"Long time no see Lisa, you look stunning on your dress it really suits you well"

Director Zhang.. the best director of all and a close friend of mine, he approaches me and gave me a hug.

Today is the awaiting event of all the leading personnel in the entertainment industry.

"This night we will know who will be the next limelight in the industry," said Director Zhang who is leading me to our designated seats

"Yes! the most awaited event"

"Are you nervous?" he asked

"Nope. I'm very confident"

Everyone in the venue wears a stunning elegant dress and suits. Well-known persons in entertainment are all present. And different Ceo's of various companies around the world who are also present to sponsor the event.

As for me, I chose to wear a long fitted backless blue dress paired with silver high hills. And I matched my silver accessories that suited my dress.

"Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen, we are now starting the event, first of all, we want to say thank to all our sponsors who put their effort in traveling here in spite coming from different countries to witness this event" the MC started the opening remarks for the event.

He introduces different sponsors who are present in this event, only one name caught the attention of everyone.

Shawn Tan

In spite of his young age, he leads a different company and achieves recognition and now the first leading richest businessman around Japan.

But behind on his achievements there's a hidden secret on his personality. Regarding the rumors and gossip spreading around, he's an arrogant person an egoistic one, and a womanizer. They said he has several women around the world and he really not takes them seriously. They treat them as his toy to kill some time. No one knows if he has a serious relationship with anyone of them.

"That's Shawn Tan, he owned the Tan Enterprise the leading company here in Japan"

"I heard he's difficult one. No one dares to cross his path because your life or business will be in danger"

As the event goes on. The final and most awaited portion begins.

"And now we are going to announce our new Female and Male best performer of the year"

"The Male Best Performer of the year goes to... Mr. Rau Sheng"

Everyone congratulates Rau for getting the Male Best Performer of the year. He really deserves the title.

As he walks up to the stage. Wearing a burgundy suit. He really looks handsome.

"Good Evening to all. Thank you for this title, without my fans and supporters I can't achieve this. Thank you again to all of you I will treasure this and continue doing a great job" Rau makes his speech

--All clapping

"And now for the Female Best Performer goes to... Ms. Lisa Lee"

All clapping and congratulates me as I walk to the stage to make my speech.

I am very confident that I can achieve this title this year. I put all my efforts to gain this award. But I know not all of them are impress and please that I got this title, some of them are pretending.

"Good Evening everyone. I just want to thank everybody who gave their support to me in achieving this title, to all my fans without you I'm not here. As a thank you to all I will continue doing a great job and achieve more."

As I finish my speech and head to our table Director Zhang congratulate me again.

"Lisa, congratulation!"

A woman in a red sexy dress approaches me.

"Oh it's you, Chloe, thank you and congratulation to in getting the Drama Queen Award"

We hug each other as we greet and congratulate.

Chloe Zi a great actress. Money and fame are all matters to her. If she wants something she will do everything to get it.

"I'll get going now. I hope to work with you again Lisa. Take care" Chloe kisses me on the chick as she bid her goodbye to me.

-- Inside the car

"You're not deserving. Eventually, you will lose your light. Soon I'll snatch everything to you, you just wait for it Lisa" Chloe grin as she gets her phone and dials a certain number

"Hello" answered the man on the other line

"Time for work" Chloe instructed

--Car engine started

"I will take you home Lisa"

Director Zhang offers to give me a ride home.

"Okay if you insist. Thank you"

Director Zhang opened the car door for me

I enter the car but suddenly I felt someone staring at me.

"Is there a problem?" Director Zhang worriedly asked

"Nothing. Let's go" I gave him I smile to give him assurance that everything okay.

He started the car and start driving

"Woah are you interested in Lisa? I can make a way to schedule her to you" Alvin asked while teasing me.

"No" I simply answered

"That's a surprise you doesn't want to meet and make a connection to Lisa the beauty of all and new Female Best Performer of the year" he continued to tease me

"Let's go" I instructed

"Yes President Tan" Driver answered

The car already left the venue

"Not now...."

"Ha? are you saying something, Shawn?"

Shawn Tan gazed the car window silently

Alvin can't help but grin.

I grabbed my phone beside to answer the call

"Rise and Shine Lisa!, today is the day that we will meet S.S. Producer for your next project" My manager bragged on the other line

OMG! I nearly forgot!

