After Earl returned with Adrian he bought 3 buildings of 60 floors and named it “Paradise”
He also changed the company’s name from
“Russo Industries Co. Limitations”
In those 3 buildings he had all of his workers to live
The ones with a family lived in the apartments in building 1 along with their wives and kids
While the workers without a family lived in the dorms in building 2-3
All their medical bills and meals were provided to them along with their salaries
Earl also had the three buildings connected through a passage on the penthouse
Penthouse of building1 was used as a study by him
To study and meet guests who came to talk about work after business hours
Penthouse of building2 was used as a guesthouse for people who came to meet him but not for business such as the Ravens
And for his overseas partners who came to stay to maintain the connections strong
While the penthouse of building3 was his place
To which only Earl and Adrian had access
After Earl became the company chairman
He had all of his company’s name clear from all the lawsuits right in the first hearing
Many rules in the SoulReapers (name of Inferno’s Paradise in the underworld since the past 5 decades) changed
No one knew when they dealt with all sorts of illegal stuff
Making SoulReapers hella successful
Which made everyone hate Earl
Because a mere omega changed all of this
They hated Adrian even more because it all happened after he arrived
