Well, this is my routine hunting training with my father. I am 15 years old, a daughter of fire land king. my mother was passed away when i was born. everyone said that i'm very similar with my mother, with the reddish brown curly hair, brown eyes and apple red lips. dad always brings me to the mountain with our horses and then he'll train me to hunting, martial arts even teach me sword and archery. This is not the first time, i think i already strong enough and my father admitted it. but somehow he feels that i have to be more stronger, i dont know why. our kingdom do not fight each other anymore.

we have arrived at the west boundary of fire land, which is ice lan's territory. Our fire land is in the north, ice land in the west, wind land in the east and rock land in the south. we cant just enter others territory so we're going back to the castle. i can see several trees become frozen in our land because of the cold temperature effect from the ice land. Somehow i think its very beautiful. its a rare view in our land. our land has a fire tree forest that last forever, unless with the god's power, the eternal phoenix power it can be quenched or set the fire again.

i'm about to leave but suddenly an arrow almost hit my head from behind. i was shocked and turn around my body back prepared if someone come to attack while my father was leaving me behind with his horse. i got off from my horse and took sword. walking slowly and looking around. i heard the sound of horse running towards me. and someone came out from that frozen trees.

"who are you ?" i said it loud while drawing my sword. he came out from the forest with his white horse, he has a beautiful blue eyes and shortcut light brown hair, his skin was white like the snow and tall.

"i'm sorry for entering your territory without permission" he said that with a worry face.

"yes you are". i anwered it with high tone.

"my arrow accidentally came here, i was worried if someone was hit by my arrow."

i'm about to answer him but my father suddenly came back. "whats happen here?"

then he's staring at that guy. " you are the prince?what's bring the ice land prince's here?".

"your majesty..i'm steven prince of ice land. i apologize for my impudence, my arrow accidentally came here, and i was worried if someboby was hit by my arrow. i will accept the punishment regarding this matter."

"well"

(fire land king was about to say something but was interuppted)

" i accept your apology, father can you let me handle this? "

"dont do stupid things" he said that while leaving us.

"i have bad feeling" he said that with smiled face.

" i'm malea." i introduced myself to him, so do him.

finally i ended up proposed him about the punishment. i decided to held hunting contest with him, and of course he got permission to enter our territory, so do i. i got permission to enter ice land when we were hunting. and without realized it, this become our routine and we become best friend.

The wind blows through my hair. its a dry and hot air around me. i keep walking and walking till inside. only in this place, no one dares to go deeper inside, because you may not coming back. the fire trees in here are really burning at the top, while the stem is not. we believed this is a God creation to show His power. I remember when i was child my father always told me about the Phoenix story. We, the four kingdom believe the God who possessed as a burning phoenix. sometimes he's burning and sometimes he' freezing. He gave his power to a chosen human for the sake of peace. We never know who, when and what kind of power will he given to, in our history 100 years ago in the wind land living a man with a firewind power. i was born with a black symbol on my left hand, and i was realized when i was 6 years old i can create a fire through that symbol. My father keeps me from using that power because he' s worried that i can not controlled it. But i got permission to use it by now, because i promissed that i will never use it to hurt people. i realize this is that gods power that our history told about. others kingdom still dont know about this, and soon or later we have to tell them about this and find the other one person who have this power too. When i reached at the deep of the forest,

I closed my eyes and imagine this fire inside me. I put out the fire from my left hand, slowly but sure its getting bigger and bigger, but i have to control to not make an explosion. The fire wrapping the air till everywhere become burning orange. I move tje fire to cover the trees, and i tried to focussed. I believe in my self that i can make the fire in the trees gone. i believe that i'm not only can make a fire but also can make it gone. i'm not only can destroy everything but can save everything too. but, everything seems not going like i want. My fire didnt working on it, and its getting bigger in the top of the trees and i failed again.

Walking back with my dissapointment, i saw petra waiting outside. he's my childhood bestfriend and our general Mavis's son. he's good in swordsmanship.

"didnt work?" he asking,

"yea.." while i keep walking .

"i believe this is jut not the right time for you, trust me you will make it"

" i hope so. i'm just afraid."

" of what ?"

"my self, being able to create an immortal fire by the gods power but i dont know what it is, even to controll it. i'm just ....i dont know".

i'm so frustrated with my self. Petra was comforted me while we back to the castle. While in the castle my father waiting me in his study room.

"malea you need to calm down, you're our pride and the God's is with you''.

"i dont know if my power can help our land...''

"yes, you can. the power of the God is not only our hope but also other kingdom too., you're selected by the Gods, you have to faith and believe in your self, you still have time. i dont know when this peaceful will longer. but i've heard someone is going to destroy our peace ."

"what about the other man? the others who have the power too?"

"we dont know, whom he is ,in which land, and which side he is, you cant rely on others, you have to be strong otherwise you will tricked, you will be a fire land queen someday, only you can use the power from the gods and only you who can use the power of the fire tree, so dont let me down."

The sun is rising in the morning, and its light passed through my room window while i still lying on the bed. I can feel the warmth from the sunlight through my body. its a peaceful morning. Someone is knocking the door to wake up me. its Elizabeth. She's my personal maid since i was born. she a little bit old now, but she's still caring me. she's like my second mother, that's why i love her. she has a daughter same age as me Maria. Maria kinda sweet girl, she looks alike her mother with her blonde hair.

"princess time to wake up and breakfast" while she knocking.

" princess, princess.."

i can hear elizabeth's voice while awaken and got my half consciousness.

"yes, yes elizabeth, i'm coming, you dont have to come in"

i woke up with my lazyness, wash my face and brush my teeth , comb the hair and wear my comfortable outfit, its maroon long sleeved half leg dress with a long slit in the middle combine with black skinny trouser and brown boots made by cowhide its not like others princess outfit, with a beautiful dress and hairstyle everyday while doing tea party everyday and laughing with cuteness face. i choose my way, my own life. im going downstair and found my dad is eating alone.

"good morning dad" while i sit on the chair while elizabeth puts some dishes into my plate. i staring at the bread on my plate, moving my left hand a little and make a toast and so satisfied with that.

dad starts conversation.

" i heard some issues from general."

"what kind of issues?"

" we have food crisis issues, especially wheat and fruits. these two provided by our biggest field in the west. the quality of the goods is poor but the problem is not the weather or crop failure, i asked my man to investigate the field but there's no problem there, while all the goods sent here was very bad and even cannot be consumed, they said they sent the best sources from there, but somehow its kinda strange"

"i will check it soon dad, excuse me" wipping my mouth and leaving. elizabeth has prepared my stuff in her hands.

Petra was waiting for me in the main building gate.

"you've heard that ?" peter asking to me.

"yea, i think i know the problem is" while smiling to him.

"you know, sometimes we only see whats seen outside, and dont put attention to whats inside..i just guess, but i think this is what real happen. follow me petra"

"so we're going to the field ? "

"yea.."

"something is odd, if something happen in the field, they must be report to the castle, but why they dont, i think someone was behind this, someone was manipulated the yields".

"what if there was no problem on the field? "

" what do you mean?"

i smiled to him, "let go to the field first" while riding our horses.
