I just got adopted into a family but why does it still feels like am still in the orphanage, they were laughing and judging like am an object... Grateful? Ha! She was nice better than those two gossips.

Again, this girls really know how to play rough. But that day I didn't use the water I just used it to water madam Rose flowers... I was listening to them behind the hidden room it had a glass mirror where I could see them but no one could see me. "No this time we will burn her with that... Jealousy is pretty ugly, Kim is very beautiful but I never knew she had an ugly side. No ones perfect after all...

"Good morning Meryl" I was so lost in my thoughts I didn't know when she came in, it was a lady. She was very beautiful... Looking at Kim now she was just a child compared to her. She came close and hugged me...

"Same here" I smiled back... She seems sweet. She kept on asking me questions about my birthday, My favorite food, snacks, Hobbies, movies it was weird but kind of refreshing... No one ever asked me at the orphanage home except from Madam Rose. She might not look nice but she was, she was just strict as hell

Four days ago around 11-50, Arrrrrrh my face.... Kim screamed when I gave her back a taste of her own medicine. I didn't really put in any effort maybe karma caught up with her, she tried to burn me luckily Madam Rose thought me how to defend myself. It was late, everyone woke up by the sound of Kims voice including Madam Rose. They took her to the hospital that night while Madam Rose was with me

Shortly Laura and Lan left Laura said today she will take me out . Laura said that Mr wilson and her my family now. Mr Wilson often comes to visit the orphanage when I was small, He saved my life so many times.He was also adopted like me, Madam Rose took him in when he was little, she was just like a mother to us. Out of all the Owners of orphanage, Madam was the best.

Funny how time flies, Laura and i went for shopping,we tried some clothes on. I was inside trying on the black dress she picked when suddenly she stops talking of a sudden " Laura? What's wrong " I came out and found she was looking at her phone, I touched her but no response she was cold. Very cold as if she was dead, Everyone and everything was like that. Frozen in time then it became normal...

"Whoa, when did you get out" she said shocked.

I said laughing, I did it again! I have to keep it under control but I thought I had it under control... No it wasn't me, mine is based on my emotions. Who was it? Looking around to see if there was something unusual. In the orphanage i was able to avoid Kim's hot iron with that freezing time then suddenly a bunch of hooligans batched in with guns this is a robbery "everyone get down" they said shooting at the ceiling. Everyone panicked but cooperated, they gave us bags to put our valuables and some were taking money from the counter. There was a clinking sound which one of the robbers heard it was an employee he pressed a button " you b***h what do you think you are doing huh? "

" Er.. Not.... No Not nothing sir he stammered" he was trembling, he was brave. One of the robbers took him there was one who didn't lift a finger they looked at him then they gave a signal and they shot his hand.... The man screamed in pain. "you two" the boss pointed towards laura and me, we were the only young girls here then they took us to meet him. Laura was trembling with fear,She held my hands and squeezed it tightly. Its normal who would have thought a beautiful day will end up like this. Guess I have no other choice but to teach them some manners

Robbery isn't a good choice of work, hurting an innocent man is worse.I had to do something before anything else happens

" you will die here today, but first... Hehehe "he laughed and had a scary look in his eyes.

" I heal fast so the pain is nothing" he brought out a knife and came closer... For the first time in a long time I felt scared.I started throwing stuffs at him... Everyone was still no one could help me. It reminded me how I discovered my powers. I still have nightmares of what those girls did to me. He grabbed me from my hair very hard,by looking at his eyes I knew what he wanted, blood. I don't want to die here my life can't end this way. "Help!" I screamed... Wait what of the person that froze time

"Disgusting, so this is how low you fell" who was that, a man in a black hood appeared. I didn't see him before. As he came closer, the man got frightened and moved away letting go of my hair "you..you .. . you are supposed to be dead.. How? "

"Well thanks to you, am not... He looked at me... Am not letting you go off this time" he said facing the man, " thing that kept me going is you, thanks to you I still get those nightmares". At a moment I was watching him closely when I blinked he was gone the man was in his hands and he broke the mans neck with his bare hands which was glowing and the man burned and turned to dust.

"Kill or be killed that's what you taught me" he said he looked towards me I could feel the bloodlust, then it faded. He came closer slowly I guess he didn't want to scare me

"which sect are you from, you smell strange "

I didn't know what came of my body it was trembling and I was feeling nauseated. The stench that came out from the dust was very foul, sect? what does he mean by sect? slowly I was loosing consciousness, slowly i could see him he just stared at me until I couldn't open my eyes.

"Alright, I walked to her ward she was looking at the flowers and Letters Laura sent, How are you feeling Meryl"

"Mr Wilson, I... am fine, where's Laura? "

"I sent her home, she's been here since morning " she looked worried, "she's doing fine, how are you feeling? "

Hero, the real hero was that black hoodie man. He saved us, I don't even know how I landed in the hospital. Its been long I've experienced that kind of feeling, being weak is not an option. I must find out who that man is? And the secret behind my powers. Madam Rose said there were other people like me, she used Unique to describe us.

I got out of the hospital few weeks ago, I really hated hospitals. Hero?Am not a Hero... I could barely breathe, I still remember. The smell, the fear, the bloodlust they were all still fresh in my head. Who was that man? He's strong.

