Was That A Dream?

Eps. 1

"When I first saw you reading your book, it was midday in the summer. The sunlight around you sparkled brilliantly, and as the wind blew, I could feel the calm, serene surroundings around you."

Little did she realize that as she was captivated by the enigmatic person's beauty

"SHANE, GET UP!"

(coming from the lower level)

What time is it? "Uggghhh!.......... my head hurts," said Shane.

She immediately reached under the pillow for her phone. Only 7:30 am had passed.

"I need to get back into that dream, so early. Ugggggh~" said Shane

She heard loud footsteps approaching her chamber just as she was about to turn in, which was an indication that a demon was about to come.

As she prepared herself for the future, she promptly made her bed. The door burst open, and yelled, "How many times do I have to yell at you?" Pinches her cheek in rage

"It's 7:30 in the morning and your class doesn't start until 8:30, so why are you being so lazy on your first day of high school?!" demanded Monica.

We've been living together since yesterday, so as we begin the day, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Shane Kelly, and this is my sister Monica. My parents took me to my sister and let me reside there with my other siblings since they planned to move to a province to live with my grandmother and I didn't want to go with them.

A firstborn

Monica is a 27-year-old CEO of a cosmetics company. She is well-liked by other business people, and they wanted to use her as a model for their products. Monica has a nice figure and a face that is perfectly shaped.

Second child

Andrei, a 23-year-old university student who is good at basketball, tennis, swimming, and reading, and who has amassed hundreds of medals and prizes over the years, studies biology and is well-liked in his school because of his good looks.

third child

Joshua is a 17-year-old high school student who excels in academics and sports. He is popular with the girls at his school and serves as council president. Joshua is also the recipient of numerous awards and certificates from competing in competitions at other schools.

And lastly (Me)

Shane, a 15-year-old high school student

Yes, as you may have inferred from my second brother's introduction, I attend the same school as him, and now that I've introduced myself, here are some of my main points.

I don't want to stand out like my other siblings, and I'm good at sports like volleyball, tennis, basketball, and even swimming—yes, my brother and I go to the same practice every time. I'm not in the council, and I mostly participate in competition since my brother always carries the awards and medals for the school. I like reading books, playing games, and watching movies—I mostly hang out with my friends.

Andrei shouted "Shane."

Startled, "Ahh... yes? what?"

Curiously said, "Have you decided what club you're going to, and if not, why not go to become a council student like Joshua?"

"Since its already well dependent, I don't need to join their council right?" Shane questioned. "I don't feel like joining them and I hate having too many things to do."

"Well, the other councilor had already retired last school year, and we were unable to hand out recruiting letters due of the preparation for their graduation year, so we genuinely needed more persons." Joshua Said

You work hard on it just don't push yourself too hard, okay?" Andrei said

"Student council has a lot of responsibilities, so if you ever wanted to be one of them, you need to be reliable and committed to your job," Monica said. "You were only president of the council for a year, right?"

As you can see, they have all been elected to the student council at my school, from Monica to Joshua. This is like an ancestor handing down their throne, and I don't like living in that way. And like them, I'm unique.

Monica asked, "Haven't you just become the first youngest president council this year?"

"Yes, even the principal is aware of you two, and they frequently inquired about your plans to visit the principal," Joshua chuckled.

"It's already 8am, so we should leave right away or we'll be late," Andrei said. "I'm still busy with some of my duties in the university, and Monica needs some help with his business."

"Joshua, take Shane to the school gate. Don't let her go to the convenience store on foot, or your mother will get upset." Monica said

Joshua laughed and said, "You heard her no stop over."

Joshua appears to be obedient, but it's clear that he doesn't follow Monica's orders. Joshua actually resembles an angel in disguise.

Shane groused, "I told you I didn't want other people to know were siblings, so why do we have to be in the same car?"

Joshua smirked, "So do you want to be dropped off halfway?"

"I need to get some bread, so please drop me off at the convenience shop," Shane said

Joshua handed her the form for the councilors' requirements and said, "But before that, here is the form. You can past that to your homeroom later."

"I told you I wasn't joining that councilor business, and if it stops with you, I don't care about having that pride of thing." Shane insists.

They arrive in front of the convenience shop after continuing their dispute in the car.

