I used to work at a small but well paying company.Though the job was not really glamorous,but it was quite good.And I was payed better than the other interns.Because of being an intermediate in corporate machine I got many works that are very important for interns.But not for the higher management.

One day,I was assigned to send some important documents to the top floor.12th floor where upper management would receive them.I did as I was told.And with the files in my hands,I entered into the elevator and pressed the 12th floor's button.I watched the elevator passing each floors slowly.And I was reaching my destination.

9 10 11 12 ! 13!!!

Elevator didn't stop at the floor I pressed.It crossed the floor and reached the upper floor instead.But how is it possible? It's strange because the building only has 12 floors!The doors opened and I saw an empty office floor.Where only a few broken bulbs were on with a buzzing sound.I noticed black shadows of chemicals on a grey carpet.

The office rooms were empty without a single computer.

STRANGE!!

The company authority added a new floor and I didn't even know that! After hesitating for a while I got out of the elevator and went inside the creepy office.The office looked more like an abandoned place than an office.There was a strange smell .Or I could say there was no smell!

Because every public place has a mixed smell like coffee's smell from the employees rooms who are workholics or female employees perfume or any smells from foods that come from peoples mouth.These things make a place smelly.While standing in the empty and dark office I couldn't feel any smell.Not even any sound rather than the buzzing sound of lights.

Hello!!?

I asked . Anybody??Hello?My voice echoed within the walls and came back to me.Like the office was making fun of me by saying how could I just ask that when there was no one to answer me?I felt scared and walked back to the elevator and the elevator door closed before my face, faster than a normal elevator.I approached my hand to press the button but there was no button! Feeling scared I tried to open the elevator door with my hands.It felt like the elevator was fighting with me to remain closed.

Finally,I could open it a little bit and peeped with one eye and could only see darkness.No lift and ..... not anything but darkness.My heart stopped beating when I noticed a bloody eye staring back at me from the darkness.I screamed and jumped back .The elevator door was again closed.I don't think I would ever try to open it again.And after the staring through my soul I would never.I had to find another way to get out of that place.

I walked around the office rooms.The broken and buzzing lights were showing me the way ahead.I still had the papers I had to submit to the higher management office.

At the end of the office there was a door which led to a hallway which had the same white wallpaper and dull grey carpet.

I walked pass the hallway and thought maybe there could be a way out.At last,I found a new door at the end of the hallway from where I reached an office which looked the exact same with the first office I entered.Only a little bit of difference like the bulbs and the chairs!

I again entered an office where I sensed a creepy and freezing vibe as I discovered an office looking the same with the other ones.But it felt like a typhoon went through the office.The cubicles, chairs and tables were broken and the white wall too.I went a little bit closer to see clearly.And when I did so I sensed a disgusting metallic smell.I held my breath and tried to zoom though the room to find the source of the smell.

In one corner of the darkside there seemed to be something sitting which was a probably a human!!

Though I couldn't see properly but I could tell he was nothing but a pile of bones.Maybe he didn't get food to eat !!! This I discovered by looking at his ***** back.I could even see his backbone.And I could hear a mild sound of chewing something that was coming from that person and the sound was overthrowing the buzzing sound.

When I entered the room ,the lights fell on him for only one second and I saw what it was sitting on and where that metallic smell was coming from.In front of him,there was a mutilated corpse laying.It's blood was dried up and the carpet was covered with blood.The corpse was wearing an office suit like me.It's clothes were torn and covered with blood and flesh.That thing was scratching and digging the organs, skin and intestines of that girl with it's skinny hands.

My lunch was moving in my stomach.I could not control it and started vomiting on the floor.All the food I ate went away with the vomit . Suddenly, that thing looked back at me and I saw it's face for the first time.It was surely a human.It's eyes were filled with blood, it had few white hair.It looked at me with opening it's mouth.... smiling.It's yellow teeth were also filled with blood.

Ha ha ha ha.....

****Fresh flesh****.

Saying that it jumped at me.I threw the files then and there and started running with all my strength.I could sense the sound of bones cracking when that thing was running towards me .

I was running and running. Running and running.

I threw chairs and tables here and there .While running I found another door which led to another office room.And again another room. This went on and on .Afterwards, the rooms that I had passed all looked the same to me like I was stuck up in an eternal maze .But I had neither time nor strength to think straight.I was just running and running to the rooms that were close to me until I was out of breath .

I was hoping that thing doesn't choose the same room that I was going to pass .And after a long long run,the footsteps of that thing running stopped eventually.I was out of breath from all that running.So, I stopped for a while and tried to catch some air . Though that place was really big and empty but the air felt stuffy.

I sat and placed my hands on my knees to relax when I was catching some air.I was not aware when I fainted .But

when I came back to sense I found myself in another office room which I didn't know where it was located and how much time had it been.

From that time to now, a very long time has passed till this moment.

I can't even eem to remember properly for how many days I've been locked in these walls or I could say this maze ! I can't even tell how many days and nights has it been in this place or if days and nights even exist in this place.

I am ..... really hungry.

I can't die because of hunger even if I am trying to.

I have lost so much weight that even my bones are coming out.I can hear the cracking sound of my bones.

I have also pulled out all my hairs in hope of finding a way to exit.But all in vain..

The hair I have left also became white because of stress.

**Today I woke up hearing a sound maybe which I didn't hear for a long long time.

A panicked "HELLO**".

Which was coming through the buzzing sound of lights.The sound woke me up from my years of sleep and I walked towards the girl carrying my skinny boby.

I reached an office room through the doorway which had a lift at the end of it.

I couldn't say if it was the same lift that took me to this creepy place.With her shoes shivering the girl came near.She was wearing an office suit that was not different from mine when I came here.

When I bowed down a little to see her clearly I was mesmerized with her sweet smell.She was smelling so sweet and soft .

How much different from the emptiness from which I was so bored out .

My mouth got watery while I was going towards that girl.I couldn't see her clearly because of darkness but .....

" I WAS REALLY HUNGRY " .
