The girl who was barely eleven, sobbed at her father's gravestone. Her father was the only one she had. Her mother left them for another man. She loved him so much and he left her. She didn't know how it happened. She was sleeping peacefully on her bed few days ago when a cop called her and informed her that her father was murdered. Her whole world shattered. She didn't know what to do and where to go. Her father had scratch marks on his chest. When the post mortem report appeard, the doctors declared that the death was caused by a wild animal.

"You'll catch cold" a husky voice said. she turned her head to find Cassius. Her father's friend. "i want to be alone with my dad" she replied and turned to her father's gravestone again. "Felix was a great man. I respect him" the grey haired man said. she never understands why his hair is grey while he still looks like someone in his early thirties. "let's go back" he offered. "I have nowhere to go. you can leave now" Bianca answered staring blankly at her father's gravestone. "You can stay with me". she didn't expect this. She never talked to Cassius nor tried to know him. why he cares about her? she looked at him. he reached out a hand for hers. "come with me". Right now, he looked like a light in her dark world. At first she hesitated. but held his big hand eventually.

"I'll give you a better life. I promise"

She felt all of her sorrows gone as he said those words. he has no idea how she is feeling now and how much his words relived her. few drops of tears fell down from her eyes. she smiled and nodded. "thank you".

"here's your new home" he said looking at the big mansion as they got off the car. she was surprised. she never thought he's that rich. the mansion looked old but had a beautiful garden. but the strange thing was there were a lot of bats. there are lots of similar things between him and her father. both of them had a strange liking towards bats and things almost hundreds of years old.

inside of the mansion, there were a lot of old paintings of his family. she was mesmerized by the decorations. "Follow me" he simply said. it was neither an order or a command. She did as he said. he led her to a room. the room was the odd part of this mansion. the room was very pretty. She was very fond of white. The room was painted with white. Had everything she liked. "This is your room". She stared everything present there. her face lit up. she couldn't believe she was going to live here. "you can do anything you want. but be careful you won't cause any harm to this place" that's all he said with his usual emotionless face before walking away.

"you can have anything of them" the man said to her. they were sitting face to face to each other in the dining table. The hall was big. like a castle. but everything there was Black and Red. Weird. Cassius himself always wears black or red. she began with the fried egg. "you like it?" he asked. she simply nodded. "okay. I'll tell them to make it for you everyday". "Thank you". she paused. "Thank you for everything". She'll always be grateful to him. "there's no need to thank me".

Bianca is now in highschool and is 17. It means old enough to date. She never had a boyfriend. She wanted to fall in love. But will Cassius allow? but she's old enough to date and she can do anything she wants. It was when she was lost in her thoughts, the teacher spoke. "Good morning students. You'll be surprised to know that there's a new student among us. I'm very excited to introduce you to him" the female teacher smiled. "please come inside".

A blonde boy came inside. He was extremely handsome. Bianca stated observing every single detail on his face. She immediately fell in love with him. she felt like he was the one. "Hello my name is Noah. nice to meet you all. hope we can be friends" Noah smiled. His eyes suddenly set into her. Bianca couldn't help but blushed. he gave her a smile. maybe he also found her interesting. " oh you seem to have liking towards Bianca. How about sitting beside her? this will be more comfortable for you" the teacher smiled. "sure teacher. thank you" he thanked her and sat beside Bianca. "hi" he greeted her. "oh... hii" She smiled back. she was still blushing. "hope we can be friends" he offered. "yes of course".

Months later

It was like a normal day in the school. The day was tiring but it was okay. specially because she can see Noah everyday. The guy is in another level. He never misses school. Even in cold weather. He's not afraid of anything. He's a kind hearted person. Everything about him made her fall for him.

she shut the door of her green locker. she saw a grey t-shirt. she jumped at the sudden sight. but it was no one but Noah. the love of her life. " hey.. did I scare you ?" he asked. " oh no... actually I was thinking about something else" she smiled at him. "oh okay. actually I wanted to ask you about something....if you... don't mind..." "Sure Noah go ahead" she smiled. "well... I wanted to ask if you...if you like to go out with me" he looked down blushing. Bianca couldn't believe what she was hearing. Is she dreaming?

"wha-what did you say?" she demanded which scared him off. "I'm sorry if I...." Noah didn't know what to do. "what did you say?!" she asked again. " uhh well...I asked if you would like to go out with me". she jumped in his arms with joy. surprising him. " Yes of course!!!!" she replied happily. Going out with her first love? what else can she wish for? "so tomorrow night?" he asked. "sure"

Both of them ate quietly. but Bianca was restless than usual. usually she's quiet. Cassius notice the change in her for few months. but it can be noticed easily now. She was looking happier than usual. Though Cassius was happy to see her like this but it also led him towards suspicion. He's worried because he's going out of town tomorrow. so he needs to make sure if everything's fine. "Did something special happen today?" he asked chewing the vegetable. she was too busy dreaming about her date with Noah. he cleared his throat and spoke again. "Did something special happen today?". she jolt in her seat. "ah... nothing special". He could tell that she's lying. "Are you sure?" he asked in his usual tone. "yeah" she quickly finished her food. " I'm full now. good night uncle" she quickly got off her seat and left the dining hall. Now he's completely alone. he could hear her footsteps. she's running upstairs towards her room.