Joshua remarked, "Here, buy me a cheese bun, and bring it in to my office at the council later when we have a break."

She thought, "He's extremely persistent brother. If only I could smack him just once."

Force a "OK" smile.

A CONVENIENCE STORE

"I kind of wanted to get more of those melon buns, so I hope they still sell them here," she thought.

As she was about to reach them, she noticed the melon buns' shelf-.

"Huh?" Each individual felt perplexed.

He apologized and added, "You can have it."

His voice was so deep and smooth, I had to ask what year he is. "Huh? Is this person from our school? Is there also someone as nice looking as him?" voice heads asked.

Awkwardly grinning, she added, "You may take it. I was actually going to reach for that cheese buns, sorry."

As he reached the last melon bun on the shelf, he grinned and said, "Thanks. See you later." He then waved farewell and walked away.

She thought, "I need to hurry the bell is about to ring. What's his name? That smile was kind of cute."

AT THE CLASSROOM

Mr. J remarked, "Ok class, now that the new senior year has begun, you must be aware that this will be your new environment and I hope you all will be working hard from now on."

Mr. J posed the following question: "As for now, I will ask anyone who can participate and present themselves. You dont need to come up front to introduce yourself, so now who would like to partake?"

The entire class was silent due to shyness and anxiety. It took some time until Mr. J. Notice that nobody wants to make an introduction.

Mr. J remarked, "All right, because none of you are really aware of yourselves, I'll just call in front."

It didn't take him long to select who would be chosen after seeing the entire class.

"All right, you in the back?" Mr. J asked.

He pointed to the individual on the fourth row back. "Okay, I'll begin from him to the front," Mr. J remarked.

All eyes were on him as they awaited his words. Shane didn't check behind him. up till he start speaking.

Adam greeted everyone. The individual talked calmly, and Shane assumed it was a coincidence when she realized from its tonality that she had heard the voice somewhere else and, out of curiosity, turned to look behind.

"Nice to meet you, my name is Adam," Adam said.

and ran across the admirable person she had previously met.

Eps. 2

The class was over in a flash, and as I had anticipated, despite this being just my second encounter with him, he had already captured the attention of the majority of the female students in our room.

Coming from the back: "Shaaaane."

Angela communicated with Shane through spirit, asking him to awaken from earth.

Shane questioned, "What's that intended to mean?"

"Despite my numerous calls to you, you're still stuttering," Angela said.

Shane considered. "I felt out of place when I entered this room, but goodness Angela and Sofia are my classmates this year."

"By the way," Sofia said, "I didn't see you earlier in the ceremony. Where were you then, Shane?"

"Actually, I was in the back row and in the incorrect line up," Shane said.

"We didn't see you too when you entered the room not until it was your moment to introduce, we were wondering if you were  already in your class because you didn't answer our message earlier," Angela remarked.

Shane said, "I'm sorry, I was still half asleep on the drive here and I couldn't check my phone because I was fighting with my brother."

Sofia questioned, "Speaking of Brother, does he still suggest you join the council?"

"He's a hard-headed person, so I suppose he wouldn't stop bugging me until I joined him," Shane remarked.

The way they communicated reminded me of how they interacted when they first met in third grade. They have remained close friends ever since.

Shane pondered whether he should try speaking to him. "Maybe he wouldn't remember me, but hearing his voice is kind of relaxing that I want to hear it repeatedly every day," Shane reasoned.

We're in the same class, so Shane reasoned, "I suppose I should just wait for the opportunity to happen."

The majority of the class was preparing for the following topic, English, because it was reported that the teacher who would be in charge of it was rumored to fail half of the students each year.

The idea crossed Shane's mind, "Strict huh? I don't have an issue with any subject to begin with therefore I can manage it."

Sofia asked Shane, "Hey Shane, did you hear about the teacher that would be in charge in our subject for English?"

Shane answered, "Yeah, they stated she's a strict and failing student who doesn't take the subject seriously."

"It was a male and a university student, I think I heard from the other classroom," Angela added.

"Then let's just wait and see," Sofia stated reassuringly.

The second bell rang, signaling that the next subject would start in a moment. The entire class was anxious about the subject's teacher and whether Shane would have a good or bad day because of it.

As the person approached the door, the door slowly opened, causing Shane to gasp. He saw the person approaching with his wide-open eyes and couldn't believe what he was seeing.

