'A peaceful day in me class once again.' Exclaimed Roseanne. She was not noticed by anyone. That is what she liked anyways. Never mind her attitude, she was a nice child; always ready to help others, respected everyone and most of all, a good student. Yes, straight As in her test. She also was the prime leader.

She watched as the cherry blossoms danced in the wind. Her seat was near the window and as the blossoms flew in her class, landed on her head. Just then the bell rang, and she walked out of the classroom.

She was on her way to the library when she saw a man coming out of a dark alley. Her heart started beating very fast when she saw the man. He was covered in blood. He was so handsome that even the Crimson colour couldn't make him less good - looking. He looked as if he was in pain, but he was able to control it well. Not only that, but he was dressed and black and his eyes wer dark and gloomy. His mouth was partially open as the blood flowed out.

He shot her a nasty look and took off her coat and put in on him. He pinned her against the wall and kissed her hard as impatient teenagers would have done.

At first, Roseanne was to stunt to do anything. She tried to speak, but he had held her tight. She even tried to break free, but he was too strong.

The kiss lasted long enough for her to be out of breath, and she realised that he was being followed.

"Where did he vanish? In thin air? Don't you know he is worth BILLIONS?"

Hearing this she knew had to help him. She was definitely not able to say no. Just then the thug-like people saw them and someone exclaimed. "Boss? There are lovebirds here. He doesn't even look like that guy. Let's go and not disturb them." Said one of the men drooling.

As they didn't want to disturb them they left in a hurry and after a few moments the 'Covered in blood' man moved away. Roseanne pushed him and began to breathe as if she finished a race.

He was so surprised he started laughing. She glared at him. 'How dare he laugh at me?' She thought. But the smile on his face made her cheeks go through all shades of red until it finally landed on a bright one.

"What is your name, beautiful?" He asked. His voice was gentle. She would have been moved but instead she lashed out all her anger. "Excuse me? Who am I? First you tell ME who are you? You come at me like a wild bull and kiss me. You stole my first kiss." He raised an eyebrow and asked in a deep voice "You don't know my name?" She only scoffed. "Who are you the President that I should know your name?" He was happy to know that it was all her honest opinions. "Ryan Wright." He replied. "I did steal your first kiss and hope you don't forget it. Now will you tell me yours?"

"R- Roseanne."

"A beautiful name for a beautiful lady."

And with that he was gone.

Roseanne was still in shock after what had happened. She didn't even realise when she reached the library. She went in and tried to study. Even thought there was pin drop silence she just couldn't focus. Her mind was rather concentrating on that person 'Who was he?'

Her phone started vibrating. The name showed BFF It was her best friend, Japanese teacher and her part-time therapist, Lucy. She has come from Japan and struggled with English at first. Nevertheless, she had been there for Roseanne throughout her high school.

She was so happy that she picked up the phone in the library and the went out to continue.

"Hello? Annie... you there?" Hearing this Roseanne felt as if she was going to cry.

"Ci-ah." She said, on the verge of breaking down.

"What is wrong? Who troubled you? I'm at our favourite spot. Come fast. Let's talk, okay??" Hearing this Roseanne ran across the street to go meet her friend.

As soon as she arrived Lucy walked to her and yelled in Japanese "誰があなたを悩ませた?"

Roseanne may have not understood, but it was clear the Lucy is concerned. Lucy made her sit down, and she narrated the whole story.

"Wow! I'm amazed. He is just like those in the K-dramas. I'm so jealous." She squealed. Roseanne shot her a dirty look.

Lucy cleared her throat and said "How could you let someone bully you?"

Roseanne looked up and said "I think he now owes me one, and I DID help him. So I won't report him. This may not be the last time... Anyway I leave it to fate."

Lucy looked at her dreamily "Annie, you are beautiful, kind and smart. I'd be surprised if that man does not fall for you since you WILL MEET him. Ah... I'll wait for that day since you 'leave it to fate'."

Roseanne looked at her and smiled. 'What a friend I have' she thought.

'I finally got away from them' he thought. Just then a car pulled up in front of him and came out a person who seemed to be a bodyguard and bowed. "Sir, I'm sorry. I took us a while to locate you." He said. Ryan looked at him as he would have killed him then and there with his eyes.

"Take me home. I'll deal with all of you later. Until then, I think you know what you have to do." He said his deep voice.

"Yes sir. Make one team to search the assassins and their boss and the rest have to do 100 push-ups, 100 squats, do 1 hour cardio exercise and run 20 laps of the training ground." He said in a calm voice as if he knew exactly what to do.