"Yes I'm awake, I will prepare myself see you in a bit" I replied

"Okay I will pick you there, be sure to be ready" My manager added

-- At the Company

"Hi I'm Saya Head of the S.S Producer"

"Nice to meet you, Ms. Saya"

We shook each other hand as a greetings

"We will be making a new movie, it's a good opportunity for Ms. Lisa to make her first appearance as a new best female performer in big screen" Ms. Saya started talking

"Yes this is a good opportunity for her" Manager added

"Are you ready to take the female lead? Ms. Saya asked

" Yes, what a great opportunity to begin my year!" I answered

"That's great! now we will discuss the full details of the movie" Ms. Saya said.

--After the meeting

"That was a long meeting"

"Ouch!"

Someone bump at me and I lose my balance.

My butt landed on the floor. It hurts!! >_<

"Oh! I'm sorry. Are you okay? can you stand?"

The hell I'm okay. It really hurts!. But I can't say that out loud.

"Ye..ah I'm okay"

When I'm about to look whose the cause of this accident, the man offered his hand to help me get up. I was stunned as I look at him, he has a pair of ash gray eyes and golden hair. His face looks so worried. Is he a celebrity??

I reached his hand to stand.

"Thank you" I shyly thank him.

"Sorry for the trouble Ms. Lisa Lee" He smiled while looking at me.

Suddenly I realized he's still holding my hands and his way to close to me. I step backward to make a gap between us but I lose my balance and he immediately grabs my waist to prevent me from falling again.

"Uhmm!"

I didn't realize that there's a man standing at the back of this golden hair guy. He's tall, with shinning black hair. His feature is so masculine, is he a model or celebrity??

As our eyes met, I notice his pair of oriental blue eyes, it's like you are drowning in the dept of the sea as he stares but yet it looks so cold and emotionless.

Who is this guy??

"Sorry for the trouble Ms. Lisa, we should get going. Be careful next time" Golden-haired guy said

"Let's go" the Black haired guy instructed

As they walk away, the Golden-haired guy looks at me again and winked.

Who are those guys??

I was puzzled by the incident. And when I turn to my manager his face was so shocked like someone saw a ghost.

"Ahh Manager, are you okay?

I waved my hand in front of my manager.

"Choi...Tan...." He mouthed

"Ha? what do you want to say?" I asked

"Alvin Choi and Shawn Tan!" he suddenly shouted

"Manager what are you saying? Alvin Choi and Shawn Tan, what's about them?" I asked again. I don't understand what he's saying

"Those are Alvin Choi and Shawn Tan! the President and Vice President of Tan Enterprise, the great of all the great! and the most handsome and powerful!" Manager exclaimed

What???? The two guys I just encountered are Alvin Choi and Shawn Tan? I just knew them by names, in the event all I just heard is the name of Shawn Tan but never seen him that day.

"I think Lisa today is your lucky day!!, you just encounter Shawn Tan that's a great sign for you" manager said in excitement

Is that a great sign? Why do I feel it's not a good sign...

"Haha I see. I think we should go now, I am so tired today" I requested

--Lee Company

"Mr. Shawn, Mr. Alvin, it's nice to see you again, what brings you here?" CEO Lee greeted both of them

"I would like to buy the whole share of this company," Shawn said

"But-"

"No more but Mr. Lee, this is also for the good of your company we trace everything, your company is drowning in loans and unsettled debts" Alvin continue

"Do you want to drag down your own daughter in this situation you're facing, I bet she doesn't know anything" Alvin said

"Please spare my company, we can talk any other way" CEO Lee pleaded

"Until tomorrow, settle everything," Shawn said with authority

Both of them stood up and walk through the door

"No..Please Mr. Tan!, for my daughter" CEO Lee continue to plead as the door closed and the two already gone.

"Now I can finally sleep"

I throw myself on the bed. And reminisce what happened today. I never thought to meet Shawn in that place. But what is he doing there?

"Ahhh! I will sleep, I don't want to think about him"

--Lights off

"Hello. what's your position" a man on the other line speak

"Target located" he answered

A man in black positioned himself at the roof deck, pointing his sniper in a certain location.

--SMASH--

Shattered window glass scattered on the room

A carpet stained in blood

Footsteps heard on the hallway

--Creak...

Door slowly opened, behind it is a man in black standing and carefully searching the room by his gaze.

"Damn it!" hish by the man

--Buzz..Buzz--

"Status?" said on the line as soon as the man pick up the call

"Target missing"he answered

"Sh***t!"

"FIND HER!!"

"I remember this scent"

"Argh!"

