"Y/n-chaan! Are you really going to leave?!" Dazai sadly says. He's throwing tantrums again because Y/n will leave for 2 months. She wants to visit her family. It's been 5 years since she saw them.

"C'mon, Dazai! We can double suicide once I come back here." Y/n rolls her eyes and took her phone to know what time is it.

"Then, can I visit you?! We can double suicide there, I'm sure no one will interfere!" Dazai said with a babyface. Y/n laugh because of his cuteness.

"geez.. alright," she said and shook her head.

Dazai and Y/n were so close to each other, they're always together, go to missions together. They even double suicide together. Since the day Dazai asked Y/n to double suicide and Y/n agreed, they became so close. They're partner-in-crime.

They are once part of the organization named 'Port mafia.' but they decided to leave and joined a Detective agency, where they met other friends. Like, Ranpo, Kunikida, Yosano, and many more.

They even met Atsushi not so long ago. They met him when they're trying to drown their selves on a lake, and he interfered.

"Y/n, make sure to send me a bunch of yummy foods!" Ranpo shouted while smiling.

He's so cute!

"Sure!" Y/n replied and wave her hand to them while she's inside the train.

"Y/n, take care there! Make sure to call us if there's a problem!" Kunikida said while adjusting his glasses.

"Alright! Dazai makes sure to visit me, so we can continue it!" Y/n shouted, which made other people look at her, maybe they misunderstood.

Kunikida sigh as well as Atsushi. "They're at it again," Kunikida said while shrugging and Atsushi just nodded.

When Y/n can't see them anymore, she sits on the chair of the train and thinks about what would she do when she meets him. "Finally, after 5 years, I can see you again!" Y/n grin because of the excitement she felt.

After 6 hours of journey, she finally arrived at her destination. Y/n stood up and stretch her body as she picks her luggage.

She walks and walks until she arrived at the house she used to stay when she's younger. A sudden memories flashbacks on Y/n's head and remember her moments with him.

She held the necklace he had given her. Y/n smiled sadly because of the memories coming back when she set foot in this place.

"Grandpa I'm home!" she happily greets as she opens the door of the house. A familiar household she used to stay.

"Ah, Y/n, is that you?!" An old man showed up out of nowhere, it was their Grandfather.

"Yup!" she said as she hugs him tightly "I miss you!" she said and release.

"It's been 5 years, Y/n. You didn't even call us!"

Y/n scratch her nape. "Well you see, I'm so busy." Y/n laugh.

"Ayo... And what's with these bandages? Are you hurt or something?!" Her grandfather asked.

"Of course not! By the way, where's Emma, and Manjiro?" she asked while roaming her eyes around.

"Ah, they're out for a while. They'll be back later." Her Grandfather said as he helps Y/n with her luggage and they sit down on the sofa.

"How are they?" Y/n smiled.

"Hm? Well, they're fine. Emma has someone she likes now, and Mikey has a new friend."

Y/n smiled genuinely. "Is that so? That's good, then." they talked for a moment some things, about what Y/n does or her job.

After they talked, Y/n bid her goodbye first because she's going to rest for a while and just call her if Manjiro and Emma are already here.

Y/n took off her bandages and take a shower. She dries her hair first before she sleeps.



"xx-chan! It's snowing! Let's build a castle!" the little girl said happily while smiling wide. "Let's invite xx-kun with us!" she added.

The boy smiled at her and nodded. "Alright," he said as they both look for the boy.

"Oi! xx-kun, where are you?!" the little girl calls while panting. They've been finding the boy since earlier.

"Where is he, xx-chan?!" The little lady pouted.

The boy chuckled and pat her head. "He's probably hiding there. Let's go, he's playing tricks at us again," he said and they both walk again.

After a while, they finally saw the boy. "ah! Here you are, xx-kun!" the little girl screams at the top of her lungs, because of her loud voice the two boys immediately covered their ears. "We've been finding you since earlier!" she said as she slaps the boy's shoulder.

The boy laughs, "Haha, don't be angry, xx-chan. I'm just hiding from someone."

The little girl observe him, "Who's them? I'm going to kick their asses!" she said as she ready her fist.

The two boys laugh and shook their heads. "Let's go build a castle." the boy said and pull her to the center.

The three of them play snow until they get tired. They talk about their dreams of the future while lying on the ground full of snow.

Tears escape from Y/n's eyes as she opens it. She gets up because of the dream she has as well because of the noise coming from her phone.

