On a bright Saturday morning, Felix had already been done with all his packing for his journey. It was his first time travelling outside his country so his mother was quite disturbed. But what could they do; there was a hunger strike in the family since they recently lost Felix's father to a motor accident. His mom worked as a baker and was not getting a lot of customers lately, therefore, making her earn so little money. Felix lived with his mom and two sisters and one brother, he was the eldest. He was seventeen of age.

That morning after he'd done all his packing he had his last bonding time with his family and his mom and siblings sent him off. At the airport, they gave him a big wave as he headed for the plane. Soon the plane took off. A slight breeze brushed off his eyes when he stepped down on the land in Monaco. He yawned and went to grab his things. When he looked into the sky, he wondered; "where should I go first?".Then he took his phone and researched the most affordable housing available. He stopped a cab as he took off to his destination. When he reached the house it was somewhat small and cozy, fair price though. He rearranged his things in his new home and made himself some dinner. It was getting a bit dark so he decided to search for a job the following day. The next day was Sunday and it was as busy as any day. He started by visiting all the café shops on sight.

After some interviews, he got a job in one of the café shops and he insisted on working on that same day. The work wasn't quite tiring since he was working as just a waiter. They had a lot of customers since the life of the people there was engaged. Most people there were millionaires, billionaires, brand ambassadors and a whole lot of rich celebrities. The night drew by soon enough and he was off work. He headed straight for home since there were a lot of creepy people lurking around in the streets or maybe they were just some attention-seeker millionaires spending classic time with their friends and enjoying the moon. It took some time to reach home because his house was far from his workplace. When he reached home he called his mom and informed him about his new job and news about the city he was in. He made himself some dinner and ate. In his saving box, he got some amount of money his mom had given him out as he figured he has to get himself a transport, a bicycle which he could afford.

The next day after getting his bicycle he headed for the café and had his work done as usual. The night came as he took his bicycle to leave for home, but then he was interrupted by a girl who worked at the café as she inquired him to help her lock the door. He stopped his cycle and jumped off to help her close the door. It hight was getting darker so Felix offered to walk her home. As they were walking they had a little conversation and Felix asked her why she was the one to lock the door. She replied that her sister was the owner of the shop but today she was feeling ill a bit off so she had her close the door for her. They cracked some jokes, laughed and soon the girl Monica arrived at her house. Felix waved her goodbye and set off for his home. All the subsequent days followed up as they began to turn their friendship into an intimate one.

One Friday afternoon, he had a call from home while he was still at work. He excused himself and went out to have his call. When he walked back in, Monica asked why his parents were so deeply involved in his personal life as if he were some teen kid." Well it is because I am, and my family is very close with each other, we even discuss the kinds of beautiful people we meet in our lives and we are all we have", he said as he explained to her about his independent family. Just as he had done talking to her, she became silent. Felix asked her why but she insisted nothing was wrong. They worked in silence for the rest of the day and when his shift was done he went home. The following day was a big day as the Ferrari company had a racing competition at the city center which was also close to the place he worked. The weather was warm and dry so many people had come to the café for some iced coffee.

The customers were coming in and out and Felix and the whole team of other waiters and waitresses were trying their very best into serving their customers as fast and best as they could. Inevitably, mistakes happen and Monica was the one it came after. She was bringing one customer's order to him but accidentally slipped and the coffee poured right unto the guy's table, spitting into his shirt and some on his face."Sorry, sorry, sorry" Monica tried to plead while the guy got up from his seat. The customers were coming in and out and Felix and the whole team of other waiters and waitresses were trying their very best into serving their customers as fast and best as they could. Inevitably, mistakes happen and Monica was the one it came after. She was bringing one customer's order to him but accidentally slipped and the coffee poured right unto the guy's table, spitting into his dress and some on his face."Sorry, sorry, sorry" Monica tried to plead while the guy got up from his seat. Soon the place was getting attention, and Felix went over to see what was going on."Sir, I'd you are in a hurry I could hand my shirt to you to change into, otherwise, you could for us to get you a new shirt in any boutique close by."Luckily, the guy was a gentleman and accepted to put on Felix's shirt.

As he put his shit on, it was left with Felix's undergarments. and his pants. He got himself an Aaron to help cover his body while he was still at work. The gentleman thanked him, got himself another order and soon left. Monica was then seen in the corner of the kitchen wearing a weary look on her face. Felix approached her to give her some comfort but she brushed his hands off saying everything was ok and that she was just tired.

