CHAPTER -1

New high school

INTRODUCTION TO THE

CHARACTERS

Jae- ML – Average looking fellow with white tone skin in his

fifteen.whos parents are supportive and have lovely brother and loving sister.

Harini – round faced girl with milk white skin tone, who is soft

spoken, a girl every guy would admire and wanna be friends with. her father is working 9-5 job , mother is a house wife , brother is doing schooling.

Kirthi – a short girl with every long hair braided ,with cute

smile ( best friend of harini)

Lucky – tallest girl of the group with her dad working in a

hotel and mother and brother

Rathika – oval shaped face, short haired girl with spex in

her sixteen. She is from a middle class family with father as photographer,

mother as beautician and her brother doing his schooling

Evan – short dusky skinned guy, whos good with books, with

great aura and hes also from a middle class family.

It was a nice sun shining morning,

ring ring !!!! “ not getting up for school, wanna be late since the first day of school? Its already

7.30”Nandhini (jae’s mom) screaming her lungs early in the morning .

----2 min later ------- Nandhini went and sprinkled water on

jae’s face

Jae- “ maaaaaa….. this is not how it works" . "why starting

fight with me this early in the morning, let me get a shut of eye for 5 min

maaaa…. “

Nandhini- “ next time I wont sprinkle water !!! its gonna be

bucket full of water :{ not bothered if the bed will get wet “

Jae- “ maaaa treat me like highschooler am not a kid anymore"

Nandhini- “ yeah yeah go stand outside your school on your

very first day of school” " if you wanna be treated as a high schooler then behave like one"

Jae – “ oh shit mom !!! am gonna be late for my very first

day of college, switch on heater for me”

……And that’s how the day started….

Jae POV( POINT OF VIEW)- School is gonna become interesting,

since there will be may exchange students coming this year from different

schools . So chances for me to get new friend is getting high. Thinking this ,am

going to my old school in color dress, since we didn’t get our uniform stitched

“dude this is my chance to wear color dresss, for the next 2 yrs I will have to

wear the same uniform every single day”  . On my way I saw many of my old frnds .

Jae - “hey Jan (my band mate )”

Jan -“hi jae long time man”

Jae -  “ hey stupid we just met 3 days back , what the hell dude”

Jan - “okay forget it yarrr !!!!! not going to class ?”

Jae- “ on my way”

Jan – “ damn man y did you take that subject of all ?? none of our classmates or friends will be there "

Jae – “fate dude”

Jan – “good luck man ! if you are up to something, then ring me up , see you later ”

Yeah its true I have no one I know , in my new class , as u must have predicted, I took the hell of hell group !!!

the holy shit pureeeeee science .

just before my results I was planning to enter poly tech but then since my tenth results were unfortunately good, I

was pushed into school again (screaming and crying internally ). And now here I am right in front of my new class room 11th grade B- section , a school where I studied for the past 11 years seems like a very new class right infront of my eyes filled with colourful different people.

I picked the very last seat I could ever see . luckily I saw one familiar face which was harish ( my 10th standard tution frnd ) I waved my hand to him and went and sat on one of the corner where its not noticeable. It was the left side corner seat in the class.

“hey is this seat taken” came an unfamiliar voice, a girl who is sooo damn tall came and asked me . I just nodded a no to her. Then  there sat a lonely girl like me right next to me  who was sooo damn tall.

Since I am someone who is lonely all my life I always find some or the other way to connect people and make them

have fun

That’s when I noticed harish speaking to harini and kirthi I went to him and started a convo “ hey how are

you how is it going harish” “ hey jae how are you whats up man” and thats when he introduced kirthi  and harini as his old school mates . so I said hi to them,  they just greeted me politely . that’s when the teacher arrived I went back to my seat next to lucky.

Since it was the first day she asked us to introduce ourselves and asked us to speak about our hobby and stuffs

I was waiting for harini’s chance to speak up . she stood up and said “ hi

fellow people I am from XXX school my score in 10th was XXX I liking

to read books and always like to be in silent environment” without even

realizing I started memorizing whatever she said   and started day dreaming .

