...Gracie POV...

I've always thought about having a mate, the one I'd spent the rest of of life with. But I've never thought about it as much as I do now. I am the only one left who has yet to find their mate, which I still can't find by the way.

I turned 18 two months ago, but still have yet to find my mate. Furthermore, I don't know why, but I expected to find my mate with in the first week like Penelope, the twins, Chloe and Gabriel have (They're lucky...). But I've been 18 for a while now and still haven't found him.

As much as I want to find my mate I'm nervous. I don't know who my mate will turn out to be or even if they belong to the same pack as me.

All females who found their mates, have to move to the male mates pack. That's just how it's always been. It's super rare that the the male moves to the females pack.

If your mates is a male and your also male, then whom ever is the submissive has to move to the dominants pack.

I know for a fact that my mate is not in my pack, or I would have found him by now or at least smelt him.

I also know that I can be submissive when it comes to males. However, I will put my foot down if I need to.

I'm really anxious about finding my mate, but I am mainly excited. Seeing Penelope and Chloe settling down with their mates, made me want to find mine even more. And I'm growing a bit impatient.

Right now, I'm sat in the kitchen with my mom and Luna Jessica. I don't call her 'Luna' unless she's in her Luna mode, which right now she is in.

"Why didn't you let me know about this sooner Thomas? I could have had the food and everything else prepared, by the time they arrived." Luna Jessica said frustratedly to Alpha Thomas.

They're quarreling about something to do with another pack coming over to ours. They made a plan and a couple of warriors would be going to meet the other pack, and help them pack with whatever they may need. I don't know what exactly, I wasn't really listening to them. I got lost In my own thoughts about my mate.

"I know love I'm sorry, but it was a last minute thing. I didn't want to alarm you, and then it was would suddenly be canceled. " Thomas tried explaining.

Jessica sighed, and kissed his cheek. It honestly surprises me how quick her mood changes.

"Gracie and Gemma(my mother) I need your help cooking some food please." Luna Jessica said.

We both nodded and jumped off the kitchen stool, ready to help her however she needed us to help her.

After an hour of preparation, Jessica sent us away to get ready. The visiting Pack would soon arrived, in which I found out is under the rule of twin Alphas.

From their pack to ours is a around 2 hours drive. After a short while, I headed straight to the car with my mom and sat in the passenger seat.

"You know there is a chance that someone from this pack could be your mate." My mom said softly. I sighed softly.

"I doubt it mom." I said looking down at my hands.

"You'll find your mate soon enough dear. I know that it seems like everyone's find they're other halves and you're not. But I assure, your time will come when you're ready." My mom said soothingly.

I nodded and carefully laid my head on the window, staring at the trees and plants we drive by.

After a while we pulled up home, I headed straight inside and took a shower and got changed ready for the alphas and there pack to arrive.

Once I was ready, I headed downstairs where my mom, dad, brother and Chloe were already waiting and ready to meet the Alphas.

"You look beautiful little sis." Gabriel said, after placing a kiss on my forehead.

"Thank you" I said softly.

"You never know Gracie. Your mate could be on his way this very minute, to sweep you off your feet." Chloe said smiling wide with a giggle making Gabriel and my dad growl as we rolled our eyes.

I smiled sadly at my mom and Chloe. They know I want to find my mate and know I how upset I've been since I still haven't found my mate.

We all headed to the car and drove straight to the pack house. As we got there I noticed how Alpha Thomas, Luna Jessica, the twins, Penelope and their children were waiting outside. We got out the car and headed to them.

"Hi everyone, they are nearly here." Jessica said to us all.

"Hello and well that was quite fast." My mom replied.

Just as Alpha Thomas was about to say something, we heard the sounds of cars approaching and smelt the other pack coming close.

I could smell they're a powerful pack but not as powerful as our pack. Instantly my wolf started pacing inside my head almost giving me a headache.

I could smell two amazing smells. One smelt off minty Chocolate while the other smelt off caramelized coffee. I could smell them smells all day.

I could see in the corner of my eye my family looking at me but I ignored them to focused on the smells.

"Do you guys smell that? Its smells minty, but chocolaty, carmel and hint of coffee . They both smell amazingly good!" I said smelling the air more.

"Maybe it's your mate?" Penelope asked making me freeze.

Just then the car doors opened, and the other pack got out their cars. My eyes instantly drowned in on two off the most handsome people I have ever met.

I noticed how One had gray eyes while the other had blue eyes. They were built as if they could lift a whole house.

I could instantly tell they were very strong. I could feel my wolf yip around happily in my head. She was chanting something I could not make put at first... until I finally did.

"Mate, mate they are our mates." I heard her shout happily in my head making my eyes widen.

"Ours,mate." I heard them both say.

Just then I realised they were both the alpha twins. The alpha twins that are visiting our pack are my mates.

...Jason POV...

Today we are visiting Alpha Thomas's pack.

They sent some off their best warriors to come help us in our pack to train some off our newest warriors, while we're sending some of our warriors over to their pack to help them with their borders control.

We don't really need help with all of our warriors training, but myself and my twin brother Mason thought it would be best if we gave other strategies a chance and not practice the same one, over and over again.

It would be good to switch things up a bit. However, we're focused on teaching our females to fight. This happens to be a new rule in the pack we control.

Alpha Thomas's been having a bit of a problem at his borders. Some savages have been trying to trespass onto his land. So one of my best warriors will be staying in Alpha Thomas's pack, to help protect his borders.

I know that there is a possibility, we could find our mate here. Mason and I don't talk about finding our mate as much, as we should. But to be honest, we don't want to find her. We don't want to have priorities other than protecting and caring for our pack and their safety.

We do not want to be tied down to a woman and become weak. We simly won't allow it. Our father was relly against women becoming leaders, or helping with the pack in any way.

The only thing he allowed our mother do was taking care of the pups and the orphanage we oversee.

We do not agree with my father, so don't miss judge us. My brother and I believe women can be just as good of a leader as any men could. So can even surpass our male capacities!

However, we do agree that they are a source/sign of weakness. What makes us not want a mate is that we have seen how alphas have been with there mate. We do not want any distractions.

Like I said though, my brother and I avoid the conversation about us finding our mate. I am what they call 'the calm' version off my brother.

Even though a lot off people still fear me they would rather speak to me about something that went wrong in the pack then to Mason.

I am the more open-minded, and reasonable one. Mason on the order hand, can be quite hot-headed and stubborn.

...Mason POV...

On the way to Alpha Thomas's Pack, my mind has been in a whole different dimension.

For some reason, I just have a weird feeling but it not a bad one. It feels like a good life-changing moment is on its way, but at the same time it feels like it's something I don't want. I just can not figure out which feeling it is, which is super frustrating.
