Destruction, carnage, blood....after fighting for so long Kaizen felt his hands failing him, he swung his dual swords left and right obliterating hundreds of foes as his Astral Energy reserves were running low..he had no time left.

Tears began to flow from his eyes as he reminisced on his comrades, his wife and the rest of the humanity, he was indeed the only one left standing in the Demon invasion.

" GODS!! I know you're watching this! WHY? WHY turn a blind eye to this? i know you're out there somewhere " Kaizen yelled on top of his lungs as loud as he could.

As he stood on top of corpses catching his breath,

space suddenly cracked and a tall man came out of it.

He had long black hair matching his deep black eyes, he wore an elegant robe making him exhude an aura of an emperor furrowing his brows he looked down on him.

Kaizen felt awe and fear as he looked at the towering figure, tightly gripping his two swords. He said to himself " He definately isn't a human then..who? "

" Rejoice...Mortal for i Aurion will take your life." the tall man said with a booming deep voice, A bright red spear suddenly appearing on his hand.

Kaizen's expression darkened but before he could move, his head was already sent flying.

Kaizen humanity's pillar was dead with that humanity now went extinct.

Aurion willed and a blood red orb suddenly appeared on his hand " 10 billion mortal souls this planet sure is small..hmph....wait where is his soul? " he said with an alarmed expression looking at Kaizen's body but then calmed down

" Solara you wench...you sure like to cross paths with me huh...hmph...we'll see. " he then swallowed the orb and murmured

" With this i now have 500 years left before devouring another planet...sigh...the devouring path sure isn't easy"

Aurion then disappeared suddenly appearing on the earth's core and smashing it to bits destroying the earth.

Taking one last look at earth, Aurion disappeared going elsewhere in the heavens.

Deep within the soul realm in a magnificient Ancient palace a young beauty was looking at a particular purple soul on her hand.She had long white hair and sparkling light blue eyes that looked like it could pierce one's soul with a gaze.

" Kaizen Foster wake up" with a soft and alluring voice she called out.

The purple soul started shaking and enlargening soon it revealed a handsome middle aged man with long blonde hair and light blue eyes.

" Huh?...is this the afterlife? " in a dejected and gloomy tone he asked, looking around the luxurious room and then at the strange white haired beauty sitting on the couch with curiosity.

" Errr...yes actually no...its complicated anyway welcome to my Mystic Hollow palace here in the Soul realm, You can call me Solara...one of the Ancients."

" Why am i here? "

" I am here to offer you a chance..you are the only soul to come out of that planet Kai, if not for me you would have been nourishment for..Aurion..along with the others meaning they're done for...unless you kill him ofcourse.. hahah "

" But..why me? " Kai asked with a pained expression.

" I'll tell you the truth...before you died i noticed you have a purple soul thats why i saved you. Purple souls are the strongest type of souls which is also the rarest one in the universe..i too possess a purple soul. You know what this means right? it increases your chances of ascending to Godhood " Solara explained with a smirk on her face.

" Godhood? if i become a God then maybe.." Kai thought.

" Now the chance i'm talking about is Reincarnation. It's gonna be risky kai you could luck out and be birthed in a good planet in a good family orr....a cow ooh maybe a dragon hahah but seriously...we're going to leave it to fate..sigh..are you ready? "

" Before that tell me about Aurion " Kai replied as his eyes shone with bloodthrist.

" As Ancients we signed a soul contract forbiding any one of us to speak about the other to outsiders....but i can tell you briefly about him "

" Aurion Martell 2nd Ancient also known as the Devouring Ancient with his army of monsters and demons he destroys and absorbs worlds to quench his power that is all " Solara explained as she took candy? and put it on her mouth.

After sometime Kai sighed and stood up " Okay i've decided i'll become a God and kill that bastard "

Solara laughed as she heard him speak almost choking on her candy " Kai oh Kai..cough..cough.. haha if anyone heard what you just said they would probably sh*t themselves from laughing, anyway its your decision to do what you want with your second life "

Solara extended her arm to kai and said " For making me laugh i'll give you a parting gift. Here shake my hand. "

As Kai touched her soft hands he suddenly turned back to the purple soul, she then sprinkled some crystal dust on the soul which made it emitt a divine golden aura.

