A Greatest Spy was Assigned by a mission, In order to end the war between Ustania and Westalis and to have a world peace, Hes target is the Master Mind Of the war who is Donavon Desmond.
And In able to get close on hes target, he needs to enroll hes child where The son of Donavon Desmond is, but first he needs to get married and make a child in 7 day's and live in temporary in Ustania,

He Adopted a child from the orphanage named Anya Who's a Telepathy, But Loid didn't know about it. Loid wants to adopt a child who can write and read and anya was choosen for it, since the owner of the orphanage hates anya for being a wierd kid.
in the end Anya was adopted by loid, (Anya forger) Twilight was a greatest spy but doesn't know how to deal with kids especially with anya,
Loid brought anya for some groceries, but then loid seems to be wondering about anya, he realizes that anya is not smart at all,
