Prologue
In the long run of life— struggling to find eternal happiness, I met you.
You were different, you were alive—but living like a dead. Without an ambition, without having a reason to live. You lived, because you had to.
And I, I wanted to be the reason for you to live—Because you deserved to live. And In the end, I succeeded.
But.. When we met again, so many things changed. You loved me crazily — And I couldn't love you back.
Because you turned out to be my professor.
A monster that feeds on human blood—That's how you introduced yourself when we first met.
I offered you my blood - you denied. You said that I'd be the last person you'd ever hurt. It was me — who insisted. Because I had the strong desire to help you. Because I couldn't bear to see you in pain.
I often wondered - what love was. And what happens when you're in love.
It was you- making me curious about love for the first time. You said — Love can cure all diseases. And that lingered in my heart. ...And I was your cure, your panacea.
The perfect definition of love—Can never be found. Because It's a feeling that cannot be expressed in words. A tingling sensation— or it can be like opium, paralysing rationality. Everything feels permissible – when you're in love.

Sinning never felt so good before.. Every moment we spent together, lingered deep inside my heart. How many times I wished that time would stop at its track.. And I'll be in you arms forever.
How many times, I wished that we met under a different circumstances. I wished that I could express the feelings that has been buried deep inside my heart for a long time..

I never looked at you like a prey looking at its devourer. I loved you more than I ever loved a human. And I will continue loving you.
Because I know, that as long as I'm living, you will always have your eyes glued on me.

Jealousy
According to the students - Lucifer, he is the youngest professor of our university.
It's supposed to be his 29th birthday – The students of our department have all turned up, to celebrate that. But I know - that he's actually 127 years old.

When we reached at the backyard of his groove, his fingers tighten around my wrist, not so fiercely, as he didn't want to hurt me—But it was strong enough for me get a hunch of his swirling anger.
Or, perhaps — It was jealousy. He dragged me to a corner, where my back faced the wall, and beside me, there was another wall.
His hand blocked the only way for me to get freedom. I gasped nervously – It's a habit, biting the lower lip when I'm nervous.
Which seemed to agitate him even more, his brows frowned – The bony fingers of his cages my chin–I'm forced to meet his eyes.

"...Let me go."
I murmured. Peeking at his facial expression from the corner of my eye. Of course - He's handsome in black, his emerald green eyes... they attract me so much; those refined lips, and the perfect nose, pointy chin, long eyelashes.. are extremely alluring.
Despite his charms, he's a good guy, I've never been taken care of so much.
Not before I met him... His eyes remained glued on me ever since. I can't deny that I love him. But it can't be helped. We're not meant to be together.
Because - He's my professor; and a vampire. Falling for him.. Is a grave sin. – I can't give in to the pleasure of forbidden love.
But, I can't reject him firmly, either.
As if reading my thoughts, his lips formed a gentle smile – His frown disappeared.

I know, I really do. Though I had no idea that.. Only a hug shared with my childhood friend - Can agitate you to this extend. I just wanted to live a simple... peaceful life—And get into an arranged marriage after graduating this year.

No, I shouldn't be talking to him so softly. I'll settle this matter today itself.

The lips crashed on mine—Pulling me into the whirlpool of unknown emotions – Surprise, anger, helplessness, pleasure – and the regret of sinning.
My hands, over the head–Caged in his grip, his fingers trailing down my chin, caresses my neck. A lump in the throat – trying to subdue the unknown sensation..
Oh, the heartbeat doesn't know how to slow down... Running like an untamed horse.
His lips move so skillfully - Allowing me to breath, but making sure I'm unable to utter an word of protest.
Beads of sweat wetted my forehead - The eyes turning teary, I barely contained myself.
It isn't because I hate what he's doing to me—It's a different feeling. A feeling that cannot be expressed.
"Chu." As he had enough, finally, our lips separate with such erotic sound. And I had my eyes shut—my cheeks are burning.
I, I don't know how to look at him anymore.. It's embarrassing. My first kiss being taken like this.
I could feel his grip lighten on both my chin and wrists. My hands clasped against my chest, like a shield.

"Open your eyes."
How could I—I, I want the events of the past few minutes to be nothing but a lucid dream.

"Let my love form into a downpour, to nourish your heart, marmot — I love you, forever and ever, I can even marry you tomorrow, or today itself."
What was that—? Astonished, I opened my eyes—His charming smile welcomed me. The cheeks heated up.

"Does this sound like a proper confession? Since I stole your first kiss; then let me be your one and only. I'd happily take the responsibility."
Before I could response – He pulled me into an embrace. His fingers lovingly caressed my hair.

"Please love me back."
Are the last words he whispered into my ear, and I requested him that we had to head back to the party before someone can spot us. ...He already knew my answer.

Ayse, Murat and I had been childhood friends. Murat and Ayse are cousins. Living in the same neighbourhood.
Ah, Murat— Professor was jealous because I and Murat hugged - I invited him for the party. For God's sake, It's been three years since Murat and I last met-
Being a bright student, he's settled himself in England, The Oxford University took him in. How lucky he is!

"You think too much. It was a mere coincidence, Love.. Where's Murat?"
I'm not ready to share this with her, not yet. I'll apologise to her for hiding it, later. I know she'll understand.
Ayse frowned in dissatisfaction, but didn't press me further. Her lips pursed as she answered.

"Gone home first, too tired. Though, I also wanna throw myself on the bed, at this point."
My little finger clasped hers, and I began swirling it — Finally being able to bring a chuckle on her face.

"...Childish."
She murmured, and we broke into a laughter. ...I'm lucky to have her as my friend.
Inside my bedchamber, midnight.
Obviously, I turned off the lights, in order to not get caught by my parents. They probably won't let me write the novels—If they knew. It's a secret.
Though, Ayse and Murat knows about this. And Ayse's a fan! She really inspires me!
However, Murat always votes, gifts, subscribes and likes my stories. Though, he never can tell what I wrote when I ask if he enjoyed reading those.
He can't tell. Because he never read those. . . . He only wants to cheer me up.
The ajar windows let in some fresh air from time to time, the moonlight enlighten my skin, my ocean blue eyes glisten, the lips part into a fruitful smile.
Writing never fails to make me smile.

The next morning, nine passed thirty nine. University campus.
Seating on the the grass while cuddling my bag, is a good way to think the plot of my stories.
I don't know why I'm chuckling. From the music department buildings — someone plays the violin flawlessly, the music slowly runs in the background, soothing my eardrums.
Romantic violin plays really lighten my mood...
And romance reminds me of... Murat, I like his hair so much.
I still remember, ...how I used to find excuses to touch his hair or caress them.
I really missed him. Being an year older, he's graduated now. ...I just hope He won't disappear again.

I just realised that my eyes were shut for so long, and when I opened them, Murat was seating beside me.

I spat with a stern face. Of course, I'm lying.

"That's a pity. But I did miss you, ...very much."
He chuckled, and I couldn't help but did the same.. I can't believe, he's actually still single, ...when he's so good at lip servicing.

"Wait. Did you, by any chance, tell the gate keeper - that Leyla Feray, the daughter of the largest share holder of this university, is you girlfriend, to get in — Again?"

"Evet~ (Yeah~)"
