In a dark room with a computer as it's only source of light there was a girl looking at the screen of her computer and typing non-stop eager to finish her thesis because the deadline was tomorrow when suddenly a pop up showed up in her screen and no matter how many times she had attempted to exit it ,it wouldn't go away.

"Oh great looks like a virus got in my computer".

She let out a dissatisfied mumble that only she herself could hear, moment's later her screen suddenly showed a bright light and and the girl felt like she was being sucked in. And then everything went black.

A loud cry woke the girl up and immediately she tried to look for the source of the loud wailing was coming from only to see a little babies hand and when she tried to see more she was shocked to see that it has her hands moreover she looked at the woman carrying her and what she heard made her jaw open .

"Oh look Steve look at our beautiful little boy  he looks like an angel so let's name him  Michael " the beautiful woman said to the guy she assumed to be Steve.

"Abwaa baaa bwaaaa ahhh blaa "she tried to speak telling them that she was a girl but all that came from her were baby gibberish.

" Ohh look honey our little angel spoke " said Steve in an adoring and doting tone.

' Bahh how many times do I have to say this im a girl ' she said in her mind .

Later when they finally left her she got up from the cradle and wanted to confirm that she was really a girl so she looked inside her diaper and finally had a horrified look in her face.

' Ohh shit ' she said in her mind while looking at the mini hotdog inside her or now his diaper.

So im gonna be addressing her as him now cause it the beginning of the story where she finally accepting that she's a boy.

The next morning when he was already awake he thought very deeply.

'So it appears that im really a boy now ' he thought and let out a loud sigh .

Unknown to him his to parents were watching him and couldn't help giggle at how he already looks troubled even though hes only been born for just more than a few days .

They came in and showered him with kisses.

"Ohh is our little baby angel awake "his now mother said to him .

He slowly replied with his gibberish word's as to not disappoint them,his mother squealed thinking how cute her son is with his little giggles.

"Now now dear you must be hungry already"

His mother then breastfed him although feeling a little embarrassed and ashamed there was still nothing he could do but just drink the milk . Moments later after playing with his new mom and dad he started to feel tired and after a while fell asleep.

"Ohh he fell asleep how adorable"his father said with a gentle smile.

"Sweet dreams my darling"his mother then said after placing him in his cradle.

That afternoon he slept with a warm smile on his face as he was having one of the best sleeps that he could never experience in his last life.(honestly just due to all the endless paperwork the professor gave him).

5 years later

After five years of being born into this strange new world Michael picked up on some knowledge first this world has a power called 'aether' that 99% of the population has, second people have skills and its rare to have two or more and , third every child must go into evaluation to see what their skills are and what its rank.

"Honey are you done dressing up Michael come on we're gonna be late" his dad said downstairs.

"You heard what your dad said come on darling we wouldn't wanna be late on your big day " his mother said encouragingly.

"Evaluation day" was considered as a very special day to all because on that day ,you would told what your skill was and that would also reflect your future , because as sad as it might say it was survival of the fittest the world was like a jungle where you had to be at the top of the food chain to be respected.

"Okay mom" Michael said to his mother he was slowly getting used to the whole new 'parents' thing.

Half an hour later they finally arrived at the clinic where most people would get their evaluation, moments later when he was about to get his evaluation his dad said some encouraging words to him as to not make him nervous.

"Hey champ don't be nervous everything will  go just fine " his dad said.

" And if it doesn't go as you planned always remember that we'll always be here okay " his mother's gentle voice came next .

" Don't worry I won't" he said as to not disappoint them.

The doctor called his name and it was finally his turn minutes passed and they were done with the evaluation his parents were called by the doctor and much to his dismay it wasn't the look of excitement that was plastered in his dear parents face instead it was a mix of sadness and worry as if they did not know how to explain or say to him some kind of news.

They got out and went to their car Steve and his wife did not know how to explain to their five year old son the fact that he had no skill.
