June jiu, popularly known as joonju is a 16 year old student who is depressed, she has had so many thoughts of suicide and almost tried it once but the thought of her mother made her stop. She is followed by a suicide demon and so from time to time her craving for death seems a lot stronger, so she is given a guardian angel named Haru who was actually her childhood friend that died years ago. now Haru struggles to help her survive.

First day of second semester in Senior highschool class 2D june jui is walking into school alone as usual when popular queen bee miko walks in front of her trying to scare her and as introverted as she was she couldn't help feeling stupid and helpless as this wasn't the first time

*miko* "hey idiot why are you back I thought you would have died by now... what you want to stab me or yourself"

*June jiu* (silently crying)

*miko* (raises her hand to slap jiu)

*haru* "don't touch her"

Haru

*miko* "oh what's this, joonju now has to be protected, how sweet... you worthless little Coward" (kicks jiu)

In all of the tension, haru slapped miko and said " if you ever try this again, it will be the end of you"

shivering and panicking jiu followed this strange boy that had helped her even if show didn't know his name

later after getting away from miko the two settled in class sitting next to each other jiu decided to break the silence and say something...

*Jiu * " Thanks for helping me back there"

*Haru* "It's okay, but she was really being unnecessary, how long has she been bullying you"

*Jiu* " since we were back in kindergarten, she's always hated me and she didn't hesitate to show it"

*Haru* "oh, well if you need me I'll always here for you okay"

*Jiu* " u-uokay "

*Haru* "I'm haru by the way"

*Jiu* " I'm jiu... June jiu*

*haru* "I'll call you ... joojoo, are you okay with that?"

*jiu* (nodds)

*haru* (smiles) "cute"

*jiu* (blushes)

*haru* "oh but you're so short little jiu"

*jiu* "I'm not short"

*haru* (laughs)…………

later that day jiu and haru chatted and got to know each other, but when ever jiu asked about haru's background, he wouldn't say anything and just suddenly look sad jiu thought maybe it was that his story was dark and sad but that wasn't the case, haru wasn't human.

*haru's POV* 'she shouldn't know the truth, what she doesn't know won't hurt her... june jiu, my childhood friend, how I have missed you all these years, I was so lucky to be appointed to you, but I had no idea you were this badly hurt after I died I was allowed only to whisper goodbye into your ear at the last second, and since I was pure of heart I was made an angel however I always knew I still missed you even if we were just kids back then-

My little June jiu is now a suicide soul now it's up to me to bring you back before it's too late,

For you I'll try my best!!! '

*jiu* it was so nice of haru to help me it was very shocking when he said he wanted to be friends, but why do I feel like I've known him before………

*wandering around her balcony was jiu staring into the stars, her mind was quite blank and she was feeling lonely staring into the quiet night when familiar voice called out to her*

(haru) hey jiu

(haru) what are you doing

(jiu) nothing much, I just can't sleep

(haru) have you tried counting sheep

(jiu) haru seriously

(haru) I don't know I'm board

(jiu)*gazing at the stars* did you know, a lot of people believe that the stars are actually our ancestors and loved ones that have passed away staring down at us

(haru) yes but you know that isn't true

(jiu)yes but it's nice to have an imagination that runs free and wild

(haru) you seem a lot more calm than usual

(jiu) yes I know it even surprises me, but I still feel tempted to suicide,I just want to let go of everything you know?and leave my world behind leave the pain behind

(haru) what do you mean

(jiu)well there was a child hood friend of mine, his name was haru saka he. usually went by saka so everyone forgot about his other name, well, except me...

saka died some time after we got to know him he fell off a building trying to save my life because even at 8 I still wished for life to end but he was my best friend and even he too left me...

(haru) oh...*realises that was him*

(jiu) yeah... *crys* I wish he didn't go... things would have been so much easier

(haru) it's okay, I'll always be by your side

(jiu) *hugs haru in tears*