A beautiful small blade suddenly appeared on her hand and she cut her wrist, golden blood came out and used it to draw symbols on the air suddenly a white portal suddenly emerged.

" With this you'll be able to survive throughout your journey, a pity i can't give you anything more...sigh.. maybe fate will smile on you and be safe. If it's meant to be...it's meant to be maybe we'll meet again " Solara smiled as she tossed the purple soul in the white portal.

" Sh*t " Solara cursed as she held her head, " I forgot to tell him the one consequence of reincarnation : No afterlife..well, i'll tell him when i see him again....i hope... "

Somewhere inside a universe in the big world of Thule, in the late hours of the night during the full moon, a beautiful young woman was struggling to give birth. She was on death's door, sweating profusely, very pale and loosing blood at an alarming rate.

" Quick increase your healing rate Grashia! , Ester call the lord "an elderly midwife said to her colleagues earnestly.

Ester quickly ran outside the room hurriedly, later she returned with a tall handsome man about 6.2 ft he wore a beautiful and elegant black robe and had thick short raven-black hair creating an aura of intensity and mystery around him coupled with his strange crimson red eyes that seem to shine if one could look closely and a short beard.

He had a distressed expression quickly sitting close to his wife and held her hand, " You'll be alright Lucia " he said kissing her hand and caressing her black-red hair as if to calm her down.

Suddenly cries filled the room, " My lord it's a boy! A healthy baby boy! thank the Gods he came out alive! " The elderly midwife said smiling at the man while holding the baby. " Miss lucia is now stable. " Grashia abruptly uttered as she stood"

Feeling some slight pressure relieved from him the man sighed and smiled as he took the crying baby,

" Finally an heir...the Gods have not forsaken our Ashborne Family. " He thought.

" Leave! I want to have some time with my child and wife alone " he said in a deep authoritative tone.

As the midwives left, he turned to his wife who was looking at him weakly, he handed her the crying baby who still had not opened his eyes.

"Hush now mama is here...look at our son Darius handsome, isn't he? He looks just like you. " Lucia said as she chuckled weakly looking at her husband.

The baby had finally calmed down as he fell asleep. "What do you want to name him? " Darius replied as he smiled, looking at his wife and son.

Lucia seemed to be thinking, a thought instantly appeared on her mind. " Kai.... Kaizen" she muttered under her breath and looked at the sleeping baby on her arms.

" Your name will be Kaizen…Kaizen Ashborne. " She spoke and then looked at her husband.

" Kaizen huh...has a nice ring to it, I like it. " Darius replied smiling but then suddenly frowned and asked, "How....How long do you have? "

"2 years at most if I'm lucky... "

Darius' expression turned solemn and suddenly hugged both of them, in a low tone he said, " I'm sorry darling…I tried everything...maybe if I look- "

"It's okay love...it's a miracle i lived for so long and got to bear your child. I've been with this illness since childhood…sigh…maybe we'll find a cure in the future. " She replied slightly giving herself hope

After speaking to each other for some time Darius left to retire to bed leaving his wife and child sleeping.

Being woken up by the bright sunlight illuminating from the window Kaizen finally opened up his eyes.

" Mmh where am I?...Solara! " He suddenly remembered from his old memories of how he met her in the soul realm.

"Aaah I see... Reincarnation huh " He thought. Slightly turning his small body on the bed he tried to stand up but sadly failed "Cr*p" he cursed inwardly as he hit is head on his cradle.

" Ouch! " Instead of the word coming out of his mouth, a cry came out instead.

Hearing the cry a beautiful but pale young woman came to his aid, of course the woman was Lucia. " Hush, hush little Kai, don't worry mama is here now, sorry for leaving you all alone. " She said in a soft and soothing voice picking him up.

Hearing her voice Kai calmed down and looked at her, she had black-red straight hair that cascaded down her back in a sleek, glossy waterfall each strand perfectly aligned. She had a beautiful round face and dark eyes that seemed to have experienced a lot of hardship. She also had a small mole near her lips which enhanced her beauty even more.

Kai was dazed this person was his mother? He felt warmth inside his heart. In his past life he grew up in an Orphanage, he never knew his parents and never had any parental figure.

" I can understand her! Wait do people in both worlds speak the same language? No...this must be Solara's gift...maybe. "

Opening the door Darius walked in " Is he okay? " He asked looking at the mother and son pair.