I was sitting nearly 4 row behind her(harini) and I felt lucky scratching me , I asked her “yeah

madame how can I help you?” that went I heard a loud voice saying “so sir ! I think she doesn’t need any help .. but then would you like to introduce yourself?” my eyes shifted to the teacher and then to harini who was looking at

me with her puppy eyes . then suddenly I stood up and said “sorry maam” and I

started introducing myself . Once I finished talking I gave a

glance to harini she was still looking at me . I shifted my gaze and sat down

then lucky started to introduce herself and it came to an end when the class

got over

There came the interval break the

people from my class who was looking into her book all this while jaishankari

“oh my god this is my very first day of school and first time seeing her but I

hate her soo much , she carries book all the time in her hand looking at it

makes me sooooooo angry ”may be its because I am not a student who is

interested in studies “ have you seen a girl carrying book into toilet in

school” she seriously get on my nerves god !!!!!!

Luckily lunch time came following , since we were desk mates, me and lucky had food together that’s when I

saw a random girl sitting and having good in silence( rathika) she smiled at me

as a way of greeting so I did the same.

The break got over and our class incharge staff came “and there goes election for representative” that when evan

stood up                         .lets see what he does in the future…

INTRACTION WITH THE NEW CLASSMATES

CHAPTER -2

So that’s when evan stood up . “han…. I forgot to tell there are two lucky in my class and there initial are different, one female is tall and the other is normal size so we normally mention them as tall &short lucky” and

this female short lucky is evans close friend but a previous schoolmate of harini, kirthi and harish.

So moving on to the story, that short lucky was cheering for

evan being the representative and I was thinking, he must be good with studies

that’s why he is standing with so much guts to become representative . so like

this days were going on.

Few of them we got to know eachother as days goes on sahana,

sandhiya, rathika and may others.

As soon as the class gets over I hate sitting in the classroom so I will rush towards the corridor and stand looking at the sky till the break ends so I noticed a girl looking at me for past two days . that’s

none other than rathika . so now that I noticed her I said “hi man whats up ? completed your homework, our biology teacher will ask abut it” that’s when she interrupted me and asked “you like being alone ?” i was shocked for a second by her sudden question but later I just nodded my head as a "NO" .

Without replying me she rushed back . and I also didn’t

wanna read too much into her, since she is some weirdo who is evans frnd sadly ;[  .

Bell rang and I entered class and since my bench is in the last row in the corner, I will have to pass through everyone to get inside the class. while smiling and greeting harini has become a habit of mine.

I don’t know if its fortunate or unfortunate I have taken

French as my second language, so during language hour we will be asked to go to A- section

And since my next hour is french, i was backing my bag to go to the french lecture and thats where  I saw a familiar face "pavi" though we are not  friends still we knew eachother because we

studied in that exact school since kid and so v sat together and that’s when

she introduced me to one of her new frnd "nivi" who used to be my 10th tution mate and unfortunately we attended same physics tution for our 11th classes  .French sir came inside the class “bonjour monsieur” everyone

greeted him and me pavi , nivi , rathika, tall lucky sat together.

As I said earlier I don’t like leaving others left out, so I

took rathika with me ,made her sit next to us and looking at harini , who was left

alone but I didn’t wanna bother her because I was afraid of my own feelings and

taking up initiative to make her sit with me. "oh sorry us :)"

For some unknown reason I was sitting with all girls

surrounding me so its obvious that French master hates me like anything.

Lucky and me have become a little frnd since then so school

was going pretty good till now and that’s when the school had announced

excursion

We everyone gave names and was dreaming about excursion …….

CHAPTER – 3

Everyone was sooooo............much excited about excursion and so am I.

That’s when I came to know about an wonderful news .

it was during the lunch break and I

saw kirthi and harini were arguing about something , I couldn’t keep my feet in

place, since i was curious to know what they were talking about  and went

to ask them what they are up to “hey you are coming for the excursion!!!! , I

don’t know what you’ll do ! ”

harini said “why your are not trying

to understand what I am saying” “at my house they don’t let me go for excursion

and the excursion place is also theme park,which I hate the most, dont you know

i have motion sickness ” said kirthi

“hey guys what is the discussion

about why your are becoming so much worked at about?" jae asked “jae look

at kirthi !, this is the first time we are going as a group, but she is

refusing to come”” hey kirthi if your not coming how will I go to the

excursion, i will be alone right!!, can't you come for my sake ?” said harini

My mind voice : screaming as hell

"oh my god if this idiot doesn’t come to excursion then even she wont

come", I will miss the chance to see her in the excursion

“hey kirthi, you can come right. she

is calling you to accompany her right!" jae said .

(mind voice of jae – “oh my god

kirthi you don’t know how much of a favor your doing for me”)

“why you people are not understanding

what I am telling , I can't come, they don’t sent me at my place , why bother

me ? you people enjoy and come" said kirthi

“harini, she is telling she can't

come, you can't pester her man, we are there right ,so we’ll enjoy. Don’t

bother kirthi anymore man!!!”jae said

Somehow harini ended up alone in the

excursion without kirthi .

