Beatrice was having fun with her 15years old and 11years old kid named Cassandra and Kendrick. Their Dad went to get some drinks for the kids,then Cassandra left her mother and prepare a place to sit.

While Cassandra was leaving Kendrick throw a piece of plastic to her just to tease her" old woman prepare us a nice place". Cassandra angry at her little naughty brother kept quiet and continue on her walk. Beatrice noticed her daughter angry of her little brother"Cassy, don't mind Ken...." not able to finish her words Cassandra broke in "mother,please warn Ken,he always piss me off, anytime dad is not around he finds one way or another just to piss me off" Beatrice drawing Cassandra to her arms" Cassy, I know you are very pissed off right now and looking at your brother he just wants to tease you" Kendrick making a puppy eye to pleading to his sister. Beatrice continue" see, he is sorry to make you mad" Cassandra knew Kendrick and her mother planned to tease her " oh, really" Kendrick nodded. Cassandra drag her bag out,opened it brought a plan book and a pen" then let's write an agreement". Beatrice and Kendrick look at each other and face Cassandra "What?!" Beatrice accepted"well, it's good. so, name what you want" . Cassandra cleared her throat but Kendrick didn't let her start" oh mother,this is going to be serious, You shouldn't agree in the first place". Beatrice robbing Kendrick's hair "of course I know it would but Cassy can we discuss this at home? please don't spoil the fun we are having. Cassandra accepted "I will but don't try to make me forget". Beatrice and Kendrick raise their hand"we won't we promise". Beatrice continue" He deserve every punishment from you,now Cassy,go find some place for us to sit,this is a long big Field, though filled with people but fun so let prepare a place for us to eat before your dad comes back" Cassandra replied" okay mother" she then stood and look for a perfect place to sit, while doing that Beatrice and he son continue arguing on her robbing his hair on not

Cassandra was through call on the two arguing "Mother,Ken,come and sit,I am done preparing a place for us to sit". Kendrick running to his sister's arms "You bought a cloth to sit on, nice". Beatrice walking towards her"that's my sweetheart" kissing her forehead, raising her head she saw her husband "oh,dad is here". Her husband took the drinks out share it and sat down, Kendrick and Cassandra did the same. Beatrice did the same thing. There was a little bit of silence.

Stacy while opening some fruit broke the silence "mother,these days I enjoyed a lot,do u have fun too while you are young?" .

Beatrice sighed" well the truth is my childhood is not as exciting as yours it,it's kind of full with memories I can't forget". Cassandra was stunned "mother,tell us" . Kendrick said the same but Beatrice looking at her kids not wanting to disappoint them "okay,but it's going to take a long day". The children agreed. The husband said"well I guess is time to say your past to he kids, I guess they love it" Cassandra turned to the father"oh,dad it will be than yours playing basketball all through your childhood". Beatrice look at her kids"well,let me tell you from when I was still little,since I love to hangout with people,I was attracted to them by my smiles but i play with my neighbor children, children in my area love gossiping, bullying greedy and so on, but grandma n grandpa though not available always but they tried to train me not copy their character since I already had a trace of it, on a long run, I was taught to be a nice and upwrite girl,that was why I warned you about gossips" Cassandra and Kendrick nodded,so Beatrice continue"since I was trying not to affected by a bad influence,I only visit 2 girls who live close to my house,their name are Sharron and Betty, we attend the same school,most times my parents would come home late so I stayed at Sharron's place most times. Best friends whose love grow very strong suddenly it scattered and never been put together" Kendrick asked"Mother what happened?" Sharron was sent an errand by her parent while Beatrice just got home and notice no one was home" oh,such a lonely home" she changed her dress and head off to Sharron's,on her way she met her,she won't be surprised since her house is close to Beatrice"Hey,I was in my way to you house,to spend sometime there" Sharron passed her ignoring all what she said so Beatrice doubled crossed her"Hey,what happened? why are you moody? Do you have a fight with your siblings?" Sharron ignored her again then she held her hand back"tell me what happened,you are fine this morning" Sharron let go her hand and said in an harsh word"don't touch me" Betty came from nowhere" Don't touch her,she doesn't want to talk to you" Beatrice was not surprised because Betty's action was not the first time she reacted like that, Beatrice faced Betty"why? I notice both of you hardly talk to me today but I taught everything would have been better by now" Sharron just went ahead leaving Betty and Beatrice, before Beatrice could say a word Betty cut in"she won't talk to you anymore neither do i" Beatrice was worried "wh...why? I don't understand, what have I done?" Betty came close to her "Blame it on yourself,you are a bad luck" Beatrice shocked"why did u call me a bad luck?" Betty smiled"my parent and Sharron's told us to stay away from you because you cause one of your friends death,she won't have die if u didn't play with her, we won't want to die to so we stayed away" as she was walking away leaving Beatrice in tears she turned her head " Beatrice,don't cry blame your bad luck" Sharron came back, Betty walking towards her"since u are back let's go to your house we won't let her bad luck affect us" Sharron looked at Beatrice and saw the tears rolling in her face but couldn't say a word to her,she face Betty"let's go"

Beatrice was weighed down,sad,she couldn't cry out loud,she was helpless that moment so she ran back to her room. At night she told her parent everything that had happened,they didn't cause trouble because right from time they knew Sharron and Betty's parent jealous a lot about them but what made them worried they transferred the jealous to the children causing big pain for them,so Beatrice slept with the help of her parent comfort her with the aim *tomorrow would okay,they won't be angry just like the old times* whereas her best friends were busy gossip about her.
