On the City of Pualo a man named Minami Kuta was walking through the crowd with his friends. "There are too many people out here" Kuta said, as they are passing through they saw an old man. "N-no p-p-please have mercy I don't have any money and my granddaughter is sick" the old man said, "WHAT DO I CARE!? HUH!! I DON'T CARE IF YOUR GRANDDAUTHER IS GOING TO DIE... GIVE ME ALL YOU HAVE OR I'LL KILL YOU RIGHT HERE YOU SHITTY OLD MAN!" the man said in rage. As the old man resist the patience of the man runs out as the man tries to hit the old man the friend of Minami Kuta, Hiyori Shiro steps in to stop the man from hitting.

"Stop it already!! The old man don't have anything so why forcing him!?" Shiro said, "Hey brat if you don't want to get involve in this mess better step out" the man said, " Tch... you think you can scare me? Look at all this people watching you? Hurting an old man that has nothing how shameless you can be?" Shiro said in disgust. As the people around started to murmur the man got pissed off "Brat I gave you a chance to step back but you lost that chance, now pay for what younhave done" the man said, letting out a punch to silence Shiro but Kuta interfered and got hit instead "Hehhh another ahitty brat trying to be a hero... well I don't mind ohhh I've got an idea... how about kneel in front of me beg and leave that old man? I can let you both slide" the man said smurking... "Ahahahahahaha come on bastard... you think we'll beg and kneel infront of you? CUT THE CRAP WE WILL NEVER BEG FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU!!" Kuta said " Then be crippled for your entire life shitty brats!!" the man said while grabbing a pipe " This is for embarrasing me infront of so many people!!!" the man said " You embarrass yourself moron!!!" Kuta and Shiro said " Still has some guts huh? Then repent your actions as you stay bed ridden in your entire life" the man said in rage. As he swing the pipe a man in black robe stops him and got thrown away... "Guh *cough* *cough* who are you you bastard!?" the man said "I am someone who you don't want to mess with" the man in black said and the man that got thrown away pissed himself, the man in black walks towards Kuto and Shiro "You did well, thank you for helping me" the man in black said smiling "As a reward I'll give you this" the man in black said while handing over a black letter "Go to that place and ask the guards that you have an appointment with the man named Mater Licht and show this black letter to him" the man in black said and vanished like a shadow... " What is this?" Shiro said " i don't know either..." Kuta said, as the night ends a beautiful display of fireworks has begun and everyone was amazed by the dascinating fifeworks and end the night...

As the fireworks display ended both Minami Kuta and Hiyori Shiro went back home to get some rest as they are walking through the alley they saw the Black Robed man... "Who are you?" Kuta said, "I am someone who you both helped, don't you remember?" The man in black said with a soft voice "That is impossible how xome you are so young?" Shiro said... "It is the truth didn't the old man dissapear as I appear?" the man in black said. "That might be possible but there is also a possibility that the old man left while we are distracted to avoid more problems and went to his sick granddauther." Shiro said... "Hmmmm that might be true too if that is what you want to believe, but either way the letter I gave you I want you to go that place a place where you can learn how to use magic a magic that can be used to PROTECT or DESTROY it's all up to you..." the man in black said, "Magic? What is that?" Shiro and Kuta said in confusion... " Yes! Magic magic is the most magnificent thing in this world without the energy of the magic there will be no trees , animals, insects in short there is no life... Magic is inside of us all but not everyone can use Magic because some only have a little enough for them to stay alive and survive for everyday life." the man in black said.

"So your saying is that we both have the power to use Magic in some extent not just for living?" Shiro said, " Exactly!" the man in black came closer "So will you go to that place or are you going to stay here and live a boring a boring life?" the man in black said

"We'll think about it mister... man in black?" Kuta said "Ohh just call me Kuro" Kuro said, " So Kuro what if we refuse?" Shiro said " If you refuse? Hmmm well there is no reason for you to refuse because you will do it wheter you like it or not" Kuro said in a frightening tone... "WHA-WHAT!? You're not the one to decide for that... we have our own live so we have the right to make our own decision not you... let's go Kuta let's not waste our time here" Shiro said angrily and left the alley. As they are nearing back there home Kuta stopped "Sh-Shiro don't you want to take that offer and leave this place?" Kuta asked anxiously... "Kuta do you trust that man? Are you willing to do what that man asked you to do? Think carefully Kuta that man is too mysterious to be trusted... and do you really think that he is the old man that we helped?" Shiro said in concern "I don't know I don't know I just want to leave I don't want to stay here any longer and what if he's telling the truth? What if Magic truly exist?" Kuta said while tears are dropping "Kuta! I know what you feel I am your best friend remember... we've been friends since we are kids so I can feel you I can feel evey tears that comes out of your eyes every words you release I can understand them all, but please Kuta think about it more careful we do not know that man so let us end our conversation here for now, okay?" Shiro said worriedly " *sob*sob*sob* Okay I need to go home as well Aunt might be worried about me" Kuta said " Okay better run... let's meet at the plaza tomorrow and have some fun..." Shiro said cheerfully, "Okay bye" Kuta said while running * sigh it's getting late better come back home too* Shiro said to himself...

