...It had been a while since the great tournament of power, which had endangered the existence of all the universes. Thanks to the z fighters with their almost perfect teamwork, they were able to win the tournament of power. In the end, all the universes that were erased were brought back with a single wish....

TIME SKIP:



Months after that event, the gods had a meeting, something that they only do in situations of great importance, and after the almost permanent eraser of eight universes, this was it. Seeing how much influence son Goku has on the decisions made by Zeno Sama, they concluded that son Goku must die.

Someone who makes senseless decisions all just because he wants to fight was something that the gods could not continue to allow. Quitela would tell the others.

“Son Goku is a threat to the existence of all the universes, we've all seen how trusting Zeno Sama is of him. If Son Goku asked for another tournament, Zeno Sama would listen.”

Champa would say. “Get to the point, Quitela, you're not suggesting that we should kill him. If that's what you're implying, count me out, I don't feel like dying today.”

“You sound scared,” said Belmod.

Champa then replied. “Me! Scared of a lonely mortal, don't be silly. The person who I'm afraid of is the king of all, Zeno Sama.”



“Enough,” said Quitela.

“Yes, I want him dead, but it can't be us who kills him. Immediately the grand priests and Zeno Sama would know that we had a hand in it, and we don't want that, so everyone has to believe he died of natural causes.”

“What do you have in mind,” said Belmod.

“A while back, I went to see Beerus in hopes of finding out the secret to universe seven strength.”

“We all saw it in the tournament of power; time and time again they kept breaking their limits and reaching new heights. Something like that couldn't be achieved through the means of regular training. Especially in such a short time. After talking with Beerus and listening to him going on and on about earth's so-called delicious food, he mentioned a place where someone can get ten years' worth of training in just ten days.”

Sidra shouts,” impossible.”

“It's true,” said Champa. “I remember hearing Vados talking about it with Whis.

“Let him finish,” said Belmod. “As I was saying, this place does exist, he said it was a different dimension of some kind. While talking about it, he mentions something that piqued my interest.”

“He said that there's only one portal that passes from one side to another, and if that entrance were to be destroyed, whoever was in there at the time will be sealed away for eternity.”



The gods can only look on in shock, as they didn't know such a place existed.

“Your plan is to lock him away in that place,” said Heles.

With an evil smile, Quitela responded.

“Yes! If we can get him to go there, it would be a perfect opportunity to lock him up.”

For the first time, Giin talks. “How can we get him to enter such a place?”

Rumsshi then responded. “Well, Son Goku loves to fight, right? How about you challenge him, Quitela? He knows a battle between gods will destroy the earth. That will be your opportunity to ask him if there is a place that is strong enough to contain such force.”

“Brilliant,'' said Quitela. “Yes, that's exactly what I will do.”



The gods thought that it was an excellent idea, so everyone entrusted this to Quitela. Before departing, Quitela spoke.

“Do not mention a single word of this to Beerus. We've all seen how attached he is with these mortals, we can't afford for him to get in the way or far worse, tells Zeno Sama.”

The gods all agreed, and they all went back to their respective universes.

A few days have passed, and we can see Quitela on his way to earth. Upon arriving, he immediately senses Son Goku's ki.

He then said to himself. “I can feel Son Goku's ki to the north. It looks like Vegeta is there with him. What a pain.

At godspeed, Quitela rushed off in that direction. After a few seconds, he stopped and said. “Their ki vanished.”

While looking up, he saw something like a building hovering in the sky. From a distance, he saw an angry Vegeta flying off in the opposite direction.

Upon arriving, he ran into Dende outside. With a smile on his face, Quitela spoke.

“My good sir! Where can I find Son Goku? I've sensed them somewhere around here, but their ki seems to vanish.”

Recognizing a god of destruction when he sees one, Dende starts to tremble in fear. He then replies.



“My lord! Son Goku is training on the inside. Vegeta left a moment ago, saying he'll be back.”

A curious Quitela spoke. “If I may ask! What is this place called? You said Son Goku was inside, but I can't seem to sense him at all.”

Dende responded. “My lord! This place is called the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. The Saiyans come here from time to time when they want to get a lot of training done in a short period.”

With an inside voice, Quitela talks to himself. “Yes! I've struck gold. He's already inside. I don't have to fight him after all.”