Ryan scoffed. "You would rather remember what you have to do than improve." Hearing this the bodyguard replied without emotion, "Sorry to upset you sir." He moved aside and Ryan into the car.

As the car drove he closed his eyes and thought of the girl. "Roseanne..." he murmured to himself. He liked the word.

He then sensed some tension and looked at the driver and his second assistant who was staring at him in worry. "S-sir, you have a women's coat on y-you. Also you need to choose a partner for the banquet next month."

"Hmm... got it." He replied.

As soon as he got home the family doctor came up to him. "Sir are you okay? Please lie on the bed and rest while I treat your wounds."

"Hmm..." Ryan began walking fast leaving all of them behind. Just then the family doctor noticed a jacket in his hand.

After an hour's work the doctor finished. "Sir I shall take my leave". He bowed down and left.

As he walked outside the house he saw the driver and asked him "Who does that coat belong to?"

"His future partner, I'm sure." He replied winking.

As the wind blew both of them smiled knowingly.

A week passed since that incident. Ryan's wounds had almost healed and Roseanne had erased the haunting memory of him from her mind.

"Roseanne my boyfriend and I had arranged for a date today. Can you please let us go? Please?"

"Yes, you can go."

"Really, thank you so much." She picked up her back and took out her phone to dial a number. "Bye. Take care."

"Hmm. You too. Enjoy."

"I will." And she left talking to someone in the sweetest voice.

Roseanne sighed. Today it was their class's turn to clean up. All the children had already made excuses and now one more. Lucy was not in the same class and wanted to wait, but the school supervisor insisted that she goes and that is how only the two of them were left, and just now that girl had also given up.

After half an hour she finished and made her way home. She was waiting for the green signal to turn on when the windows if the car in front of her rolled down. "Hi baby. Did you miss me?"

"Y- you! Why are you here?" She replied shocked but remained calm.

"Why? Not happy to see me?"

"Of course not." She sighed and said, "You don't realise what you've done?"

In the most innocent voice he replied "What did I do? Kiss the most beautiful girl in the whole universe?"

Roseanne stared at him in disgust "Yuck! You really have no idea how to do it."

He smirked. "That's exactly what I expected. Now, come. Sit in the car. I need to TALK to you."

"The audacity! Nope. Sir with all due respect you are a stranger."

"Babe, if you don't get in. I will put you in myself."

Roseanne gulped. She sat inside the car as though her body was controlled by him.

"Okay, I hope you know the location." He said to the driver.

"Yes sir."

The environment in the car was very awkward. Roseanne kept stealing glances at Ryan and vice versa.

Finally, Ryan broke the silence "What? You are already in love with me." He said winking at her.

"What are you talking about? Me... in love? No! Never."

Suddenly there was a signal and a jerk as the driver made a unexpected brake. Ryan was caught off guard and fell on Roseanne and kissed her. It started out rough but as soon as Ryan got back into his senses he made it soft and sweet (enough to make the driver emotional).

"Sorry sir. I did not notice the signal" He lied. "If you are the driver, I am the boss. I know exactly what you did." The driver was about to say something, but Ryan cut him off.

"Explain yourself later." He replied getting up from the Roseanne.

Roseanne took out her phone and messaged someone.

After a few minutes a voice said, "Sir, we have reached."

As they got down a person came up to Ryan and handed Roseanne's coat. "Here. Your coat." Ryan said handing over the coat to Roseanne. She was so surprised that he dry-cleaned it.

"Thank you"

"Now, now. Don't stand there thanking me."

She took the coat and innocently tried to find a way to sneak out.

Ryan saw her, and he snapped his finger and caught her attention. "You won't be able to go anywhere. This place has a very high level of security not even a fly can get in and out without permission."

She replied with a single nod.

As they walked into the big company Roseanne was in awe. 'Who is he exactly?' Ryan saw that and pinched her. "Don't daydream. You have enough time for this in the future."

"Okay"

They got on the lift which was fully packed. As the lift moved up, the people one by one got of on their floor. Now only Ryan and Roseanne were left. They reached the 50th floor. They were greeted by Ryan's assistant, Mark.

They all made their way to his private conference room and stood in silence. Mark signaled Roseanne to sit down as Ryan whispered something in his ear. Ryan too sat down and Mark began talking.

"A very warm welcome to Miss Roseanne at Central Wright Corporation. I am Mark, Mr. Wright's assistant. Today we want to discuss something very important with you. But it will stay between us only. Okay?" Roseanne gave a nod.

"Miss, words please."

"Yes, it stays between us only." Replied Rose rather startled. Ryan watched this quietly.

"We know about you dreams of being a spy, and we want to give you the opportunity to become one."

"So?"