"Lisa!"

A familiar voice worriedly sounds in a far

"Where am I?"

"Lisa!" the voice growing closer

"Lisa!"

A warm hand touches mine.

As I opened my eyes.

I see unfamiliar surrounding.

"This is not my room?"

"Where am I?"

I unconsciously asked without looking the one whose holding my hand and repeatedly calling my name as I'm busy looking the room.

As I turn my gaze. Director Zhang still holding my hand with worried face.

Consciousness strikes me.

I felt the sharp pain on my shoulder. It was bandaged

I asked Director Zhang why am I here.

"Director Zhang where is this place and why am I here?

"You're at my place" he answered

"You don't remember what happened?"

"And just call me Lawrence when we're not at work" he continued.

I tried to remember what just happened.

"All I remember was I heard the crashing of my window and afterwards I lose consciousness. And when I wake up I'm already at your place" I answered.

Lawrence still worried as he look at me. And hold my hand tight. Seems like he know something.

"Looks like someone has a grudge on you"he said.

Grudge? Who? Me?

"What are you saying?" I asked. I don't know what is he talking.

"You're in danger"he answered in low tone.

"How sure are you I'm in danger, and what is your basis?" again I asked lawrence.

I want to stay calm. I look at him straight to his eyes.

I want to know something.

"The time I drop you at your place, I felt something's not right" he said.

"Something's not right? What do you mean?"

"I felt that someone is tailing at us, but I didn't not let it bothered me, because the time we're about to reach your place, the car behind us was gone."

"When I'm about to leave, I saw a man in his hoodie standing looking on something, and when he saw me he walked away. I took a glimpse of what he's looking at" he paused

"What is he looking at?" I seriously asked.

"It was your place" he answered

"Hahahaha!.. maybe it was just a fan who wants to have my sign. You're making it sounds weird.

I am used to that. That was not the first time that I encounter some fan that wants to have my sign and waited me at my place, bringing me some gifts and chatting with me. For me that's not a problem even though my manager insist that I need to be careful to my fans. Because... when I am chatting with them I don't feel lonely, even though just a glimpse of time those time and memories with them are precious to me" I said without hesitation. It's true because I don't feel lonely when I'm with my fans they are my family unlike my real one.

"What if he's not a fan?" Lawrence in serious tone

"Uhmm.. You're exag-" he didn't let me finish what I'm about to say instead he continued what he's saying

"When I leave your place and about to turn on the corner I saw something suspicious so I parked my car on the dark side of the alley"

He paused and look at me before he continued.

"It was the car earlier parked at the alley and the man standing in front of your place got inside. That made the conclusion that something's weird and I'm getting to start to worried about you, after 2 minutes the car left the alley. It makes me all worried when you're not answering your phone, so I hurriedly went back to your place to check on you"

"When I'm about to knock on your door, I heard the shattering of glass. I thought the room is locked but it wasn't and when I opened the door I saw you on the floor unconscious and covered with blood, without hesitation I carried you and took you to my place"

"Uhmm.." I can't even think straight. I'm so speechless.

"Thank..you for saving my life, but why didn't you bring me at the hospital instead?" I asked

"Because if I took you to the hospital, it will caught more attention on what happened to you, I think that it will affect your carreer, knowing that you are Lisa" he answered

Yes he has a point. I nearly forgot my position. If many people will know what happened to me, we can't easily caught the one behind this. And I don't want to worry my fans either.

--knock--knock--

"LISA Dear what happened?!"

My manager entered the room checking my condition

"Manager I'm okay, if it wasn't for Director Zhang, I think I'm already gone by now" I calmed him

"Directong Zhang. Thank you for saving our Lisa, I don't know what to say right now, please just make a request or something that you want in exchange on saving her" Manager exclaimed

"It's okay Mr. Clyne I don't need anything. Seeing Ms. Lisa in good condition will be okay for me" Lawrence said while smiling as he held my hand once more

"Uhmm if you insist" manager answered and he turn his gaze on me while grinning

Agh.. I don't like his way of looking.

"Mr. Clyne I need to discuss something" Lawrence said in serious tone

"Okay I'm listening" he answered

I just nod and listen to Lawrence everything he said

To make it short. I need to pretend that I'm on a business trip for 1 week, so that I can recover and media will not know what really happened to me.

My manager arrange everything.

And It was decided that I will stay at Lawrence house for 1 week.

This is my first time to live together with a man.

It makes me feel nervous.