The class's temporary English teacher, Andrei, said, "Goodmorning everyone." "Let's thus make the most of it."

The entire class exhaled with relief, and many of the female students praised the temporary instructor.

Despite the fact that they had previously been living together, none of them spoke, which astonished Shane and made it difficult for him to keep up with reality.

Andrei laughed, "You all looked astonished, is this some sort of unexpected reaction."

Andrei remarked with a smile, "It seems like you're all wondering what happened to Ms. Julie; she's presently on break, and I was already appointed last summer break to teach you for the time being."

Andrei questioned, "Should we do an introduction first so that I can remember all of my attractive students?"

Girls yelled, "Yes, Mr. Andrei."

Jane was the next to introduce herself after the front row of people. She was seated in the third row, at the fourth desk.

"I'm Shane Kelly, and it's good to meet you," said Shane." When she was instructed to sit down,

"That was only a brief introduction, Ms. Kelly. Why don't you tell us more about who you are and what you like?" asked Andrei.

She said, "This @#%&*!" to herself.

"I'm not particularly intriguing to begin with, Mr. Andrei, but if you're curious, all I can say is that I'm already a member of the volleyball club."

"It's not appropriate for a cute girl like you to be a player," Andrei remarked. "Why not join the council? I heard they needed more people who are capable of doing their deeds and are smart, and I saw youre record and you can actually pass their expectations."

"I'm sorry to tell Mr. Andrei, but I'm not interested in serving on the council since I don't like acting as this school's nanny," said Shane.

The tension between the siblings was so intense that the entire class was only watching and none of them were willing to ease the strain.

"Mr. Andrei," a voice uttered suddenly.

Andrei asked, "Yes?"

"There isn't much time left, so I believe we should move on to the introduction," Adam offered.

"Sorry about that, you're right," Andrei said.

As they say goodbye, the class is still has this tension of the atmosphere and the English lesson has already ended.

Andrei grinned, "Ms. Kelly, come and meet me in my office."

The entire class was silent as Shane was about to leave her desk because everyone appeared to be afraid by the dynamic between the teacher and Shane.

Shane exited and proceeded to Mr. Andrei's workplace.

Andrei asked, "What kind of mindset is that?"

Shane questioned, "And what kind of question is that?"

Andrei groans. "You didn't let me know you were already a member of the club."

Shane added, "You also didn't tell me you're going to be my English teacher for the next few months."

"You should know that I detest your attitude," Andrei remarked.

"Additionally, I find your face to be annoying," stated Shane.

Andreis holding down his rage, "I'll fill out your requirement form for the council then."

Shane explained, "Even if you fill that out, my homeroom teacher won't take a signature from another teacher because you're not in my homeroom."

Andrei remarked, "Well, that's really bad. It seems like the word isn't getting out that much. Huh?"

Curious, she questioned, "What do you mean?"

Andrei chuckled, "I'm also your homeroom teacher."

Shane fought to believe what she had actually heard. In the nick of time, Andrei neglected to complete the council requirements form and allowed Shane to address him in a different way in front of the entire class while speaking to her as a teacher.

Shane was offered the position of class president by Andrei at the conclusion of their talk, despite the fact that they had argued somewhat over the topic of the two of them being siblings. Shane then returned to class.

Angela called and asked, "Shane, did he say anything to you?"

As they went outside to talk about what occurred, she glances around to make sure nobody else is listening in.

Jane murmured, "He wanted me to be the class president so he won't talk about us being siblings."

Sofia remarked, "Isn't it better than making you go to the council."

"It's the same as before; he's just going to take charge of the class," Angela remarked.

"Even though I'm stressed, that brother with you is a pain in the neck," said Angela.

When they announced the name of Shane coming from the councilor's office, they had just finished their fussing over the matter and were getting ready to go inside. Shane responded as swiftly as she ought to have.

She reflected, "He doesn't really keep his mouth shut."

She made it there in a timely manner carrying his honey buns.

Joshua said with a smile, "Yo, thanks for the buns."

Shane screamed, "DON'T EVER CALL ME LIKE THAT OR YOU'RE DEAD GOT THAT?!"

Joshua remarked, "I have no choice; you didn't answer your phone."

