The Plot of the body she's in (it's like the life of the body she's in):
Cassandra Brown is a daughter of the emperor and a lowly and unfavored concubine. She was unloved by both of her parents. Treated like a maid.

So she agreed, while they we're having sex. She asked the emperor to be gentle because she was 5 months pregnant, but he didn't listen. While they were also doing it, the emperor called out the name of the late empress, which broke her heart into pieces.
She realised that she was just a replacement of the late empress. No, she wasn't a replacement but rather just a sex toy of the king. Since the king only visits her to have sex.
When, she gave birth. It was a baby boy. But rather than making her child the crown prince, he made the princess the heir instead. Which make her angry.
What made her more angry is that the emperor never paid a visit to her son. Her son grew up without a father'y love just like her.