After confirming that this is indeed the place Beerus had mentioned. He would destroy the entrance to the room of time with a blast of energy, making the small point that interconnected them disappear.

Goku would not notice as he was far away from the entrance.

On the outside, Dende was shocked to see what Quitela had done.

He then said, “What have you done? That was the only way in and out? He will die there.”

Feeling pleased with what he had done, Quitela replied.

“Yes! I know, and now it's time for you to join the same faith as Goku. Only you will get yours much sooner.”

Quitella's cruel chuckle echoed in the desolate expanse. "No hard feelings," he smirked. "It's just business. I'd dare say, 'dead men tell no tales' if you catch my drift."

From afar, Piccolo picked up on Dende's growing fear. Using his telepathic abilities, he reached out. "Dende, what's going on? Your fear is palpable, even from this distance."

"Piccolo... is that you?" Dende's voice was shaky. "There's a god of destruction on a rampage. It isn't Lord Beerus. He blew up the entrance to the Time Chamber, leaving Goku trapped inside."

Piccolo's heart sank. Another god of destruction? He recalled the terror they'd all felt when they first heard of Beerus. Without Goku, Earth seemed doomed. He mumbled to himself, "We only survived Beerus because of Goku, and now he's gone."

He thought, "What do we do now?" He knew he had to warn everyone and keep them alert. "Dende, hold on. I'll get the word out. Just stay alive."

Piccolo could hear the resignation in Dende's voice. "Don't waste time coming here. You're too far, too weak against this foe. Contact Vegeta." His voice was weak but held a flicker of hope.

"Dende, I'll alert Vegeta. Just stay alive. Buy us some time." Piccolo contacted everyone, delivering the grim news. Vegeta was the first to respond, swiftly turning back towards the Time Chamber. He growled, "Kakarot, you stubborn fool."

Vegeta grumbled under his breath, "Why didn't you listen to me?" Piccolo reached out to Dende again. "Vegeta is on his way," he informed.

Dende began stalling Quitella, desperate to buy time. "You can kill me, but spare the Earth and its inhabitants, please."

"I'm not here for Earth. I'm here for Goku," Quitella replied. "But since you've seen it all, I can't let you inform Beerus or those mortals about this. So, you must die." Kwitella took a menacing step towards Dende.

"Enough of this chatter," Quitella asserted. "I've wasted enough time. It's time you join Goku in the otherworld."

Just as Quitella was about to strike, his angel Cognac interjected, "My Lord, I sense several powerful foes hurtling towards us, one of which is Vegeta."

"Let them come," Quitella replied confidently. "I'll simply annihilate them as well. Vegeta might be strong, but compared to me, he's nothing more than a toy."

"Yes, my Lord," Cognac agreed. "But remember, this isn't Universe Four. We have no authority here. If you engage Vegeta, my brother will sense the disturbance and alert Lord Beerus. You'll be in deep trouble with Xenosama."

Seizing the opportunity amidst the distraction, Dende quickly scampered away to safety.

"Vegeta is nearly here, my Lord," warned Cognac.

Acknowledging the truth of Cognac's words, Quitella conceded. "Alright. Just give me a moment to deal with this green pest." But upon realizing that Dende had disappeared, he exclaimed, "What?"

"When did he escape, my Lord?" Cognac, now increasingly anxious, urged. "Leave now! Vegeta is practically here."

With the sound of Cognac's warning ringing in his ears, Quitella swiftly teleported himself away from the scene.

Meanwhile, inside the Time Chamber, Goku had finished his training, and believing that Vegeta would not return, made his way towards the entrance. His heart sank as he discovered the entrance was entirely obliterated, leaving him trapped inside.

Goku was baffled, he muttered to himself, "How did this happen? Could my training have caused this? No, I'm not that careless."

Goku spent what felt like days in the hyperbolic time chamber, puzzling over what had happened. Finally, he arrived at a conclusion. "Only two people knew where I was - Vegeta and Dende. It must be one of them."

Thinking it through, he realized Dende, as Earth's guardian, had no reason to do this. "It must be Vegeta," he thought, feeling a sense of betrayal.

"But why? How could he do this? I thought he had changed. We've faced countless foes together, so why this? I swear, when I get out of here, Vegeta, you'll answer for this."