"Hello?" she answered while wiping the tears on her cheeks.

"Y/n-chaaan~! I miss you already!" it was Dazai's voice. She immediately smiled as she heard his voice.

"I miss you too, Dazai. How are things going there? Did you meet Chuuya-kun?" she asked while smiling.

"Oh, that shorty? I saw him earlier on our way to the office. He asked where you are." Dazai laugh. "Well, of course, I didn't say it."

"Is that so?" Y/n laugh. "Then say hi to Boss and the others for me, Dazai!" she said.

"Got it! I'll visit you when I'm doing nothing," he said and hang up.

Y/n sigh as she prepared herself because of the noise she heard on the outside. She put on bandages that she always does and comb her hair. "Man, Dazai should be the one who's doing this," she mumbled while combing her hair.

Evey morning Dazai will indeed visit her just to comb her hair and eat with her. Even though Dazai was too lazy to do it, Y/n just forced him.

Y/n smiled while looking at herself in the mirror. "I can finally see you, ken," she said and leave her room.

"Why are you guys so noisy?!" Y/n fake a groans, that made all people in their living room look at her.

They were all stunned as if they saw a ghost. "Er.. do I look like a ghost or something?" Y/n raised her eyebrow.

"Y/n?!!" Manjiro was the first one who reacted and run towards her. "Waa! I miss you!" he said as he hugs her so tightly.

"Y/n?" the next one is Emma who came closer to hug her too. "I miss you, it's been 5 years!" she said.

"Haha, I missed you too guys!" she said as she looks at her cousin's friends. "Yo, Ken. It's been a long time."

Draken irk because of what she called him. "Huh? Don't call me that!" he said but Y/n just laugh at him but inside she's so happy. She's so happy to see him.

The man I like was Draken.

Y/n and others were just talking to each other about what is she doing in Yokohama and what job she has. Y/n told them about her jobs. That she worked on the mafia once and became a member of the Detective agency. They even laughed at her because of her sudden changes.

While Y/n just secretly took a glance at Draken while they're talking. Manjiro introduced Takemichi to Y/n too as well as his girlfriend, Hinata.

"You see, Mikey. I have a rival, you two have a similarity." Y/n smiled while remembering Chuuya's face.

"Hm? Really?" Mikey looks at her with a curious face. "What's our similarity?"

"Yep! You guys have the same height!" She cheerfully said and they all laugh while Mikey just pouted.

"Oi, Y/n! Stop bullying Mikey." Draken said as if his child got bullied by someone big.

"eh? Baldy-ken are you his mom?" Y/n casually asked with a smile on her face. She's teasing him.

Draken was irked because of what she said. "what's with that shitty nickname?!" he said with annoyance.

Y/n chuckled. "Ohh, then should I call you, Drake?" she playfully grin.

Draken's mouth twitches because of the irritation he felt. "Where the fck did you get that name?"

Y/n hum, "You don't want to? It's a foreign name like Emma though." after what she said Draken became silent. what? She thought.

"I got that name when I was on a mission with my boy friend on the outside of the country." y/n smiled and didn't mind Draken's reaction earlier.

"What?! Y/n you have a boyfriend?!!!" Mikey overreacted because of what she said as well as the others, but the only she noticed is, Draken's reaction didn't even change.

He doesn't care, huh?

Y/n smiled sadly but in secret. "Yes. As in BOY FRIEND. Not boyfriend. There's a difference between them, Mikey." Y/n rolled her eyes as she fake a laugh.

"Is that so?" Mikey nodded and finally calm down. "You still can't have a boyfriend, okay?! If you have one, he has to defeat me first, so he can prove he's worth it and strong enough to protect you." Mikey 'hmp'.

while Y/n is just smiling at him and suddenly remember how strong Dazai is, that made her laugh.

She shook her head and decide not to mention it because Mikey might throw tantrums.

"How about you, Mikey? Do you already have a girlfriend?" Y/n asked.

Mikey pointed himself. "me? Ehh, I don't have one and I don't plan to have one." Mikey shook his head like a child.

Cute. Now, I miss Ranpo and Kyouka-chan.

"Is that so? How about you, Emma?" she asked, which immediately made Emma blush. "Do you have one?!" Y/n said with a surprised voice.

"N-no!" she said and look away.