"Whatever. I'm going," said Shane.

He talks with his mouth full of honey buns, "Mat (Wait)".

"What?" Shane questioned.

Joshua inquired, "Have you already seen Andrei?"

Shane inquired, "How did you know he was here?"

Joshua chuckled, "He didn't inform you? Well I assume your just deaf haha."

She was enraged and said, "Let me just punch you. Don't worry your gorgeous face wouldn't be injured."

As a result of their argument, Joshua teased her. One committee entered the room and noticed them without being conscious of its surroundings.

Unidentified voice: "Excuse me, president."

Eps. 3

In no time, school was over. Shane was pleased with the council's outcome, but she is facing a more serious issue than she could have ever imagined.

At the office of a councilor flashback

"Excuse me," a mysterious voice said.

"Huh?" was the surprised response from both parties.

JP remarked, "I knew you were doing stupid things again." (James Paul in abbreviation)

Joshua said, "Oh JP." 'What's up?"

"Since you're too foolish to understand the type of thing you did," JP remarked, "I thought of coming here."

Shane questioned, "How come you didn't become president and let this stupid mouse become one?"

JP remarked, "You better thank me for coming here."

Joshua questioned, "Why is that?"

"When they heard Shane's name being called, some females were nearby," according to JP.

Shane said, "Thank you JP for that. If this idiot did something else, feel free to hurt him; if not, I can just call the cops and say he s***** me."

JP said, "You better get moving." "I already advised the other pupils to return, so don't worry about them."

Shane said, "Thanks."

JP said, "Oh right, Shane, I have something to discuss."

Shane questioned, "What is it?"

"I don't want your stinky brother to hear us, so let's walk outside." JP said.

Shane started to be curious about JP as they walked outside to a location where no other students might hear them. He also started to notice JP's tone of voice. She hasn't heard JP's voice like this since the last time.

JP stated, "I feel like this should be far away."

Shane questioned, "What is it?"

JP inquired, "I heard from Joshua earlier that you considered not disclosing to the school that you both are siblings. Why is that?"

Shane questioned, "He didn't tell you the reason?"

JP remarked, "He did, but isn't that kind of disrespectful for your brother? Also, I don't think that's the real reason you don't want the school to know."

Shane asked, "Did you see through me?"

"I'm not Joshua, so I can easily see right through you," JP remarked.

"Don't worry about it," Shane remarked; "it's nothing special."

JP's atmosphere went silent for a brief period of time. He gave Shane a hard look as if he were about to rip her soul from her body.

"Okay, you've got me," Shane said.

"It's creepy," Shane remarked, "Stop staring at me already."

"I'm glad you know how to obey," JP said.

"Back in middle school, when Joshua would occasionally drop by my class to give me items I had forgotten to get from, the majority of my classmates would ask me, if I knew Joshua. When I replied that "He was my brother," they were all taken aback. Although I'm used to this kind of reaction, the girls in my class and other sections started making overtures to me the day after tomorrow. When the vacation was ended and things went back to school, they requested me to give Joshua gifts on special occasions, but I never really had friends other than Sofia and Angelica who were in the other class and they don't have any idea that i went through like that but in the end i just told them like it wasn'ta big deal about it, so I just accepted them. As soon as the school started, on every special occasion, students would ask me to deliver gifts to Joshua because they lacked the nerve to do so. Since they were constantly around me because of Joshua, I eventually became tired of them and decided to stop myself and say NO to them and also on what they had to say to me until Joshua finished middle school," Shane said.

"Since I've been able to live quietly ever since, I gave it some serious thought over the summer. He wasn't aware of the real reason, so he simply agreed," according to Shane.

Shane remarked, "I just want to have a normal high school life. I didn't really mean to have like a cruel intention to it, even though it's kind of selfish."

"As much as I say it as a buddy, having a well-known sibling isn't simple," JP stated.

"Although Joshua is foolish, he is still a good brother and understands you, so sometimes I worry about him," JP stated.

Since JP is like a brother to me and also shares our villa with Joshua, the two of them have been friends since kindergarten. As a result, I trust JP more than Joshua (this isn't biased, but my real feelings >.<) They frequently hang out in our backyard and occasionally in Joshua's room.

JP questioned, "Have you tried telling Joshua about this?"

