As perfections have imperfections, one Monday, start of the week she was late to school.
Charlett
That stupid brother of mine! he's too much with his pranks now!
she said as she was rushing to the school, her words seem to have an aggressive tone
As she was entering through the school gate, she heard a familiar voice coming beside her.
Lucas
we have such telepathic minds, don't we?
he said as running to catch up with charlett. Charlett also waved her hand at him as a gesture of greeting.
Lucas
I'm a bit surprised since you can tell who by voice

tell me who else call me charr? Other than you, it's my family and none of them go to school any more
she said as she stopped, she turned to her right-hand side, so she's facing Lucas

He said as he looked forward facing school office building.

Chapter 02
Ellie, she was a newcomer to the school, introverted personality of hers caused her to have no friends at all, but she managed to keep her grades in line, as she's not letting anything ruin her reputation.
The prince charming happen to see her entrance by very distance, as he turned around to talk to Charlett, both Lucas and charlett were heading to their own classes, which is the same classroom.
Lucas
Hey you know her? Look but don't make it obvious
He said to her, by bending and getting closer to her left ear... As it was some kind of secret between only 4 ears.
She had no idea what he's talking about...
"What girl, all look the same at some point" she thought to herself.
Lucas
Ugh the one who look down while walking, you think she's new here?
Charlett
well... it's July, it's not the time when school admit new students so is she?
Lucas
But I haven't seen her before
Charlett
who exactly are you talking about? Be specific!
She was kind of pissed off at this point.
Lucas
You know what! Never mind!
Charlett
stop rolling your eyes at me mister!
Charlett
Fine! So it's my fault that I can't identify someone when they are already looking down? There's literally at least two hundred people behind us!
Lucas
Well it's getting late!
He said as he walked fast her! There's some tension between them.
Ellie
Brother's isn't here… So I have to make friends by myself.... huh!
As she was feeling really low, she bumped into someone and almost fell down, she took some steps back as she's trying to avoid the fall, it felt like awakening from a deep sleep at night for her.
James
Hey watch where you're going!
she was startled... by the voice she totally woke up. James started to worry as she almost about to cry, at least that's what he thought, "she's kinda cute" as this thought running through his mind he worried he might have scared her.
James
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you.... please don't cry!
his both hands were in air, he held his books by his under arms! As he's telling her to don't cry. There's a little part of his mind told him to comfort her by touch, but "we just met" mindset stopped him.
Ellie
I'm....not.... crying...
Tears filled big doll eyes confirmed her not crying statement. he understood that she's startled, he stayed silent as he could do nothing.
Ellie
I'm sorry, I was a bit startled, since I bumped into you, it's me who should say sorry, not you.
And again I'm sorry for making you worry!
This time he's the one who is startled, The person who looked like an innocent little deaf bunny, suddenly speaking with a lot of confidence. "She's interesting" he thought so.
Seeing confidence in her voice, he smiled... a little, that weren't even enough to leave the corner of his mouth. And before he knew it he had his books in his hands.
Ellie
yes! It's my first day, actually...
James
Why tho? It's the middle of the year... this ain't the very best time to move schools right!?
Ellie
yeah, I know... but I had to... we moved states so... yeah... I had to...
James
You sound worried, missing the old school and friends already?
she whispered, no one could hear.
James
Eh! Said something?
She said as she shook her head as rejection, "How long do I have to continue this?! I already want to go home!" she thought in silence.
Ellie
Ohhh... yeah! This school's going to be my new reality and my future, so thought not to worry much!
James
Okey... since you are new here, you know the building and stuff?
Ellie
not really! Don't even know where my class is! Principal said it was 3-A! Don't know where is this!
James
it's a bit confusing right! You'll get used to it as time goes by ... as the saying goes "time heals"
they both started laughing.
James
Anyways I'll show you, your classroom. Guess what we are classmates!
He said as he took lead of her. Like a big brother, she felt some warmth in this stranger.
