Elina tiffiner, a 19 years old girl. Stayed in a nuclear family with her mom and dad and younger brother Josh tiffiner age 13 years old. she never thought world could be so indifferent for her after her 20th birthday.

her life was at stake to hold onto the family responsibilities and duties as the eldest daughter. life ain't always smooth as butter in every time you expect it to be one. Same goes to with Elina.

her father Thomas tiffiner, at his age to be retired from his company "The tiffiner Pvt. LTD Company". A mobile device manufacturing company. once upon a time it used to be at good stake. but as his wife Raina tiffiner, gave birth to Elina after their 20 years of marriage and being a girl Borned can't be a hier of the family nor handle the business.

As the world was hit by the COVID it changed drastically the world for tiffiner family business and made them at it's deadlines. Thomas, had to take many loans from the banks. they were loaded with millions of debt.

Elina, had no idea about her family business nor do she was ever showed any interest in it. She always thought her father was a good businessman who handles it all well for them. She was planning for her University studies after her spring season break from acedmy.

But unfortunately, that mist of spring season was not fortune for Elina.

Her father got major heart attack. due to over working and dipression. the tiffiner family got to know the business financial postion and the crises it's holding. Elina's mom was at her spare limits to take it on her understanding as her beloved husband was on bed in ICU fighting for his life.

few days later, the head member of tiffiner family and Elina's dad was slightly recovered from the heart attack. but the condition wasn't pleasant or healthy like it used to be earlier. He was discharged and sent home but was on bed rest for atleast a month and were told not to work at all. when this situation known by Elina, she was brave enough to decide and tell her parents that she wants to drop her studies and work in company and help her dad. Her parents were no less but very much proud on their daughter.

Elina " dad i am Serious see i am about to complete my last year in university and I'll be turning 20 soon the other coming month. so, you can rest at home I'll learn and try my best to handle at the company." she said this to her dad in firm voice. but deep down she held her fear and emotions not to make it visible to his dad.

her dad replied in soft and low voice," my dear dad is really proud to have a daughter like you. but i can't let you work this young age you need further education and aslo work on your dreams. dad wants you to be happy and not burdened" pats Elina's head.

Elina," i will be happy if dad always by my side and if he is happy too." ones bonds reflection through words of empathy and love weights a lot then being said.

tiffiner family anyhow was tackling their miserable situation. and suddenly Mr. Thomas tiffiner got a call. his expression changed while looking at the caller. it was an expression of sadness and unwelcoming vibe for the caller. Thomas tiffiner didn't picked the call. As he didn't wanted to. But a message came to him. stating it as;

it was an early morning when Elina's alarm ranged⏰. she woke up at 6:00 am. She has been always a punctual girl to her school. she dressed herself up to leave for school. before leaving she came to her dad's room to check on him. she sat on one side of the bed. and caressed her dad's forehead gently with her hands. and whispered," dad your daughter is really strong. and will handle everything firmly whatever comes on her way." she smiled and left the room.

Mr. Thomas, Elina's dad opened his eyes slowly. he heard her daughter's each words she said. his eyes filled with tears and muttered to himself," my dear Eli, dad's really did something bad to you. i don't deserve this from you."

Elina, in her school;

she sat in her class at her fixed seat. she greeted few of her classmates but they kinda ignored while making weird faces with disgusted expression. Elina didn't minded at them. but later during break time,

a group of students were talking and she overheard it." hey did heard tiffiner 's Company in now going into bankruptcy. so it means Elina Thomas tiffner will be belonging to a bankruptcy family. she will be really poor then. hahahaha." they all laughed while talking about Elina and her family.

She controlled her anger in her fists. Elina was mature enough girl who knows where to act and react. but she lost her temper when one student said this," You heard just that guys? my dad and mom were talking about tiffner 's inside things. her dad did something big fraud it seems." all made a shocking expression.

Elina basted on that fellow." You idiot how dare you slander and defame our family name." Elina was about to slap him but she stopped herself to do so as to avoid being in trouble.

but that student was evil, he pretended to being slapped and fells down. others his friends understood the move of fake act and supported him against Elina. that student," you creep you dare hit me and push me on ground? do you even know who am i? and what my family background is? now you just wait and see what happens with you."

Elina's fear trebled her. she was scared to even add a slightest problem on her parents.

she was called in the principal's office. The principal said," Elina i would never expect this from you. *sigh* do you even have any idea whom you offended?

"Sir but it was not me i didn't even touched him there were so many people you can ask them." Elina unconsciously explaining to the principal.

she looked at the students who were present. one of the student among them said glaring at Elina," what we clearly saw that you pushed and slapped him. don't you deny now."

Elina now knows that everything and everyone was against her and now she has no reason to justify her statement.

Principal ordered," i don't know who started first Elina! but it clearly seems to be your mistake. now make sure your parents come to meet me as soon as possible. Now all may LEAVE."

Thomas tiffiner dials number to a caller who's call he didn't answered last night.

Thomas tiffiner POV;

talking to himself before dialing the number. "I need to take this step for my both the kids and wife. this is the last option to protect them. i am sorry Elina my child. i have to sacrifice you as to save our family and business. but i know you will understand why am doing this." *sigh*

call ringing.....

ongoing call;

Someone picked up the call;" Hey Thomas! i thought you would never call me friend. But now you thinking about our deal and promise, i appreciate it." a voice who's Elina's dad not intended or interested to hear it.

"Can you cut the crap and get to the business Mr. D'Souza?" in a bitter way Thomas asked Remo D'Souza.

Mr. D'Souza replied," you know very clearly what our deal was Thomas but sadly i have to remind you after so many years. you are here what you are now just because of our deal we made when you elder daughter Elina was Borned. if not for our deal you would not survive with your business years back."

Elina's dad suddenly got a sensing pain in his chest. the phone fell on the ground and was disconnected. her wife ran and came to look on her husband. she gave him meds and layed him on bed to rest. " honey, why you working even when you just recovered? i won't be able to handle if anything happens to you." she shed tears while saying that.

She was the one and only first child to the tiffner family after their 20 years of marriage. the parents were happy to have a child in their arms. but, yet they were expecting a baby boy to be Borned. But non the less they treated Elina with deep love and affection.

But, due to some unknown reasons Elina became the source of deal between tiffiner and the D'Souza family. it was a deal where both the eldest kids will marry when Elina will turn 20 years old.

Mr. Remo D'Souza, had three kids. one eldest was adopted. Name Noah D'Souza age 28 years old. and other two one was girl Lissa D'Souza and Rony D'Souza, their age 15 and 20 respectively. D'Souza family is well known British Columbian origin family owning multiple real estates. they are labelled as one of the royal BELONGS.

So, the deal or the promise between these two families was, Elina and Noah to be knotted in a marriage when Elina turns 20 years old.