"Give me reports about everything she does, what she eats and where she goes once I leave" he ordered a middle aged man. "yes master Acheron" the man bowed. He sighed and looked out of the window. his eyes were empty as usual. Maybe , searching for a diamond of happiness in this darkness

Bianca happily got ready for her first date with Noah. she's just too excited. 'I can't wait to see him' she smiled. She was wearing a black dress.

he'll arrive very soon. she's excited yet nervous. wondering if he'll like her in this dress. 'ding'~ she quickly checked her phone.

she quickly ran downstairs. he's finally here. she couldn't stop thinking about him all night. this is her first date. she can't believe it.

he was already there smiling at her. she opened the gate and jumped in his arms. "you're finally here!!" she said joyously. he set her down. "wow!! you're looking so beautiful" he complimented. she blushed and shyly looked down at her heels. " let's go. shall we?" he chuckled. "sure". he opened the door for her and help her sitting down. "thank you " she smiled. he smiled back .

Little did she knew, someone was watching them all the time as they drove away.

"so where are we going now?" Noah asked with his usual charming smile. She can stare his smile whole day without blinking. "Anywhere you want" she answered with a smile. "Hmm..well, I brought two tickets for a new movie" he winked making her blush. "woah!! really?!!" she exclaimed. "of course Princess".

they continued driving. she never knew he was that funny. he made her laugh out loud whole way. Maybe this is why, they were unable to notice their stalker behind them.

"wow!! she's so beautiful" Bianca always admired the heroines in every movie. "Yeah she is. but the hero isn't bad looking either" Noah whispered. She focused on the movie and almost forgot about everything. She turned her head and found Noah already staring her. she gasped. "uh... the mo-movie..." he put a finger on her lips. "it can wait" he smirked making her face red. "But I can't" that's all he said before kissing her. it was her first kiss. It tasted like honey. his breath was minty. she was melting each and every second for him. he was her prince charming and there's no doubt. she stared imagining herself in the fairytale. Where she wanted to stay forever.

"so our next stop is..???" he wanted her to continue. "AMUSEMENT PARK!!" she exclaimed with joy. Cassius never took her to the amusement park. he's really old fashioned and has no attraction for these things. "Sure sweetheart. Let's go!!"

"so which ride my princess likes the most?" Noah's smile and his behaviour makes her fall for him more and more. "flash tower" she was overjoyed. his face fell when he heard the name. "Are you okay Noah??" she asked. "Oh... yeah of course I'm fine hehe.. let's go!!"

"you should have told me that you're uncomfortable about this ride" she told him while supporting him by her shoulder. "no... I'm fine" he quickly coverd his mouth as he was going to throw up. "excuse me!!" he said and ran towards the gent's toilet. Bianca stayed at her point waiting for him to come out. He came out after ten minutes. He looked stable than before. "you're back. I'm sorry it was my fault" she apologized. "oh!! no-no!! that wasn't your fault Bianca" he said. "I should have told you earlier" he scratched the back of his head. she blushed and looked down. she suddenly felt something on her waist and the next moment, Noah's face was an inch away from hers. "Bianca" he whispered. "may I?" he asked. she slowly nodded. Their breath mixed, her heart started racing and their lips were about to connect themselves.

"Stop where you are" a familiar voice said. she turned around only to find Cassius. "un-uncle?" His expression was unusual. it was cold and cruel and his eyes were burning with anger. it somehow scared her. He wasn't alone. There were nine to ten men behind him. "Come with me" he said with a cold tone. "Now" it felt like he was warning her. 'but he was out of town. wasn't he?' she thought. "I said come with me Bianca before I do something bad to your boyfriend" He warned. she slowly walked towards him "uncl..." she was cut of when he grabbed her left wrist roughly. "Hey!! leave my girlfriend alone..." but he didn't listen. "deal with this trash" he ordered those men giving Noah a death stare. that made her terrified. "Uncle!! what are you doing!!????" he didn't listen and forcefully dragged her with him. She tried to break free. "I'm going to kill that boy if you keep resisting" she froze. "you will do what??!!" she was still in shock. She never saw this side of him. "I'll kill that boy if you keep resisting" he repeated. "No!! uncle please don't do anything to him please!! I beg you uncle!! I'll do anything you want!!" she begged. tears rolling down. "fine" he continued dragging her with him and shoved her inside the car.

"you're not going anywhere and I'll homeschool you from now on" his voice was cold and cruel. she didn't have the courage to talk back. If she does, he'll kill Noah. she was kneeling down in front of him looking down at the soft carpet. Did she really embarrass him this much? she asked herself. "Now you can't do anything you want. set it inside your head" he said while walking out of her room. He closed and locked the door. Her freedom was taken away and she doubts if she'll ever see Noah again. That broke her heart. she kept crying. Everything felt cold and lonely. Her cries and tears vanished in the dark.

he let out a tired sigh. thinking he was too harsh. but he had his own reasons. "Why don't you tell her the truth master Acheron" The old butler said. "no. not now. she's still young for everything" he replied. "you can leave now". the butler bowed and left him alone in the room. he leaned his body in the arm chair and closed his eyes.