Shane replied, "No. You can already tell that Joshua is the sort to get revenge when someone tried to bully me."

"Well, you're right—especially considering that he's now the council president—but are you certain of this?" JP questioned.

Shane responded, "Yes, as long as I wouldn't go through the same thing again, I'll let him boss me around like a normal student."

"But you know when you told Joshua about the-" JP cut off his sentence.

"What, hmm?" Shane questioned.

"Nothing," JP answered. "But you know, I was actually surprised that you used aunt's last name when I saw your name in the section list."

Shane grinned, "It's just an escape goat thing."

"However, I did get this kind of feeling," JP added. "Are you certain that nobody from your middle school visited this place?"

"Though it is private, I don't believe anyone from my school has come to study here," Shane remarked.

"They might also be using you or exposing you, so just be careful," JP said.

"It'll be alright," Shane assured them, adding that she was not scared to defend herself.

"You know where to find me, kay?" JP said, adding, "Well, if you ever had any problems or you want to talk about it."

Shane questioned, "Ok, kept that a secret from Joshua though."

JP replied, "Got it. See ya."

END OF THE FLASHBACK

"What does he mean be careful?" Shane thought.

Shane chose the X High School despite the fact that the top 3 schools in the city are attended primarily by students from wealthy families and some of whom received scholarships. Shane passed the exam with a score of 109 in the first year announcement, while the person who finished in second place did so with a score of 92, demonstrating how she entered the institution without paying a dime.

The school offers a wide range of amenities that middle schools everywhere have long desired. Well-known and reputable pupils, pristine surroundings, and a variety of rooms for music, swimming, basketball, and other sports and athletic pursuits. Due to this, the school currently owns the record for the athletic team's previous victory. They had been aiming for gold medals up to this point, holding 16 gold, 10 silver, and 6 bronze medals over the years.

NEXT DAY

Shane was dropped off in the same spot and unexpectedly she saw Adam coming inside the convenience store.

"Does he always like melon buns?" She thought.

After being dropped off in the same location, Shane unintentionally caught a glimpse of Adam entering the convenience store.

"Does he always enjoy melon buns," she wondered.

In order to make up for her lack of sleep, Shane went inside to get a coffee. As she was deciding which type of coffee would keep her awake until the end of class and, Adam suddenly then reached for the drink.

Shane exclaimed with shock, "Woah!"

Shane apologized for getting in the way.

Adam replied, "Yeah, you are."

"What the hell is that attitude for," Shane wondered, "Did I hear that right?"

When he noticed Angelica was about to cross the street, she had just completed inspecting her purchases and was getting ready to depart.

She patted Angelica's back and said, "Angelica."

Shane said, "Good morning."

In this opinion, Angelica said, "Good...morning."

Angelica questioned, "What happened to you? You have shadows under your eyes."

Shane added, "I couldn't sleep too well last night, so I bought myself some coffee."

Angelica questioned, "Do you think that'll continue long?"

Shane responded, "No, that's why I purchased three, and I'll be napping during break so I won't be having lunch with you today."

They strolled together to school and chatted about the normal topics—assignments and other stuff—but it was obvious that Angelica constantly talked about males and dates (she's single, though), and Shane was simply in a daze at the time before they got there.

Shane adjusted to school without experiencing any sleepiness or fatigue, and she was able to focus until break.

Sofia said, "Let's go, Shane."

Shane stated, "I'll be napping during break."

Sofia asked, "Why? Aren't you feeling well? You have black bags under your eyes."

Angelica explained, "That's because she didn't sleep and had to rely on the coffee."

"You do have a problem, right?" Sofia questioned.

Shane responded, "No, I was simply watching anime last night without realizing that I just slept for two hours."

"Okay, then let's dive in," Sofia said.

Angelica enquired, "Do you want anything? You might get hungry later."

Shane asked, "Can you buy me a ham and bacon sandwich and also two milk boxes?"

Angelica said, "Got it, pay me later before homeroom starts."

Shane was already wearing headphones and getting ready to fall asleep as they both left the room. Since she was the only student in the classroom, she used her handkerchief as a pillow to make herself comfortable. The only break they get is an hour before the next class begins.

Shortly after, someone walked into the room. Shane was so worn out that she was oblivious to the presence of another person.
