Lennox's pov

"I'm going, mom," I said while running out from my home.

"To where? Hey Lena," Mom yelled.

I almost came out from my home with some necessaries in my school backpack. I didn't reply to her question even though I heard her yell. Because I was escaping for some days. It's not like she tortured me or something. It's because she wasn't allowed me to what I want to do. So I decided this. Although I'll come back within one or two weeks, but I was so worried. I had no time for looking behind. But when I was near to gate, a sandal of my mom's left foot came hit to my back. It was so hurt for some time. It made me halt and I had to look behind me. As I looked behind, I saw my mom rush to me to catch me. So I started running to escape as fast as I can and I succeed to escape from there.

I went to my best friend Martin's home to call him. When I scream his name from his house's front gate, Someone came from my back and holds my mouth so tightly. I got scared and throw my elbow against his belly as he started to scream out loudly from the hurt I gave. So I look behind and saw it was Martin.

I immediately said, "Oh shit. I got scared. Why did you come from my behind?"

He said while groaning, "I had to do it. Because like you, I also didn't tell my parents about it. So I sneak out from home through the window. I know I told you to wait for me at the front gate but you started to shout out loudly my name when I was about to sneak through the window. Now let's go to the playground right now or else mom will catch me and our plan will be failed."

I told him, "Whatever I'm really sorry. Does it hurt much?"

He said while patting his belly., "No, It's okay. I'm fine now."

Then we running to the playground before his mom come out from home. After we reached, we both huffed for a while.

I asked confusedly, "Are you sure you're ready?"

He said to me, "Yeah, I'm sure."

I asked him, " Then where's your bag?"

He replied to me, "In the car of course. Dummy"

I again asked him, "Really? You prepared a car for us to go there? I don't believe it."

He said in a quite ensured voice, "Yeah. It's my dad's car. I bring it here yesterday night and steal the car key from my dad's drawer when he was sleeping because he won't let me even touch his car."

I asked simply, "Anyway, Where are your other friends? o you know how many are coming with us?"

He answered, quite relaxed as if we went to visit his house, "Yeah, don't worry."

I got angry. So I told him furiously, "How can you be so relaxed? If anything goes wrong. I'll just kill you, RIGHT THERE!! GOT IT?"

He said annoyingly, "Okay, I got it. Let's go now. We also have to pick up Brixton."

We picked up Brix from his house. He hadn't faced any problems like us. Because his parents encourage him to hang out with his friends. They're quite amazing. They always allow him to do anything he wants. So he also has more friends than us. I was laughing out loud with them in the car because it's my first time doing something like this. I was so happy and excited. But at the moment we reached there, all my excitement was gone. My laughing face turns fierce and I also felt very frustrated.

Lennox's pov

I whispered in Tin's ear, "Why are there so many peoples, It's more like a field trip, aren't we supposed to come here alone five including two friends of yours?

He worriedly said, "I don't know about this also. As I said, I brought only two friends along with me. They're over there. I think they all are Brix's friends. As you know he has so many friends. He must be thought it an interesting trip."

I went to Brix with a furious face on and asked for an explanation of this kind of behavior. He began to explain this as Tin thinks.

He said, "Don't be sad. I'm sorry for not informed you before. But It'll be a happy trip if we get along with them. And they're not much here. We're only-"

I scream at him, "Firstly it's not a trip, It's an adventure to me and secondly they're not SOME."

He humbly apologized to me like a wet kitty because he also identified his mistake.

I went to a corner under a tree with a mad look on my face.

Martin went to his friends while I was talking with Brix. Then when Tin saw me under a tree, he ren to me. He tried to calm me down.

He told me, "Let's go and join them."

I said to him, "No. I don't want to."

He told me, "What'll you do here? Let's go to Brix or else he will be hurt."

I refused but he kept insisting on me. So I had to go over there as he said to me. Meanwhile, Brixton wanted everyone to introduce themselves.