"Hehhhh?!" Y/n just nodded and didn't ask any further questions. "How about you, Drake? Do you have someone you like or girlfriend?" y/n smiled bitterly, but just like Emma's reaction, they just looked away. "What's with your reactions?!"

"Y/n, Emma and him went to a festival together last month!" Nahoya said, that made Y/n's smiles fade. While the two's faces turned red

"I-Is that so?" Y/n pretend to be happy. She pretends like it's nothing and she's really happy for them even though it hurts her. That's right she's so good at that. It's her talent after all. For others, it may be not talent, but for her it is. She loves to pretend the most.

"how about you, Y/n? Do you have someone you like?!" Hinata asked with a wide smile.

Y/n laugh. A fake one. "Hm? Someone, I like? I have two people I like!" she said while smiling. "First, that boy from my past, but I don't see him anymore and I can't remember his face nor name, but even though I can't remember anything about him, I know that I still like him." Y/n smiled sadly as she vividly remembers the boy from her past. "The second one was, I met him 5 years ago, but I won't say anything about him. He already has someone he likes... So yeah!" she said cheerfully as if it's nothing.

while inside her she wanted to scream, she wanted to cry, she wanted to ease the pain she felt.

The living room fell into silence, no one wants to speak even Mikey. Not until Nahoya speak.

"Y/n, why do you have bandages?" He's grinning while asking as if nothing happened, which made y/n thankful.

"hm, this? Oh, it's a habit of mine. I got used to it when I met Dazai, my friend. " She smiled while remembering the time they both met. That time was Y/n trying to suicide on the bridge, and coincidentally Dazai was trying to commit suicide too.

That moment was one of the memorable memories she has. After she met Dazai, her life changed. He gave her light that no one else did. He stayed beside her when no one else did. He was there when everyone left her. He comforted her when she's at her worst. He even wanted to die with her, well that's obvious though.

Time went by. Y/n's birthday is coming. Emma was busy preparing for her birthday, while she's not even excited about it. For her, it's just a normal day. Well, the people at the Detective agency were celebrating her birthday, but she was happy about it and she always can't eat cake because Ranpo had already eaten it all.

"Oi, Y/n! Aren't you excited about your birthday?!" Emma groaned while cleaning.

Y/n just shrugged and open her phone to call Dazai. "Yo, Dazai!" she said when Dazai answered the call.

"Y/n-chaann~!" A loud voice of Dazai welcomed her, she immediately put away the phone from her ear.

"You can greet me without shouting, Osamu," she said with annoyance. Mikey and Draken were talking with Takemichi not so far from her." 'sup, how's everyone there?" she asked and click her tongue.

"You want to talk with them? Wait a min," he said. "Shinju shinju wa hitori dekinai o~" he sang while walking towards the office. He's singing his suicide song again made by him. "Atsushi-kun! Kunikidaaa-kuun~!" he called in chorus. "Y/n-chan is calling!"

Y/n heard some noises on the phone. They're running again. "ehem.. y/n, how are you there? Do you have any problems there? Your birthday is near, what do you want to have?" A sudden question from Kunikida.

Y/n laugh. "My god! What's with those questions?! I just left last week, you guys miss me that much?!" y/n said in shock.

"Ofー oi, Y/n-san! Your birthday is coming, right? You can trust me to buy your cake!" Ranpo cut Kunikida's sentence.

"haha, no thanks, Ranpo-kun. You'll probably lose it." Y/n fake a laugh. "Anyways, you guys can come here. You can bring the others if they're not busy," she added.

While Y/n was happily talking to her co-workers, Emma, Draken, and Mikey were just watching her. How she laughed, she smiled, how her eyes bright because of happiness. She's happy when y/n was talking to them, but her eyes don't glint, unlike how she laughs right now. It's different.

She became distant to us...

They thought.

A cold breeze kissed her face as she walk on the dark part of the alley. She can hear the birds chirping. y/n walk and walk, playing the pebbles on her feet. Her hair swayed away because of the strong wind passing.

"This sucks," she mumbles.

y/n sighed and look upon the dark sky. It's violet, the color of the sky. Somehow, it reminded her of certain someone from her past that she didn't even remember his name nor face. The only thing she can remember is, he's s guy.

"I wonder who he is.."

y/n walk and walk when someone bumps on her because her mind is somewhere else. "Ah, I'm sorry.." she apologize with a bow, didn't even glance at the person she bumped into, and just continue to walk.

