MOONLIGHT IN THE MORNING
Episode 1
Deep in the forest of Sikora; there’s a hidden castle no one has ever found. In this castle lives a young boy whose fighting against an aggressive case of bone cancer and the only thing that has been helping the boy is the fresh air and a great friend in a dragon he’s named Xiao.
The name of this boy is Moonbin and he’s been in this castle for the last three years along with his personal doctor Fah Sheng and his husband Prince.
“MOONLIGHT IN THE MORNING”
Fah Sheng
Since Moonbin’s been diagnosed with bone cancer his body hasn’t been able to fight against the disease in the city; so I decided to bring him to the castle deep in the forest Sikora along with my husband and his friends so that Moonbin can recover without all that noise.
Prince Sheng
I just finished making a healthy breakfast for Moonbin while he’s still sleeping since he’s been doing chemotherapy through injections in the spot where the major tumor is located
Moonbin
I just woke up when I heard Fah walking up the stairs and I knew that it was time for another round of chemo before I head downstairs for breakfast
Moonbin
I know it’s you Fah. There’s no reason for you to knock on my door
Fah Sheng
You might be still sleeping
Moonbin
Why would I still be sleeping when I’m constantly in pain?
Fah Sheng
There will be a matching bone marrow donor so you won’t be in constant pain
Moonbin
When will that be (Climbs out of bed)
Fah Sheng
I just got a call from the hospital saying they just found a match for you. We just need to schedule the surgery and get you to the hospital
Episode 2
Yuan Zong
Xai Yao and I have been asked to look after Moonbin’s safety while he’s looking through the city when he’s strong enough. When I first met Moonbin was three years ago when he was first hospitalized for his first treatment; but that was before Fah Sheng took over his case
Prince Sheng
Hey Yuan. Have you seen Moonbin yet?
Yuan Zong
Fah went upstairs to give Moonbin’s morning chemo
Prince Sheng
I really hate seeing Moonbin being so wore out like this
Xai Yao
He’s been going through this treatment for three years, and it looks like he’s getting stronger since he’s been here in the forest
Prince Sheng
The hospital called Fah
Yuan Zong
What did they say? (Drinking a cup of tea ☕️)
Prince Sheng
(Placing breakfast on the table) They said they finally found a matching donor for him
Moonbin
Since my tumor’s in the middle of my spine Fah gently injected the chemo right into the tumor, but since I’ve been going through this treatment for three years I started to feel nothing when he does this. I just finished getting a shower so I took my bathrobe off the hook that’s right outside the door, then I tied it in the front
Moonbin
(I just hope this surgery will get rid of my cancer. I can’t handle this anymore)
Xiao
(You shouldn’t give up Moonbin)
Moonbin
(I’m not giving up. Xiao. I’m so exhausted that all I do is sleep all day long)
Xiao
(If this surgery is successful, you might be cancer free)
Moonbin
(I’m not getting my hopes up for that though)
Episode 3
Moonbin
After I got dressed I headed down to the dining hall where the rest of my “family” were sitting at the table already eating when Fah and I sat down in the empty chairs
Fah Sheng
Hey love (Kisses Prince’s cheek)
Yuan Zong
Is something wrong Moonbin?
Moonbin’s just taking some small bites of food since he really can’t eat a lot
Moonbin
After I finished eating I decided to go for a walk in Sikora forest when I got to my special place, and that’s when I noticed that there was another person sitting on the bank near the main waterfall
Sikoiya Sheng
(Looks over her shoulder)
Xiao
(Hey Moonbin. What took you so long?)
Moonbin
(Sorry Xiao. Prince wanted to make sure that I had eaten something)
Xiao
(This is Sikoya Sheng. She comes to the oasis every now and then)
Sikoiya Sheng
You must be the boy that lives in the castle
Moonbin
I’m Moon…. (Places his right hand over his eyes)
Sikoiya Sheng
(Got off the ground) Are you all right Moonbin?
Sikoya walked up to his side then placed her left hand on his neck and then Moonbin started to fall towards the ground, but Sikoya grabbed his shoulders then knelt on the grass.
Sikoiya Sheng
(Has Moonbin lying on her lap) Xiao. Does Moonbin have bone cancer?
Sikoiya Sheng
He has a tumor in the middle of his spine, why isn’t he in the hospital?
Sikoiya Sheng
