Twin Moons.
Two hundred years later.
Unfortunately the planet Earth was hit by an icy meteorite and froze, everything on the surface was covered by ice. The people who managed to hide under the ground survived but these were few in numbers and they formed small colonies all around the planet.
The Earth became a bit like the Moon at the surface and it was called the Moon's twin by the scientists.
Aproximatly two hundred years after the fall (the way the humanity was calling that phenomenon), all the living beings were struggling to survive under the earth's crust but the resources here were decaying day after day.
What happened? Why did the immense block of ice fell on Earth and produced that natural calamity. It was the end of humanity? There were too many questions within the minds of those who survived this disaster. Life on Earth was becoming impossible!
They had to do something to discover the truth and for how long they can still survive digging up the bark of the earth.
Our action starts in a colony, Gauntlet, situated on the Asian continent, more precisely in Japan.
The colonies were formed by a group of scientists who predicted the future disaster and gathered a large number of people, the ones who believed in their stories, to move under the ground. It wasn't special selection or some kind of lottery, the people were simply coming out of fear of the future events.
These were the survivors of the tragedy. The rest of the humanity vanished at the impact of the block of ice with the Earth.
Now, we're going back at our colony, Gauntlet.
Here a group of young engineers led by Akira, decide to join the project of two scientists. They want to help them in their search for the truth and to find other survivors like themselves.
Surprisingly these young engineers succeeded to create some advanced machines that can allow them to go out at the surface and explore the surroundings.
These were used now in many fields, from the working areas to the colony of defense division as "suits".
They were called "battle suits" or "working suits" and they were controlled by people.
The engineering department.

(someone's phone suddenly rings inside the big hall)
Someone yells at the phone's owner to shut it down.
Charlotte
Damn it!
Don't you hear me, shut it down!
It's annoying!
Luke
Sorry, Charlotte! It's my grandma again. She usually forgets everything very fast so she calls me to refresh her memory.
Charlotte
Then tell your grandma that you're working now! I don't have all day to wait for these sketches. You must finish it till the break time.