While the man was just staring at her receding bulk. "She does look familiar.." he uttered and just shrug as he continues to walk where his King is.

y/n's phone rang. She didn't mind it at first because she's not in the mood to talk with anyone.

She sighed when it rang again. "Geez, just where are you, y/n? We've been calling you three times!" it was Emma's voice who welcomed her.

She let out a lazy smile and answer her. "Don't mind me. I'm just doing some job. I'll be home soon." y/n said and hang up as she take a step on the railings of the rooftop.

"This is a good place to take suicide.." she mumbled as she chuckle and was about to jump when someone spoke.

"Someone's here for a suicide?" the man spoke that making her froze and smile later on. y/n look at him with a hint of happiness in her eyes.

He raised his brow to her with confusion in his eyes.

"Want to double suicide with me?" She asked, feeling sorry for Dazai. The man's purple eyes widened, and unable to speak a word.

He was a young man of average height with large, vacant purple eyes and had a tan complexion... His bleach blond hair styled in a center-parted undercut almost appeared as if it were white hair.

He's wearing a red coat and hanafudaーderived earrings, which are familiar to her.

"What?" She chuckles because of his reaction. "First time seeing someone who's goin' on suicide?" She asked and look directly into his orchid eyes.

"The ****'s wrong with ya?" he frowned. "If you're going to suicide, do it in other places, not here in my territory." he rolled his eyes.

"Man, you're boring.." y/n shakes her head and faces him while still not moving an inch where she's standing. Her back is facing the tall building as if she's ready to drop herself. She steps backward even though there's no space and just an edge of the ground.

The man's eyes widened and were about to say something when she smiled and drop herself on the rooftop. She still can see the man's hands trying to grab her but it's too late. She already landed on the ground with a smile on her face.

"Ah, I can't feel any pain.." she uttered as the blood started to flow from her head but it doesn't make her lose consciousness.y/nsighed as she failed again. "I hate it.." tears drop on her cheeks as she closes her eyes and puts her right hand on it.

"It's so pathetic..." She mumbles and laughs like crazy. There are still no changes, she still can't die. It's suffocating.. she just wanted to rest, but why God can't let her?

She can't die because of this ability that no one else knows except for Dazai. I'm too tired for this, I want to rest. She felt running footsteps coming to her as she opened her eyes and smile at the man with orchid eyes. "Yo.." she greeted.

He stiffened when he saw her with the blood but it looks like she's not in pain because of her expression. "Man, that was good, "y/nuttered as she stand up and wipe the dirt on her black coat.

"H-how are you still alive?" he stutters and just looking at her without even blinking. You chuckle and poke his forehead. "I don't know too. Anyways, forgot what you saw today.. bye-bye, pretty eyes boy," she said and wave her hand as she walk away from him.

The man looks at her receding bulk, and still can't believe what happened. Did she just tell him to forget what he just saw? He shook his head because of the lady's weirdness. "ah, never mind that." he groaned and leave that place too.

Humming while walking to her home. She remembers the man earlier. [Name] smiled because his eyes captivated her. "His eyes are pretty.." she uttered as she wipe the blood on her head. "Man, this sucks." She shook her head and hurried to her house.

"I'm home!" y/n greeted as she entered the door. The house is silent when she entered, she assumes that Mikey and his friends are out because of their gang.

Emma was the one who welcomed her. She's sitting on the couch while watching TV with Hinata. "Oh, Y/n. You're here. Where did you go again?" she asked, y/n just fake a laugh and look away.

"I just met a friend." She lied. Emma is scary when she's angry, y'know?

Good thing she believes what she says and nods. "Hi, Hina-chan!" you greet Hinata. She smiled at her and greeted her back. She didn't stay long and went to her room.

When she's still removing her bandages, she remembers the boy's earring earlier. "Where did I see that again?" She asked herself.

Then [name] suddenly remembers the earrings that Shinichiro gave her when she's 5 years old. [Name] hurriedly went to the room where she doesn't open usually. She searches through boxes until she sees a small red box. y/n smiled and picked up the box.

She sits on her bed and slowly opens the box. She sees the long earrings with red on the top while the bottom is black and with a white circle in the middle. Her forehead wrinkled because of its design. Even though she was confused about its design, y/n still wore it because it looked pretty okay and another one was from Shinichiro.

Because of the earrings, memories with Shinichiro suddenly flashbacks on her mind as her mood is swift.

"I miss you, Shi-chan."

She uttered as a tear escaped from her eyes.