After a while, it was evening and the waiters and waitresses were serving in the café as usual. Some young men came in and had their order. The cooks after realizing all the other helpers were too busy serving others, realized Felix just finished giving out a customer's order and called him to get the youngster's order to them. He carried the tray of iced coffee to them and began to remove them unto the youngster's tables. As he was putting the coffee on one of the guy's tables he put him in his hand and as he raised his head to see why he realized it was the guy who Monica accidentally messed up with coffee."My name is Daniel," He introduced."Alright sir, thanks." Felix replied as he continued to pass the rest of the coffee to the other men on the table."I decided to bring a lot of my friends over so you'll know I've pardoned your café. When he was done and was about to leave them, the young guy pulled him over by the wrist and asked him if he wanted his shirt back because he seems half *****."Never mind" Felix said as he head off to serve other customers. Throughout the whole time Felix had been attending to the other customers, the young guy, Daniel seem to be staring at him.

       Soon Daniel and his friends were done and took to their leave. Daniel then held them up to say a few words to Felix as he approached him."Hey, thank you for having us here, I'll be glad to see you next time." He said, then went away with his friends. The next day, the Daniel guy came there again and ordered some coffee. He continued to stare at Felix as he was on his work. The moment Felix knocked eyes with him he came over to him, "Sorry to say this sir but I'd you're done can you please leave?"Felix pleaded as he was staring at him was making him uncomfortable. With time He started to stare at the boy again and soon asked him over."What do you need sir, "Felix asked in a polite but annoyed tone."Can I have ten cups of iced cappuccino?"Daniel replied."Sure" he did as he went to get him one. Later in the evening when Felix had finally finished his work and was about to leave for home, Daniel called him and offered him a ride. But he rejected telling him he was good. Daniel then walked closer to him and asked, "Hey com'n, you don't have to walk yourself home when I'm here to give you a ride" he said trying to convince Felix."No sir, I got a bike and I do pretty good riding it home Felix replied and stepped out. The bicycle was pulled to the side and Felix hopped on and started to peddle.

     Shortly after Daniel looked back in at the girls who were still in the shop whispering among themselves and they immediately turned silent. He then got into his cat and drove off. The next day was another busy day and the workers at the café were doing their work as usual. Daniel came and brought in one of the most expensive cars; parked it outside the café and started to honk. He came out of the car and brought a bouquet and opened his cat boot which was also filled with roses. Two of his friends also came out of their cars after him and showcased designed cardboard with 'Please be my boyfriend on it. Then Daniel started making a commotion outside the café to draw Felix's attention. Then his friend walked into the shop and inquired about Felix's name. When they told them they went straight and reported it to Daniel.

      Just then he started screaming Felix's name as the people inside the café and around it started to watch and applauded him for his proposal. As the noise outside got hired, they asked Felix to see what he could do about it since it was he who the guys were looking for. Felix removed his apron and went out to meet Daniel and announced that he was a fifteen-year-old and a minor, thus he can't date. Even after hearing what he just said the crowd was still cheering for him that he accepted the offer. Felix was quite surprised as they couldn't care less that he was a minor, a kid.

      Still, Daniel was persistent as the people who gathered all supported him. Felix walked back in without uttering a word. Afterwards, the noise from the crowd died down and Daniel's friend sought their leave but Daniel himself came right into the café again. Next up he called for a waiter expecting Felix but the boy him and made himself very busy so another waitress attended to him. Then he requested his iced coffee as usual, but this time when the order was brought to him he intentionally pushed the coffee from the girl's hands as it poured into his clothes soaking it. It drew attention to most of the customers who we having their quiet time in the café as everyone watched in surprise."Could you call the waiter over there," He said as he pointed to Felix."Alright sir." the waitress said as she made her way for Felix to come over. He was quite resistant to go but the waitress pled that he meet his needs for them as he was the one the young guy came for.

While Felix proceeded to Daniel, he frowned when he saw him smirking at him from a distance."Excuse me, sir, what may we get you" Felix asked as though he did not know what he wanted."Can I get another shirt, I just soiled mine"Daniel requested with a smirk."Since you kinda look like you're not in a hurry, I might as well need you to wait a moment for me to get you a new one from the boutique close by"Felix replied."No no,  I'm in a hurry today so maybe you could hand your shirt to me." he said while still locking eyes with Felix. 

       At that instant, Felix leaned closer to Daniel as he tried to explain to him he didn't have any undergarments on. But Daniel persisted that it was only normal to give a customer full care without negotiations. Felix then turned back to leave but Daniel held his hand and enquired where he was leaving to."I'm just going to the backroom to get my shirt off for you, thought you needed it right?"Felix replied. But still, Daniel insisted on getting his shirt right that moment, meaning Felix had to hand in his shirt to him right there and then. And he did just that and covered the rest of his body with his apron.

