Next, we got Capos. They are sub families of the main family with their own soldiers and way of working. Their job is to grow the main family

Soldiers are people who are loyal to the family and do most of the dirty work

associates are rookies. They aren't part of family or sub families, but they still work under them to earn loyalty and become soldiers
