"Where Am I?" Celine uttered. She found herself lying down the bed, *****. "What happened!?" she gasped as she tried remembering what happened, but the only thing that pops up to her mind is the image of her long time crush. She looked at her side, hoping that she might see him there. But no one lying beside her. She felt shame because she can't recall the things she have done with that man.

"Was It really him?" she asked herself again. "Oh my god! I'm dead! Maine will surely kill me!" Celine panicked. She picked up her clothes that were scattered on the floor. Celine went to the bathroom and wore the clothes that has been removed to her last night. While combing her hair, her phone ring. She immediately picked it up on the small table.

"Hello" she sincerely greeted. She took away the phone when her friend started to scold her.

"Go home now! I have tons of questions for you"

That's the last words that came out to her friend's mouth because Maine ended the call, she didn't even get the chance to talk back.

"I'm doom"

She picked up her mini bag on the side of the bed and then she leave. Belle Nuit Hotel (Bel Hôtel de Nuit), Celine remembered the name of the hotel, saying that maybe someday it will help her. ' I wish I could see you again, if it's really you' her mind saying.

Celine arrived at their condominium. She was surprised when she opened the door and her friend appeared in front of her, glaring. Celine smiled awkwardly as she don't know how to start a conversation.

"Well, well.... the mischievous girl went home at last." her friend talked. Leading the conversation.

"Hi..friend.." she greeted again, flashing a smile. "Can you move aside? I'm going in... he he he"

"And you dare to order me." Maine said. Her eyebrows didn't even flinch. It's still up high like an Eiffel tower.

"Please.... I'll tell you everything. Just......just let me in. Will you?" Celine pouted as she begs for mercy.

"Fine. You better have a good explanation or else I'll throw you out" Maine said then she walked towards the living room.

"Can I wash myself first?" Celine asked.

"No" few word coming from Maine's mouth but full of authority. Celine felt a chilly vibes so she listened to her friend. "Do you know how much worried I am...looking for you at that club?! Every corner of that ******* club! I didn't see you not even your shadow! Where were you huh? You know I can't report to the police that you were gone for 12 hours! that ******* police station! Does it required to wait another 12 hours for them to make a move? Do I need to wait 24 hours?? the hell! What if something bad happens to you as the time goes by huh? what if----" Maine didn't finish what she was saying because Celine interrupted her.

"Hold on--- hold on... Look... i'm very very sorry. I-i apologized for making you worry. I'm fine and please don't freak out." Celine said, calming her friend down.

Maine gave a sigh, showing that she's already breathe in and ready to hear her explanation.

"Now for your first question.... I woke up at this hotel----"

"What!!"

"I said don't freak out!" Celine exclaimed. "Pay attention... so I woke up at this hotel room at Bel Hôtel de Nuit, na-ked..." she tried to sound innocent but the last word she said made her friend fainted.

ONMIP is the first novel I've written here in mangatoon. And I'll apologize in advance because the episodes of this novel will be uploaded occasionally. I have a lot on my plate now. And this is just some of my story idea popping in me🥰😁( that hope happentome.)😁

Celine waited an hour for her friend to wake up. She already took a bath, changed clothes and now, waiting for her friend. She sat down at the couch still trying to reminisce her good time with her crush. But nothing's popping in. Another hour passed and her friend finally awake.

"Agh-- my head hurts.. Shit.." Maine said as she rose up.

"Be careful" Celine said as she helped her friend. "Why you fainted so suddenly?" she asked.

"Because!, that was one of a hell information! Goodness"

"Chill out friend"

Her friend gave a deep sigh as she lean over the head board of the bed. She then, looked at Celine and asked to tell what really happened.

"**What did really happened to you? How the hell did you end up making out with some stranger**?"

"I have no words to say, I don't remember everything. The only thing I remembered is I'm awfully drunk and I was in the bathroom trying myself to get sobered. And then when I was done washing my face. I saw a guy who's waiting on the hallway. And that's it... I can't even remember the face of the guy. But there's one thing I'm sure of..."

"What?"

"I know that guy... I'm sure of it"

"Who might it be then?"

"Secret for now."

"Seriously? How sure are you when you can't even remember the face who took your virginity!? You're ridiculous friend" Maine added.

"I-I know b-because of the smell of his perfume. I-I guess?" Celine undeniably said. She trust her instincts too much.

Maine gave a deep sigh before getting up to bed. She then took a last glance to her friend before leaving the room, that made Celine confused.

"What the hell is going on inside of her mind?" Celine mind saying.

Celine lay down to her bed with her phone on her right hand, browsing something to cease her boredom. She then stopped browsing when a particular article caught her attention. It was an article about the young CEO having a luxurious vacation in New York City.

She read the article and the thing is, she felt jealous and insecure. Because she feels like she's living in the deep bottom of the earth where she can't even take a one step above. To her, it's so fascinating to imagine that you just have to sleep and rose up in a king size bed, feed yourself with a gold spoon and continue living your life in an ocean of money but then it will always and always an imagination. It's as if she was trap at the bottom, trying to make herself good, be better and do things as harder as she can, so that one day she'll see herself at the top.

"While other people wasting money for something then waste it again to stop the rumors circulating on social media," that was the last thing she said to herself before taking a nap.

Maine walks in to her room then she smiled when she saw Celine sleeping peacefully. She then took her alarm clock and set it. Maine was done taking another bath and was ready to head out to start making money, she was accepted as manager of one of the celebrity of NYC ENTERTAINMENT.

"I'm probably not home by the time you wake up, and Y-yeah lol, I'm actually the one waking you up lol. So, for now let me take this alarm clock of yours in good use. So wake up as this clock starts to ring huh. You have to earn money, were not rich. Bye Girl, sleep well." Maine said before leaving their unit.

As what Maine anticipated, Celine woke up as the clock started to ring. She, rose up and went to the bathroom to wash herself. It's afternoon, she took a day off to open the cafe that she and Maine put their half of salary everyday to build it. Although it's quite late to open since she was drunk and her friend didn't bothered to open it because she was worried about Celine, there are still a lot of customers.

"I guess, we need to hire a new barista, just in case my job gets more hectic. And I can't bother Maine since her son (pertaining to the celebrity that her friend handling) have a lot of upcoming projects in and outside of the country." Celine said as she wore her clothes and shoes.

She then, took a last glance of the mirror, smiled, before leaving the unit.

"Hi, I'm Celine Antonette Darwin, 25 years old who lost her virginity to a certain someone. Living with her best friend Maine Vergara at a small unit in Japan. Half Filipina and American, a beginner cafe manager/owner. And a secretary of the best corporate company in Japan. Yes, that's me!, If you are wondering how we able to run are own cafe, then let me tell you this!, We're not rich and we don't know when to fall apart, and once we fall, we didn't know who were there to back us up. That's why saving money to our jobs did such a wonderful help to us. If this cafe will successfully gain more attraction and will feature to any Food related T.V shows and be rated as 5 star cafe. We'll then resign to our jobs. A world were equally is not identified, where do you think we want to put our self? If the the world will continuously evolve, then we're going to evolve also. We can't stay to what we are when we can make it better if we doubled are hard work".
