns home running.
Alo's father
What happened son ? Your friends were not present at the gorund ?
Alo
They were present may be but I didn't went to the ground today. I was not feeling to play.
Alo's father
Oh I see. Have some rest son. You are panting. I will make you snaks.
Alo
I saw tiny tiny lights hanging from the house besides the departmental store. What are those lights called ?
Alo's father
Those are called Faaairy Lights.
Alo
Why fairy lights Daddy ? Does real fairies brings those lights along with themselves to decorate Devi Kali ?
Alo's father
Ha Ha Ha Ha....son at night fairies comes and bring along with themselves magical lights with various colours and patterns. And they named it Fairy Lights.
Alo
Oh Daddy is it so ? Those lights looks like fire flies. They are really so beautiful.
Alo's father
Now have these snacks and let me do my work.....
Alo finishes his evening snack and then brings some clay from the roadside. He then starts making an idol of Devi Kali

Oh what is this ? Looks like a goddess.
Alo
This is little Devi Kali ..... I made this with my hands Daddy. Is it not cute ?

Oh I see. This is so cute sclupture of Devi Kali son.

Now we also have Devi Kali in our home. Now faires will also bring a fairy light for us at night. Will they daddy ?
Alo's father
Ahm hmm they surely will bring one with them for you son. Now let me cook dinner son. You place this model on your study desk along with your books.
Alo leaves his father alone and he went into the bed room happily and kept on staring at the clay figure with a hope to get a fairy light at night when all will be asleep.
Alo started imagining how fairies will look like and what colour lights will they give him for his little Kali Devi. He is so excited that he started singing bengali traditinal song dedicated to Devi Kali. His father then called him for dinner.

Son are you hungry or will you eat later ?
Alo
( Alo with excitement ) No daddy I am not hungry. tell me when will faires come ?
Alo's father
They will come at night when you will fall asleep. But if you be a naughty boy then Devi Kali will send them back. So be a good boy and stay at home. I am going to buy rotis from Babu da wait.
Alo plays with his little Kali and his father leaves the house. The scene moves towards Alo's father while he goes to buy rotis for dinner.
After buying roties when Alo's father was returning he was thinking of buying fairy lights for Alo. He went to the shop and after negotiating he bought a fairy light set. He silently went inside the house and kept the lights in the corner of thier balcony.
Alo's father
Yes son I am home. Arrange the utensils and take these rotis to the kitchen.
Alo's father
And bring a glass of water for me son.
Alo's father
They have their dinner and then Alo's father makes Alo asleep and then slowly brings the lights and places it near Alo's head and then goes to sleep.
