He gets suspicious since he got a call saying his boyfriend is in the hospital but he is not injured at all.
After a while he saw that his boyfriend and his brother went inside a room. So he followed them and heard them talking about himself.

LIAM'S PAST
Liam was an orphan. He lived in an orphanage where he always got bullied and the dean and nanny turned a blind eye to him. As days went by the bullying got intense so he left the orphanage at the age of 18.
At first he lived in an alleyway for almost half a month doing odd jobs. But a girl working in a cafe right beside where Liam lived pitied him and got him a job in the cafe. So Liam also started to live in that cafe.
1 year later~~
He got recruited by a director to become a model when he was making a coffee for that same director. at first he thought that it was all a joke but soon he became famous and just in 3 months he bought an apartment by his hard earned money.
One day after his photoshoot when he was leaving the office and was about to hit the road to go home he saw a boy sitting alone right across the street.

At first Noel didn't agreed with Ryan but soon he fell in love with him too and did it.
But even though Liam saw Ryan and Noel going out together and come back home late he never once suspected them. Because one is his brother and the other is his lover. But who knew that in the end Liam will end up giving up on his life like this.