I though to myself, this is my chance

to be a little more close become her friend, other wise I won't be getting one

more and unfortunately it’s the friendship day week.

    .............So I got friendship band and preparing myself to tie

it on her hand............

……

we were in the excursion all our

friends were busy enjoying themselves , so I went to harini , took her hand .

she was startled for a second, when she was about to retrieve her hand from

mine,

I took that friendship band which I

hand in my pocket. Harini looked into my eyes….

I started breathing heavily and was

struggling to find the right word to say, but I couldn’t.

We were looking at eachother with her

hand in mine. When I was about to tie the friendship . and that when I heard a

familiar voice saying "Jae not waking up again ? want me to sprinkle water

on your face ?”

yeah its my mom again who is shouting

her lungs out .

    (That’s when I realized it was a damn dream.)

And there the story starts.

It was a beautiful Saturday morning

,we got ready for our excursion. i took bath as fast as possible, checking all

my snack that I got yesterday for my beloved excursion to have with my

beautiful and lovely friends. I brought my camera to capture her, “sorry sorry

all the moments” hehehehe…..

It was 5.30 in the morning when we

got to school , since the theme park is far away from school , the teachers

asked so be there at school so early in the morning .

As I entered school I saw pavi with

her dad standing talking to one another

so I waved my hand towards her. she

waved backed at me

her father told something to her,

that showed a sudden face change and she stopped waving her hand.

i noticed this and went to her.

As soon I went close to her, her dad

came inbetween us

I told “hi uncle my name is jaenaet

,you can call me jae” I put my hand towards him. And you know what he did ? “

he ignored me” and spoke to pavi , saying “pavi ma take care of yourself,

always be with your friends, don’t go anywhere without informing your teacher,

have food on time, go in rides that you wanna go ” for which I said “don’t

worry uncle I brought anti-emitics and I wont let her alone, I will have my

eyes on her, so have a great day uncle” and I left the place

Pavi POV – I came to school so early

in the morning and was listening to my dad's boring lecture and that’s when I

saw jae , I though I can escape my dad and get inside school along with him,

that’s when he waved his hand towards me with a full blow smiling face .

I waved back to him, that’s when my dad passed this comment “be careful with boys, it doesn’t matter if they are

your friend or not *boys r just boys*”my dad

So I dropped my hand and head down .within few seconds I saw a body of my height infront of me, it was none other than jae who came to speak to me, that’s when my dad came and stood infront of me to prevent him from coming near me.

*oh my god this guy started acting up on his own as usual*\, he said “hi uncle my name is jaenate \,you can call me

jae” and he is expecting a shake hand from my dad , my mind was screaming “dude!!!! are you out of your mind” and that’s when my dad turned towards me and started speaking

“pavi ma take care of yourself, always be with your friends, don’t go anywhere without informing your teacher, have food on time, go in rides that you wanna go ” before I could answer, this jae started speaking again “don’t worry uncle I brought anti-emitics and I won't let her alone, I will have my eyes on her, so have a great day uncle”

I though today he won't leave without getting slapped by my dad, but to my surprise he left, for which I was thanking him internally.

Jae POV – I went inside school saw my PT teacher staring at me “I know he hates me because am naughty in my band class” of course its because the band teacher *likes me* and praises me a lot so my PT teacher *hates me*.

So to avoid him, I started walking fast in the other direction, but still to irritate me early in the morning he

shouted my name “ Jae sir can I have a moment with you!!!!“ sarcastically he

said .

I bowed my head, wished him and went towards him, he asked me “sir may I

know the time now “ I saw my watch and said “sir its 5.40am” and he asked me

“what's the time that your supposed to be here, don’t u know that we are

leaving at 5. 45 ………..”

and he started with him normal scolding routine with me

“jae can you for once be on time to school, always wearing dirty cloth to

school, no discipline at all ? god only knows when your gonna change” and

that’s when someone came from behind and said to PT teacher

“Good morning sir, class maam is calling jae for attendance, can I take him sir” for which sir said “ jae discipline is most important in life” he said for which I replied a “yes

sir” and turned back I saw harini and asked her

where our class teacher is, for which she replied “I lied” I gave a blank look and was wondering  oh my

god but why did she lie for me I just replied a “thanks” to her

 Lets see why harini lied in the upcoming chapters .. .
