In a hospital room, lady is seen on a bed with drips connected to her body and a boy, more of a teenager, sits on a chair close to her bed.

"Mum please don't go, don't leave me here. You're all I've got" the young boy begged his mother.

"You are not alone son, the Reverend Father would look after you when I'm gone" the lady said with a frail voice.

"No, no, no mum. I want you. I have always felt incomplete even while you were with me, but you always tried your best to make me feel complete no matter what. Now if you are go, I would not be able to feel complete again" he said as tears flows freely from his eyes.

"No my son, that is not true. I know there would surely be someone who can make you feel complete whenever you are around her" she said as she lifts her free hand to wipe his tears away with the back of her palm.

"Huh?... What do you mean by that mum?" He asked his mother rather confused.

"I said that" she coughs, halting her speech, then continues, "what I am trying to say is that you have a sister somewhere in this city. That was why we moved here, I hoped I could find her so you would not have to be lonely, you would have someone. But fate had something else in store, destiny wanted you to find her" she explained calmly.

"Where is she mum? Why didn't you tell me this all these years" he asked his mum shouting a bit.

"I am sorry son. Do not hate me, I wanted to tell you, but I was scared you of making you hope and nothing comes from it in case I couldn't find her. I didn't want you to feel bad, I hoped to find her first before telling you about her. I am sorry, I did it because I love you"she said as tears rolled down her cheeks.

"I do not hate you mum, I only wished you had told me earlier. You knew how I always felt incomplete like something was missing".

"I am so sorry Sasuke. Dear please do not be angry with your mum. I love you dearly".

"It's okay mum, I love you so much, I could never hate you no matter what. Please do you have any idea where or how I can find her. Any leads at all please... " he knelt down beside her bed and held her hands in between his palms.

"I would tell you all I know son. But first I have another truth to reveal to you" she said as she kisses the back of his palm.

"Okay mum, go on please".

"Son, everything I've done I did because I love you. This would be shocking for you Sasuke, but I have to tell you. I am not your real mother my son".

"What? Mum don't say things like that. You are my mum, you've always been and always would be my mum".

She smiles as tears flow freely from her eyes.

At the Ishida residence, a girl sits in front of the television and watches a program when an elderly lady in her early fifties walks on.

"Mum welcome. Good afternoon".

"Haven't i warned you about watching... " they both talk in unison as Sakiko joined her, "films, they are supposed to be watched later for one hour after your dinner".

"Mum i know. I'm feeling it again, like something is missing" she sighs.

"Sakiko..." Her mother shook her head and left the living room.

Sakiko gets up feeling bored all of a sudden, wanting to change the TV station, she picks the remote control from the glass table in the center of the living room and saw a photo album at the down compartment of the table. She picks it up and drops the remote control.

"Its been ages since I last saw you. What are you doing here?" she asked no one in particular as she flips open the cover and scan the photos she saw. Then she stops suddenly, her gaze fixed on a picture...

"Mum..."

Her gaze landed on a picture, she stares at it for a while, then another one and another... and then called for her mother.

"Mum... Mum" She called.

"What is it honey?" she said rushing out from the kitchen.

"Mum, who is this boy in the picture sitting close to me?" She asked her mother not taking her eyes off the picture.

"Where did you get that from?" She asked her, trying to snatched it away from her but Sakiko quickly dropped her hands down making her lose her grip and chance to get the album.

"Who is he mother?"

"Give me that album, you are not to be looking at those" her mother replied as she trued snatching the album from her daughter's hand.

"Why? Mum who is he?" She asked her again.

"No one for you to concern yourself about".

"Then why don't you want me seeing it?" She moves away from her mother, opened the album and took out the picture.

"Who is he mum? Its just you, him and I in this picture and we are both dressed alike. Mother, tell me".

She starts crying, but she doesn't know why, something about this whole thing didn't feel right. She felt she knew him, but how... Who was he. How come no one has ever spoken about him and she has never seen this album or these pictures. There was this pain, yet for a boy she never knew or once knew when she was a baby. Something wasn't right, why would her mum hide it from her.

"What aren't you telling me mother? Stop keeping secrets from me" she yelled at her mother with so much tears running down her face.

"I'm sorry dear" she said moving closer to her daughter.