Few weeks ago when I was still in the hospital,I heard the tray fall again.Miss Anna has been acting weird ever since they got my medical report, my broken bones and bruises healed within a short amount of time. If I could explain I would but no one will understand, they chose the easy way out and say its a miracle. " Miss Meryl, you aren't fully recovered. You don't have to leave the hospital yet" luckily Mr Wilson left me some clothes, I still left anyway, it was a mistake coming to the hospital.

I've been sleeping for two days straight. And I still don't remember what happened that day, Mr Wilson said I took their gun and took the boss captive and told them to call the police. After that one of them knocked me from behind and they left but the police caught one of them. What of that man that turned to dust. I couldn't ask Mr Wilson that no way.

I received a call from the hospital where Meryl was so I booked an appointment with them by 4pm. The nurse seemed rather anxious about something I wonder if it has anything to do with Meryl

"Willy, what happened that you look pale"

" its nothing mam, isn't it high time we tell Meryl about her past" She looked worried and depressed it was really getting obvious that she was sick and near deaths door.She probably didn't want to tell Meryl about the tragedy that happened in her family years ago. Thinking about it still give me goosebumps.

Anna Winlock

"Doctor this is? "

" yes, this is from the patient from ward 17" her blood was able to heal the injured bird that was found by the Doctor. I knew she was special when I took her brain scan,she was like me.

"Don't tell anyone about this" he eyes were strange... I not sure but I had a feeling if I said something I would be dead just like how he killed Kate. I left after he finished, I went to give the patients their medicine including Miss Meryl.

"Miss Meryl, why are you up? You are meant to be resting " she's was really active and bright.

"Miss Anna,am completely fine I don't need to stay here"

" Miss Meryl, you aren't fully recovered. You don't have to leave the hospital yet" she already had her clothes on. And she left "Good bye, Miss Anna" I don't know what Dr Peter would say of I told he the one that could cure us left.

The last time we saw someone healing himselves was an immortal being, a vampire. We got greedy and wanted that power, to be invisible but we were part of the lucky few who didn't turn to dust because it wasn't compatible. Yet we were still cursed.. I did what I had to, to save my son.

After a long day, resisting and pretending to enjoy food. It was hard being a ghoul, nothing had taste and everyone smelled very nice. Doctor peter made a serum that helped to block of the scent coming from humans. Meryl was different, she smelled nice the first time she came but I didn't feel like tearing her up into pieces. She felt like home,and I haven't felt like that in a long time. I had to be in charge of her;changing her sheets, her pills,her injections, her massages. There was one vibrating sound in my pocket, it was my phone it scared me, Han. "Mommy where are you? "

" Sweetie, don't worry mommy is on her way"

" hurry up mom, am hungry " he said with his soft and soothing voice.

"you can take the cookies in the jar, am on my way" I quickly hurried up with what I had to do before my shift ends. It was because of Meryl I had to take night shifts and now she's gone it has to end. What's this? Nurse Sally was seducing Dr peter, I knew he was handsome and all but if she knew what he was she would run.... As I wanted to walk away I could sense bloodlust. He wanted to eat,I had to distract him,i turned around and knocked a flower vase which made Sally to cover up. I could feel his demeaning look he had on me " sorry I didn't mean it interrupt "

Sally went to give me a hand with the broken gas but I stopped her, letting her bleed by is the least I want to do. Doctor Peter left and went to attend so other matters, i grabbed her hands tightly " ouch, what the hell are you doing? " she said, she was in pain from how tight her. I didn't use my full strength or else it would be broken by now. " stay away from Doctor Peter" I then let go of her hands

" it turns out you are nothing but a jealous *****, i knew you and the Doctor had something going and he dumped you but i never thought you could me shameless"

"Shameless? Who are you to judge me? Your husband is at home waiting for you at home and you are here playing Nurse with the Doctor... Heed my warning i said throwing the broken flower vase in the glass recycle bin.

"Bitch" she got up and left. Shameless... She's doing this for the money.Damn that man,whats he up to?

Sally Perkins -

"That bitch, shes really jealous? Too bad I already have Doctor Peter all too myself, he won't resist me anymore " applying my lipstick back an fixing my hair. I heard some noises at the back,where staffs rest if we were tired. I peeked in to see who it was but no one was there weird

" Nora? " she then putted her head forward, and smiled. "What's wrong I heard some noises "

"Nothing, is not really... I fell when I was sleeping "

"Okay, but why are you hiding behind the door silly? "

" I was not properly dressed so I thought it might be someone else "

" Be careful dear or you might give someone a heart attack, my shift is over I will head home don't be late. "

" I won't " she left, I wasn't alone I saw something rather strange today and I am really scared. When I saw Sally flirting with him and Anna knocked off the vase, the Doctor face changed I saw it from the mirror. I am not sure what I saw but that reflection wasn't Doctor peter, it wasn't even human. That's why I called Mr Wilson, he has always been helping me and my family out I sure he would help me. He was my therapist. The only thing that has kept me from leaving is that, that thing saw me. Am not sure what to believe anymore, he should be here by now.

I finally summoned up courage to leave, Mr Wilson sent me a that he would pick me up by the sidewalk.... But he wasn't here yet. I could hear footsteps but I couldn't see anyone behind I started picking up my pace I left where he said I should wait what can I do. I was trembling I really felt cold, today of all days I didn't bring the car. I took the pepper spray from my bag, the person was getting closer i couldnt hear anything then I felt a cold hand on my shoulder.
