A few Millennium years even before the development of humans on the higher world.

It used to exist as a separate world just for the existence of demons and monsters.

The humans lived in a lower world and were protected by a barrier made by a higher being.

This said barrier was said to have isolated the humans from the difference creatures that exists outside the human knowledge.

But as the years pass, the barrier begin to show signs of fading away.

Taking this opportunity, strong human cultivators who were capable of bypassing the barrier that isolated from a greater world begin to disappear.

Little to their knowledge, once they exited, the path to return wasn't available anymore and instead their only road was to continue on with their martial journey.

After coming a long road, humans began to show signs of surpassing limits of the demons and the monster abilities.

After a century long war between the three races they compromised and lived in their own territory with the humans owning half of the Greater realm.

The greed of humans could never be satiated as a few others began invading even the lands of demon again.

The demon God was the only existence capable of handling the human deity realm master. While the humans had close to 3 human deity beings.

The war between the two was enjoyed by the monster who showed no signs of interfering.

While the humans might have a higher number of deity realm masters, the lack of unity always made them unable to conquer the demon land.

As the war continue to drag on, the Demon God found out about the lower world. The world where human stems out of.

He believed humans were like cockroach that are persistent and always comes back from time to Time. If he could eradicate the human from its root he would have a greater chance in winning the war.

Demons who were only at a level of king realm or a level 5 demon were able to enter the portal.

Anyone above it was rejected, the demon God couldn't even damage the barrier that existed.

For once the human united and fought of the demons at the gate of the lower world. But the damage was done, humans who lived in the lower world were invaded.

Millions lost their live unable to survive the onslaught of the demons.

One of the three deity realm Human sacrificed his life during the war, lots of human cultivators at the realm of king were dispatched into the barrier and upon completion, the barrier was enhanced, no humans nor demons were able to intrude ever again.

The humans in the lower world were saved but the balance in the Greater world was offset.

With the inability to suppress both demons and monsters, the war continues on till the passage of time. None showing any signs of retreating the war.

After the invasion of demons, due to the one-sided war for ages. The demon had begun to breed with the humans that was until the human cultivators from outer world came in and fought them off.

But the blood of the demon had spread and hence hunts for the half demons begin.

The lower realm were in complete shambles after that war and thousands of years had passed.

The demons were thought to have gone extinct, but they'll appear on the surface during vulnerable times. And when they do appear, lots of life were lost.

In Zhang kingdom, a Third rate country in the small world. A place rumored to inhabit tons of half demons.

A group of man were chasing a beautiful woman with a child on her hands. Her looks were mesmerizing, but the tattered clothing she was wearing expressed poorly of her.

..."Hah, …, am I going to die? I… My son is only a newborn,.,. Why heaven,.,. Why do you have to make my son suffer for my mistakes?"...

The woman kept thinking as she ran. She had saved a man who was injured, they fell in love with each other but the man journeyed out and never returned.

She quickly ran away and on her 3rd year gave birth to a kid in a faraway village.

But luck wasn't on her side, one of the people who helped her make her delivery had a bit of knowledge on demons.

She overheard them saying they would get rid of the baby. Nalan, (the name of the woman), despite the delivery being done not long ago, she held her son and ran off.

3 days she continued running, with sheer determination she continued living on. The males chasing her felt sorry for her but they couldn't allow the birth of a half demon.

Half demons were more dangerous than pure blooded demons.

Demons rely on their bloodline to cultivate while half demons were capable of learning human techniques making them even capable of exceeding pure blood demons.

As she reached her limits, she could only pray in regret. She ran straight into a forest filled with dark aura. A place rumored to habitat ghosts, filled with extreme yin energy.

With luck, she found a cave unaffected by the yin energy.

Laying down the child, she kissed him on his forehead and said

"I'm sorry son, I've been a useless mother for you. I couldn't do anything for you. All I can do is pray that you don't die. Mommy will be back for you if heaven allows."

Saying so she filled a clothing with rocks and made her way out of the forest. The males who had chased her into the forest saw her and she, realizing they took the bait started running away.

The males continued chasing her until she jumped down a cliff holding tightly along with the dummy child in her hands.

In the greater world, after the loss of a deity realm Human master. The area where he had control began to fall in disarray.

The demons which was near those territories began invading them.

With the current development, humans started to merge with the demons seeing that it was the only path for survival.

Among one of those sects, a first-rate sect was in conflict with its own members.

The sect was famous all around but when their sect master disappeared the grand elder took it to his advantage and ordered a merge with the demons.

Among those elders, there was Kryll, the youngest elder in their Crimson Sun temple.

He strongly opposed on the ideas and went head-on with the grand elder.

It had to be known that grand elder was a martial emperor expert while Kryll was just an insignificant cultivator who only recently stepped onto the saint realm.

But,..

They were proven wrong, Kryll managed on his own and fought the grand elder head-on for 3 continuous week.

The elders were shocked.

There were two major realms apart but Kryll, a saint realm master had fought grand elder to a stand still for three weeks.

Many elders who were also against the idea of merging with the demons began to show Kryll support and fought alongside him.

Kryll was a genius since youth, he had broken most records of their Crimson Sun Temple.

He had broken through emperor realm within fifty years, reached destruction realm at age of two hundred and reached saint realm on the next hundred year.

A saint realm expert at the age of three hundred and fifty or closed off to four hundred.

During these years, he had reached the peak in alchemy and his research into arrays were top notched.

He was also able to fight the grand elder with the many pills he had refined.

Even if it comes at the risk of his life he was willing to risk it all.

The grand elder also saw the talent in him and hadn't gone all out as well.

"Kryll, I acknowledge of your talent. So I won't kill you but you'll have to follow me and merge with the demons. Only by living can we continue to cultivate. All efforts will be in vain when we die. "

But contrary to his line of thoughts Kryll responded