"Auntie I'm back" Kuta said "Where did you go?" Aunt Lily said looking fiercely to Kuta "Follw me" Aunt Lily said and Kuta followed "Now... WHERE DID YOU GO!! DIDN'T I TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE UNTIL YOU FINISH ALL THE CHORES!!!" Aunt Lily said angrily while striking Kuta fiercely "Aunt sorry Im really sorry I will not do it anymore so please stop I'm begging you please stop" Kuta said while lying on the floor crying "Pffft look at yourself Kuta you look so lame... Ku-ta didn't you said that your strong? Why don't you prove it? Come on Kuta!!" Lucas said while punching and kicking Kuta "Stop Lucas we still needs him" Aunt Lily said "Need him? For what Mom? Look at him he is looking at you and it looks like he's trying to curse you..." Lucas said and kicked Kuta's face again "Just let him be... by the way if you don't finish all the chores tonight you will not leave nor eat tomorrow...do you understand?" Aunt Lily said "I SAID DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!?" Aunt Lily said furiously "Y-yes auntie" Kuta said while enduring the pain... as tney go up both Mother and Son are Laughing hardly.

"I'm worried about Kuta what could have he's Aunt done to him by now..." Shiro said worriedly... "Are you really that worried about him?" Kuro said "Yeah... I've known him for a very long time and I know what he's Aunt doing to him even though he don't want to tell me" Shiro said... "W-Wahh!! Where did you come from?" Shiro said in surprised "Ahahaha look at your funny face Ahahah" Kuro said happily "What are you doing here?" Shiro said "I'm just here to tell you that your best friend is beaten up" Kuro said "Wh-What? How did you know?"Shiro said "Didnt I tell you that I can use Magic?" Kuro said sarcastically. As Kuro tried to enter Shiro's room, Shiro pushed him back out of the window "Woah come on Shiro don't push me back I might fall" Kuro said sarcastically "Ohh really now? Didn't you said that you can use Maaagic? And another thing don't you ever call me by my first name... we are not even close only Kuta can call me by my first name so scram!" Shiro said and closed the window *What have your Aunt do to you again this time* Shiro said to himself and get to bed and sleep...

As promised both Minami Kuta and Hiyori Shiro met up at the plaza...

"Good Morning Shiro... Sorry I just finished doing some chores" Kuta said with a smile.

"Good Morning Kuta, and I just happen to arrive a little early than you.." Shiro said

As the two friends walks by Shiro saw many bruises in Kuta's arm and got shocked...

"What happened to your arm?" Shiro ask seriously

"I-It's n-nothing I just hit it while doing some c-chores" Kuto said nervously...

"Okay if you say so *But I already know the reason on how you got that bruises*" Shiro said...

"By the way what are we gonna do today?" Kuta asked earnestly

"Ehem I know you'll ask... we..." Shiro said in suspense

"We? We what?" Kuta asked eagerly

"We're gonna go shopping" Shiro said in big smile

"Yay... we are gonna go shopping" Kuta said in low tone

"Aren't you happy?" Shiro asked

"Well I am happy... really it's just that... you know I don't have any money because my Aunt never gave me anything nor I have something to sell" Kuta said in a gloomy way

"It's okay I'll treat you so you better shape up because you are gonna carry your own items" Shiro said cheerfully

"Do you not know me? I'm the strongest in our group... even though it's just the two of us" Kuta said

Shiro and Kuta first went to the Dress Shop...

"Shiro look... does this look good on me?" Kuta asked

"Yeah It looks good on you... but are you sure you want that?" Shiro said as he smirk at kuta

"W-What are you smirking at? I just asked you if it looks good on me... I didn't tell you to smirk on me hmmp" Kuta said and a little bit irritated

"Hey come on don't get mad at me it's just that are you really serious on wearing that?" Shiro said while comforting Kuta

"What is wrong in wearing formal attire? We are not going to some hiking or anything that will dirty our clothes right?" Kuta said...

"Ummm I guess so, try guessing it" Shiro said sarcastically

"Can you please just tell me! I will really get mad at you if you don't tell me..." Kuta said with a threatening voice

"K-Kuta don't be like that..." Shiro said nervously

"I really will get mad I'll count to three if you won't tell me then I'll leave" Kuta said

Kuta pinches Shiro's cheeks...

"Ahhhhh!! Kuta that hurts you know" Shiro said while both of them are laughing

"That's for teasing me" Kuta said while drying off his tears

"So are you ready to know why I smirk at you by picking that shirt?" Shiro said

"I already asks many times already and you're asking me if I'm ready!?" Kuta said

"I'm sorry... So here is the reason I want us to leave this City and go to the place where that Kuro guy is telling us to go to... and you are going to wear formal attire for an adventure?" Shiro said

"What!? Did I misheard something?" Kuta said in surprised

"Are you deaf? It's just the two of us here..." Shiro said in annoyance

"Sorry it's just that it surprised me you were really againts the idea the last night we talked about it" Kuta said

"It's okay I was really againts it but seeing your bruises made me realize that having an adventure and following that man's instruction would be better than you being bullied and hurt all over your body by your own Aunt" Shiro said

Kuta was surprised on how concerned his friend to him but...

"I-I I... I need to think about it" Kuta said

"Sure no need to be so rush we'll meet again tomorrow and tell me your answer, okay?" Shiro said

"Sure... but I'll still take these" Kuta said

"Fine but don't blame me if you can't move freely with those" Shiro said sarcastically

"I haven't told you my answer... so their is a possibility that I won't accept the offer" Kuta said

As the both of them finished shopping Lucas Lit overheard their conversation then hurriedly went back home to deliver the news to his mother Lily Lit...