The following day came by rather soon and Felix had already made a call to his mom and siblings about their welfare. But he learnt that the situation of his family was taking a turn for the worst but he assured them that he'll be sending his first paycheck for the job he was doing in the meantime. He got his things and rode to the café, hoping that he would not meet Daniel since his day had already been a bad one. Unlucky for him, that was not expected. He reached the café a little late and went to report to the shop owner a plea. Soon after Daniel came in with another different and expensive car, a Bugatti centodieci.He parked it right in front of the cafe and went in while some people came around it for pictures and stuff. Immediately he entered the room Felix rushed to the washroom and made it known to one of his working partners that he was having a bad stomach. Felix could lie about everything in his entire life at this point just to refuse to meet Daniel. Well, the day couldn't get any worse for him as Three waitresses came rushing to check up on him after it had been an hour since he left."Well, what's the problem again he asked them while closing the door. "That rich young guy said he needs you and you alone" Monica answered him. 

       He poured a drink on himself again right, he assumed to them."No, one waiter corrected him, he said he wants you to make him a milky bubble tea."Oh really, so now I will be cooking for him yeah?"Felix said in a rather astonished way. He went to the kitchen, got all he needed for the tea and started to make it. When he was done, he sent it over to him and demanded humbly," Is there something you need from me because you've been quite a difficult customer and even though I try my best to give great customer service to all our customers, you always seem to only request for me while there are ten other waiters and waitresses, which means every time you came over for coffee I have to stop attending anyone else and come to get your order and that's not how it's supposed to be."Daniel looked up at his face and smiled then as he raised his hands to touch his chin, Felix swerved and moved backwards. He looked at the young guy for a moment and told him that he was going to report harassment to any police station he'll find. Daniel kept smiling but then Felix stopped talking to him and went to the rest of the customers to serve them. The night drew by as Felix had also closed from work. He realized his bicycle was not there where he places it when he stepped out to ride home. He noticed that Daniel too was standing behind him watching him closely."I think as for today, you might have to receive my ride, right?"Daniel asked in a delighted tone."Never mind, I'll just walk home, Felix responded and started to walk home."Hey, why do you seem you dislike all my efforts to ride you home, I just want to make sure you reach home safe and sound. You know there are all kinds of bad people out there, especially at night."You seem like a weirdo with all the way you behave in the café, you can look at me the whole time when you visit the café and I don't like that at all"Felix finally informed him. "Common it's getting late, hop on let me drive you to your house alright, ?"Daniel politely begged him." Ok then, Felix said as he jumped into Daniel's car and soon after they drove off.

There was traffic in the middle of the way so Daniel started to ask questions to stare up the mood. After a while of chatting, Daniel notified Felix of how cute he looked and that he could model if he had connections in the modelling industry, with which he could help.

Before  Felix could say anything else Daniel moved his hands and grabbed Felix's face then began to pull him closer." what the heck are you doing, he said as he quickly tried to pull Felix's hands away from him. He nearly kissed Felix on the mouth and hit his head against his to stop him from doing so."No way you're seriously into me, heck no, Felix said as he opened the car forcibly and got off.

When Felix reached home, He decided to call his mom and see what she could do to help him with the situation he was in now, but unfortunately, she wasn't picking up. In the meantime, he decided to call Monica, the only friend he had acquired since he came to the country, to help him out He couldn't say the fact that Daniel tried to make a move on him but he told her to be his girlfriend, in that way whether he is was going to insist on being a kid or having a girlfriend, Daniel would probably leave him alone for good.The following day he went to the café early and was feeling good. It was a week left to payday and he realized too that Daniel was not in. Nevertheless, he cared little since he had a "girlfriend" now so there could be no way Daniel would still be persistent, or so he thought. The afternoon came and as everyone expected, except for Felix, their frequent customer, David came. When he came, he didn't run around the bush and held Felix's arms and told him to be his boyfriend. 

     Felix turned his head back looking for Monica but suddenly she had disappeared. Everyone else kept themselves busy and nobody bothered to ask what was going on between the two."I have a girlfriend, Felix uttered."Then where is she, David asked mocking him for his non-existent girlfriend. Leave me and let me go get her for you and you'll know I'm not joking, Felix said; trying to break Daniel's grip on him."Monica!, Felix screamed immediately after he saw Monica come out of the kitchen."Yes, honey, what do you need"She replied." You're my girlfriend right, tell him and you, let go of my hand."
