Third POV

The rushed footsteps echoed through the corridor as the crown prince walked into the meeting hall. “I heard what happened.” the crown prince said with urgency as he looked around seeing multiple worried faces.

“Yes, your majesty, I'll lead you to where they are.” a particular butler implied while bowing slightly. The butler quickly walked down a hall with dimly lit torches on the walls. The butler opens a large door. The crown prince goes in shock after seeing the sight that is beforehand.

There were multiple knights covered in wounds with doctors rushing in and out and staying beside the injured patients. The crown prince turns his vision to a crowd forming. He rushes over to the group to see the commander of the knights covered in blood both his people and his enemies.

\~Marianna POV\~

I walk down the stairs with my light pink long hair up in a small bun and my blue eyes adjusting to the sudden sunlight, to see my siblings eating breakfast “good morning, mother and father.” I say, bowing my head to them as I sit at the rustic table, sitting beside my younger sister, Faith in who has pink hair and green eyes from my mother and older brother Derrick who has blonde hair and blue eyes who resembles my father, my older sister, Angelina sits in front of my older brother and before my father, has strawberry blonde hair with blue eyes and my younger brother in front of my younger sister, Lawrence he has blonde hair and heterochromia, one eye blue and the other green.

My father, clyde who has blonde hair and blue eyes and mother, Karla who has pink hair and green eyes take their seats at the ends of the table as everyone gives their thanks for the food.

I look over at my father for the news of today. He clears his throat making everyone direct their attention to him. “Marianna you will be in charge of cleaning up the house and making sure everyone else does their job, Angelina you will be in charge of groceries as well as helping faith and Lawrence with gardening, derrick you will be training again today.” he finishes his speech.

“Yes father,” we responded, knowing to do our daily jobs.

After we finish breakfast we all get up to do our accustomed jobs

I go to the rooms to start cleaning, I start by making the beds and sweeping with a Broomstick, continuing with all the rooms.

I grab a washcloth and start to clean the floor with it.

I help Faith water the plants watching if she is doing it correctly, occasionally checking on Lawrence as my older siblings watch, and irregularly helping out and keeping watch over them.

I look up to see the sun starting to set “okay I think we are done for today, let us go get cleaned up for dinner!” I say while smiling and looking at everyone.

I got out of my dirty clothes, put the clothes in a small wooden basket, and am in a light blue outfit that is torn in some small spots although it’s the best I could do at the moment especially since I only have hand-me-downs. I go down to the rustic dining table and sit in my usual spot. I could smell the delicious vegetable soup, we rarely have it! Mother sets the food on each of our plates, we say our prayers before we start to eat.

We start eating shortly after we say our prayers.

I walk down the bustling road for my daily walk. I look to the sky to see the sun making the sky a burnt orange with more colorful sights, accompanied by a light breeze.

I look around to see the crowds getting smaller as time passes by. The waterfall trickles down to the vast pond below it with a delicate soft sound like rain. My feet carry me to the waterfall as I sit on a rock close to it, enjoying the mixture of wind and the water with the sun setting.

I hear a soft rustling noise making my head shoot up. The small figure comes closer to me, and I catch a glimpse of its royal blue eyes and its white fur coat. “oh, why hello little kitty,” I say in awe of its beauty. I reach my hand down but stop a couple of inches in front of it so it can smell my scent, it smells my hand, and shortly after it brings its head to the palm of my hand. It softly purrs as I scratch behind its ears.

“Why are you out here kitty?” I asked, tilting my head slightly. It looked at me with confused eyes making me giggle lightly. “So cute…” I whisper under my breath and smile “well I gotta go now kitty, I hope to see you again but you should go home” I say quietly as I stand up. It meows before I leave, making me smile slightly.

I walk through the front door to see my little sister Faith running around my older brother Lawrence, seeming excited. “What happened here?” I ask making them look at me,

“he decided to give her some sweets” my older sister Angelina chimed in from the hallway. I shake my head,

“You know how she gets Hyung,” I say in a disappointed voice, half joking.

“Yeah, my bad,” he says while scratching the back of his head. I sigh and go to Faith picking her up.

“I think that's enough for today let's get you all to bed,” I say quietly as I run my hands through Faith's light pink hair. I walk up the stairs to Faith shared a room with Angela. I walk to her separate bed and set her down, noticing how tired she looks after running laps around the living room. “I hope you have a good night faith” I say smiling and giving her a good night kiss.

”I will, good night sissy” she whispered back closing her eyes slightly. I smile at her relaxed sleeping face and quietly step out of the modern green-colored room, shutting the door behind me quietly.

I feel a tug at my wrist so I look down to see Lawrence looking at me with pleading eyes making me chuckle. “Come here,” I say opening my arms, Lawrence jumps into my arms making me stumble a bit but holding my balance. I look over at my older sibling as I go to Lawrence's shared room with derrick. I open the door to be met with a teal color along the walls that look a bit dark indicating that it's been like that for a while and needs a recoat of paint. I set him down on his separate bed as I did with faith a gave him a good night kiss. “Good night Lawrence” I say lightly as he smiles back.

“night sister” he responded.
