There was a knock on the door which brought him back to his senses and he quickly tried to wipe his tears which did not go unnoticed by the other person.

The Kim family, the name itself symbolized power and wealth. The Kim family was one of the oldest families with a wide range of businesses. The Kim family grew further thanks to the brilliant heirs.

Park Jimin a dominant omega and an idol in yoongi's company, well to be precise he was an idol. Park Jimin was the heir of the park family, he was uninterested in taking over their family's name and ran off to become an idol and that's where he fell in love with Suga Aka yoongi. It was Jimin who fell for yoongi at first sight, after getting to know that yoongi was none other than the cousin of his best friend it was still easier. He wooed yoongi day and night and finally the latter confessed his love. They managed to get their family's approval and engaged. As the park family moved abroad, Jimin stayed back with his fiancé.

Is father doing fine ? is his health all okay? ( he asked with a tint of worry, Mr.Kim was always very healthy, but with his growing age a slight illness can make him go all weak and the Kim family was extra cautious about it)

He is upset about not being able to keep a promise, He was crying.

What promise eomma... Is there anything we can do (Namjoon asked in a gentle tone)
Everyone was now eager to know about the promise that their grandpa made. They all stopped eating and looked up at Aera to know what exactly made their grandpa so sad.

The entire family's gaze landed on Kim Taehyung, by now everyone knew the reason for Mr.Kim's dilemma. Kim Taehyung was the only suitable candidate for the marriage, but it was next to impossible to talk to him. Every person be it an omega, alpha or a beta every person whose eyes that saw Taehyung would fall head on heels over him.
Countless pursuers, but Kim Taehyung never batted his eyes on anyone. There was no one who could get his attention. This doesn't mean he had never dated anyone or was a V¡rgin. Taehyung had dated a few, back when he was abroad for studies, and that to due to his mother's continuous insistence. The dating lasted for only a few days, the longest being 11 days.
He did have a few hookups now and then. Being an Enigma it was difficult to keep his urges, but it doesn't mean Taehyung was a Playboy. He never went sleeping around, he did it only it was very necessary for him to do so, and after becoming a businessman he never had any sort of relationship with anyone either be it romantically or sexually.

And That's how the dinner came to an end. No one could still believe what they heard. The parents were happy by their son's decision. Well Taehyung never spoke anything carelessly and that's the reason no one asked Taehyung again. Aera and boram informed Mr.Kim about what Taehyung said, and he was more than delighted. But there was someone who still had some doubts, and he was the only one who had the courage to knock on Taehyung's door.

It's not like Taehyung never tried, But he never felt the love that his brother was talking about. He had a perfect family and their selfless love, and he was happy about it. But when it came to a romantic kind of love all he got was selfishness. Some wanted him for his good looks and Some for his wealth. Expectations were what others had on him, and he couldn't find the love that everyone talks about, and eventually he gave up.
Namjoon spoke for a few more minutes and went back to his room. Maybe this is not all bad. This might be an arranged marriage, but who knows it might work for him that's what namjoon thought.

The younger son had followed his father's principle, but after Mr. Jeons death he had to abide by his mother's wish and marry her choice. Jeon jaehyu the younger son was in along with his brother in the family business. He had two children an omega daughter Jeon Rae and an omega son Jeon Jungkook.
Jeon Rae a two faced white lotus despised her younger brother the most just because he was more beautiful than her. Following her grandmother and mother and enjoying the status she was spoiled rotten.
The omega son he had was not from his official wife but from the women who he loved the most, but sadly she passed away after giving birth to him and jaehyu had fought for his son to be with him.
Jungkook was an understanding and kind person, he was innocent but not stupid. His father loved him the most, and he understood to what extent his father had gone for him. To protect him his father had kept him away in a boarding school, and he came back only during vacations.
Other than Jaehyu the entire family despised Jungkook, the reason was that he was an illegitimate child and an omega. Jeon's were stereotypical and a male omega according to them was a disgrace
The elder sons of Jeon had an alpha son Jeon James who was an apple of the eye for the family. He was an only alpha and hence was more privileged, but alas he was good for nothing and a play boy who liked to harass and bully people and show off his wealth.
Finally, the beta daughter had an omega Choi Sara and a beta daughter Choi Karen who as their mother were nothing but greedy and had a shallow character. After divorcing Mr. Choi they entered the Jeon family and settled down here pleasing the Jeon's and grabbing every opportunity.
In Short other than Jeon jaehyun and Jeon Jungkook, the Jeon family can be summed up as a bunch of greedy and shallow people combined to form a family.

After a lot of discussion, mostly weighing their benefits Mrs.Jeon declared Jeon Rae would marry into the Kim's. Jaehyun protests were all in vain. He was thankful at least it was not his Jungkook that had to be married.