"That boy there is... Was your twin brother".

She let go of the album as it hits the floor.

"You said w-what? My twin... I am a twin?" she asked her mum as she looks at her in shock.

"There was an accident when you were only a year and a month old, and we lost your brother".

"No, no, it can't be" she cried as she wrapped her hands round herself.

Her mother goes to her and hugged her.

"I'm sorry...".

"Why didn't you tell me, why?".

"I didn't want to hurt you".

She pushed her mum from her and took a few steps back.

"You didn't want to hurt me, mother you hurt me by not letting me know. All my life I have never felt complete. There was always something missing, I didn't know what... You knew all these time but you didn't say. Where you ever going to tell me about it?".

She looks at her mum, who just stares at her crying.

"You weren't, were you?".

"I'm sorry, you were small back then, though you were little but losing affected you. You were sick for four months, nothing changed, it was a miracle you recovered after months of sickness. We couldn't trace any medical problem. So when you became okay and you grew, I couldn't bear letting you know and risk losing you too. Baby I am sorry" her mother tried explaining to her.

"I'm sorry too mum, still not an excuse".

"Sakiko, please child, don't be angry at anyone. We all did it to protect you".

"I am mum, you all knew... Itachi, Itsumi, dad, you...".

"Baby" she moves closer to her.

"I'm sorry, I want to be alone now mum".

With that she ran upstairs to her room and locked the door, she fell down on the ground and cried her eyes out.

In the hospital, Sasuke and his mum are talking when the Reverend Father entered.

"Good afternoon Father".

"Good afternoon son. Good afternoon Touka chan. How is your health?" He asked concerned about her.

She was his relative and he knew she had suffered some emotional issues in the past and how Sasuke meant the world to her.

"Good afternoon Father, not much better than before. Please can I talk to Sasuke for some minutes? There are some things I need to talk to him about first."

"No worries, call me if you need me, i'll be right outside" with that he turned and left the room.

"Mum, please continue. I'm listening."

"Well, Sasuke your life with me started with this letter" she brings out the letter from under the covers and handed it to him.

"What's in it mum?".

"One day i was driving out and saw some lovely flowers in the bush and i heard the cry of a baby. An accident had happened, and I saw you lying there, you were a part of that accident. I saw your little dog lying beside you, you had a letter in your hands, you clutched tightly to it. I looked around but there was no one else, how you got far from the site of the accident and with no injuries, it was a miracle. God had shined his face on me, I had no child so I took you home with your dog Prince" she said with a frail smile at Sasuke.

"Days later I heard in the news that a baby boy of a year and a month was missing in the bush during an accident. Your name, date of birth everything was mentioned. Your name was Ishida Sasuke, your twin sister's name was mentioned also, she looked pale. I knew she was not happy, physically and mentally, she looked sick, twins always feel connected and you weren't there. Yes she was a child but children are sensitive too. She tried mentioning your name ".

"Oh, why didn't you take me back?".

"I'm sorry, I tried contacting them but it was useless".

"You could have gone to the police".

"They had moved, and I didn't know where they lived. So I took care of you as my child, it was an opportunity for me because after I married, we later found out that I was barren and my husband divorced me. So you were my hope, my love, my everything, a chance a better chance at life. I am so sorry Sasuke. I know I was selfish, please forgive me my son" she began crying again.

"Mother, please don't say so. Thank you for everything. I love you mother".

"I love you more my child".

"I love you most mum".

"When you meet her I would die peacefully knowing I've brought you two back together again. But I left some letters for both of you in my study room in the drawer. When you have seen her and feel the time is right to tell her, then you can read it together. Please go to school, you have to focus on your studies. I would be fine here".

"Mum please stop talking this way".

"We both know I don't have much time left. Please try and make my soul rest in peace and help me apologize to your family when you meet them. Live with your family and twin if you can".

"Mum I want to stay with you and no one else".

"I want you feeling complete like you've always wanted son, please you have to let go, don't for me please. Go home, search your social media, look for her whichever way you can, please hurry don't stay here" she begged him.

"Okay I'll try. I have to go now mum, let me see what I can get about her. I'm going home, I would see you tomorrow mum".

"Thank you son, find her."

"I love you mum".

"I love you too dear" she waved him goodbye as he left.
