It was a dark and starry night, no light around the countryside except the stars and the moon. It felt like nothing could destroy this calm perfect night. That's what young 16 year old Haru thought when he was picking fresh strawberries from his garden. While young Haru was picking his strawberries, his neighbor Kai walks right behind him and snickers. Haru jumped up and screamed, meanwhile Kai laughing calling him a fag. Haru has always been interested in girly thing like dolls and dresses, so of course he would get bullied for that. Kai still laughing, says " Oh God, you should've seen your face!" Haru jumped up and walked away ignoring Kai. Haru has done this before of course but it never ended well. Right when Haru walks away, Kai runs over and pushes him to the ground. Haru said " Maybe instead of picking on me you can go back to your house before I call my mom." Kai sneers and walks away muttering random cuss words. Haru immediately jumps up and runs back in his house, walks up the stairs and knocks on his mom's door. His mom has been very distant lately due to how much money she's borrowed from the bank. There was no answer on the door so he tried again, again, and again still no answer. Haru was getting tired of knocking so he opened her door and walked in. Haru screamed in horror when he saw the bloody blankets and a knife stabbed in his mom's head. Young Haru started running down the stairs and called the police, Haru told them what he saw and the operator said they would be there in 30 minutes. Since Haru lives in the countryside there's no police close.

In about 40 minutes, the police, ambulance, and the fire department are there. Half the police in his mom's room investigating the body and the other half talking to Haru asking if he knew any trouble his mom was in. Haru said " She's been a hard gambler ever since my dad left her, when she had me she would always go out and get in trouble with gangs and the bank because of how much money she owes." The police thank him for his time and go in the room where all the other police were.

About 1 hour later, they put her body on a board and covered her with a big black blanket. Haru was then in the police car to go to the station. On the way there Haru promised himself that he would catch this person that killed his mother and teach them a good lesson.

Hi guys, I really hope you liked this episode, this is my first time writing a story like this. I'm going to try to post every Wednesday and Friday. I expect this story to become a neverending story but I never know, just whatever fate tells me. Hope you guys have a good rest of your day or night.

It's been 5 years since Haru's mom died,

the murder still haunting his brain, the image still stuck when he thinks of her.

Haru is now 21 and in university studying to be a detective so he can be close to his goal, finding who killed his mom, he has been really stressed lately with all his studies. Right after the school bell rings Haru jumps up, gathers his belongings, says bye to his tutor, and runs out of the building. Haru stopped at the entrance and saw it raining cats and dogs. Haru opens his backpack and gets out his small umbrella, he opens it then walks out in the rain. Haru walks and walks until he reaches his job, The Forever Love 25, a beautiful shop with the best clothes, Haru was very happy when he heard he got the job to be a sales clerk at this store, this shop had the most beautiful dresses he has ever seen. Haru walks in and goes to the employee section, he changes in his white pants, pink shirt, and light yellow apron with a little bird on it. He goes to the desk and starts selling clothes, greeting people when they come in until he sees his childhood bully Kai with a beautiful young lady, Kai and the beautiful woman come in. Haru quickly hides under the desk and then peeps out to check if their still here, and to his surprise the were. Haru tries his hardest to crawl over to the employee lounge until Kai calls his name.Haru quickly jumps up, Kai asks Haru " why are you crawling on the floor?" Haru quickly replies " I was just looking for a ring I dropped..." Kai suddenly gets a evil grin and says " Ha always trash, forever will be trash." Kai then walks up to the register with the pretty lady and says "what are you waiting for, are you gonna check us out?" Haru quickly walks over and scans their items, and put them in a bag. Kai puts his credit card in and snatches the bag. He was out saying to the pretty lady " he's the annoying neighbor when I was younger, his mom got murdered, but I think she killed herself." Haru heard it and walked to the bathroom and started crying. He felt like he really was a mistake, that he couldn't protect his own mom. Haru finishes his shift, changes, goes to the store to get stuff for dinner, checked out, and took the bus back home. Haru quickly runs up the stairs to his apartment and unlocks the door, he takes off his shoes and heads to his kitchen. He took out his groceries and started cooking his favorite food, Spicy crab sushi, once he was finished he headed to the living room. He suddenly drops his plate and sees his living room shattered, pieces of glass on his floor, he suddenly sees a brick with a note on it, it said " To the one who wants to explore the murder of his mom, STAY OUT OF OUR BUSINESS!" Haru quickly runs to the room where he had all his evidence of the murder, the whole room was DESTROYED, the papers he had were torn to shreds, his table and chair were broken, and the computer with all his files were completely destroyed.