He started the stupid introduction play. He told everyone, "Hello, I'm Brixton Lycus. I know that everyone in here knows me very well but I just start this as I'm the only one who's the mutual friend among us. I also know everyone here but I just wanna introduce to you my other two friends over there. One of them is my best friend Lennox and the other one is my cousin and also a friend of Lennox named Martin."

He called for Tin to introduce himself. Tin rush to Brix. He told Tin, "Martin come over here and introduce yourself."

As Brix told him and he start introducing himself. He said, "Hi, everyone I'm Martin Walker, a family member of Brixton's."-He finished.

Brix exclaimed, "That's it? Say something more. Feel free with them. They're all same age as us."

Tin told him, "I have nothing left to say."

After Tin everyone gave their introduction. But I didn't hear any of those because I was distracted. I also didn't seems to interested on them. So I looked up at the sky and thought about my mother. While I was thinking, abruptly Brix sound come to my ear.

Brix called me, "Lennox."

I asked, "What?"

Brix said to me, ''Now your turn to introduce yourself.''

After their introduction, At last I start introducing myself as usual when Brix told me, "Hi guys, I'm Lennox. I live with my mom in the triangle state. This is my first time meeting you guys. please take care of me. It's nice to meet all of you."

One of them asked me, "Are you a girl or boy?"

Brix grinned and said, "She's a tomboy."

Tin came to me, Tin told him, "Shut up Brix."

I replied to them, "It's not necessary to know whatever I am."

He said, "We're confused. So on behalf of everyone, I asked this question. Why are react like that?"

I answered him, "I'm  a girl. Are you satisfied?"

He told me, "Not really."

I got furious but didn't express. Then Brixton told everyone as I'm the last one who gave an introduction, "Now everyone's ready to go in. Right? Then let's explore this forest."

Lennox's pov

We went into the forest. We begun our adventure. I was so excited. All the time, I'm with Tin because Brix is with his friends. It's painful to realize that Now Brix has other to forget me. Before Tin, I met Brix. When there was no one for Brix, I was there for him. But now he abandoned me. Brix was bullied before he met me. I met him when he was bullied, I saved him that time. So he decided to be friend with me. We were best friends. We had a great time before. I got to know about Tin because he introduce us when Tin come visit to his house. Tin is his cousin. So I decided to be friend with him too. Once we were the golden trio. Brix was mutual friend of us. But now Brix forget about the savior and be with the fake friends. I never knew he would be like this. Because of this behavior I didn't want to bring anyone's other friends. I wanted to adventure here just with two of those. But ugh whatever. I was about to call for Brix. So I went near to Brix. I overheard one of Brix's friend.

He said, "It's the creepiest forest why you brought a girl in here, Brix. Are you out of mind? Don't you know we can't travel with vulnerable and also annoying girl."

As I heard there stupid talk, I ran to them and shouted angrily, "Hey, you. Do you know from whose idea Brix come here? And I'm a girl right. Why did you call me vulnerable? Did I do something that make you call me weak? Did I even ask for anyone's help or say someone to carry me OR SOMETHING like this? Huh."

He continues back and told me, "You're a girl. Every girls are like you, they just want to show that have a lot of energy but after a while the real form comes out. They are just talks nothing else. So how can we roam all around with a weak and fragile being is called a girl? Ha ha ha"

Before I started arguing with him, Martin made me halt and pulled me to the opposite side from them, and he told Brix, " Handle your friends and told them to watch their mouth."

He told me, "Don't mind him."

I said, "Why? Didn't you hear what he told to me?"

He said to me, "I heard. But they are Brix's friend. Brix should take the responsible for that."

I told him, "He'll support them, not me."

He said to me, "Before them your his friend. When there's none, you were there. Then why should he choose them over you?"

I exclaimed, "You didn't understand him. He's not like before. He have changed a lot. Brix was my first friend and you're my last friend until now. You two are everything to me. But as for Brix, he has so many friends that he would rather support them over me. He doesn't give me importance now. Wherever we go before, three of us go together. Whatever we do before, three of us do that together. But now our friendship bond has been shattered. Now we can't make time to spend together."

He told me, "Don't be sad."

I said, "Don't you know my story?"
