Sometimes life takes us to that place which is our destination or shall I say to the place 'where we belong'. Isn't it magical? Yes, it is!

A slow breeze was passing by. The sky was clear but the weather was a bit cozy. The tranquil sound of waves setting one's heart at ease. And there she was, sitting at the seashore, all alone and lost somewhere in her thoughts.

She was wondering about her life. Despite all her achievements, she was feeling as if her life was like a puzzle missing a piece. A piece that completes it. Is there any destination to where she can belong to? Is there a place in the whole world she can call home?

All these questions kept running in her mind but despite all her attempts, she couldn't answer them.

Tang Li, a business tycoon who ruled the business world from the age of 17 years, and now she was 26. Yet, there was not a single person who can compete with her in business. Well, except for one!

But both their companies were not competitors anyway so she won't mind it. Both of them have never invaded each other's kingdom. They always remained neutral with each other. Suddenly, her thoughts were interrupted when her phone started ringing. She checks it and it is her grandfather. The person whom she was ignoring. Then, suddenly she snickers and puts her phone down "Hehe, how delusional you are. There is no such bliss in this world." She laughs at herself.

Her grandfather called her again and this time she swiped the answer option.

"Speak" her voice eerily calm.

"Where are you, Kara? Are you still angry?" asked the old man while trying to calm his nerves.

"No, why should I be?"

"See sweetheart. You know this old man loves you so much. I am not getting any younger. And before I die, I just want to rest assured that you are living a happy life." explained to the old man because he knew this time his chubby baby girl is really angry.

"I know you care about me but don't ever repeat what you did today. The thought of losing you scares me. I can't live without you," she replied.

Yes, today she fought with her grandfather. That old man asked her to get married but when she denied, he practically pointed a knife at his throat saying that he doesn't want to live anymore. She nearly lost her mind at the thought of losing him so she agreed that when she meets the right one, she will marry him without a second thought. Only then did the old man calmed down. He wasn't going to kill kill himself but he knew his granddaughter's weakness. He knew how much she loves him and he used it as a trump card which worked.

But after that, Tang Li left the villa angrily.

"Sorry, I know it was my fault today. You know what I don't want you to get married."

Tang Li frowned hearing this but she didn't interrupt waiting for him to continue.

"You are my precious treasure. You are one in a million. No man deserves you, my dear. You are a big catch for any man or their family. Humph! I don't want to hand you over to any damned brat. I want to dote on you like I always do. But this old man is getting older." he sighed and then continued "I want you to find your happiness before I leave this world"

"Grandpa, you are not allowed to leave me. I didn't permit you for that," Her eyes glistened as she said domineeringly, and then with a soft voice she added, "You know how much I love you right?"

Her grandpa's voice boomed with laughter as he said "Such a domineering little girl I got. You don't even allow me to die. This old man loves you much more. Don't let any ugly brat take you away from me. No need to get married. No rascal deserves my granddaughter," He sighed. "Come to meet me soon okay?"

After he hung up, Tang Li smiled. She knew how much her grandpa loves her ever since she was a kid. She also knew how much he wants her to get married.

Laughing at the thought of marriage, she said "There are millions of fishes in the sea, grandpa. This granddaughter of yours wants the most beautiful one." Then she added in a determined tone "Huh, don't worry grandpa. I will give you what you want and the most beautiful one at that. You know what, actually this goddess will be married to one man and keep some concubines too. You know, to keep myself entertained."

She giggled at the thought of it. One man feeding her grapes, another fanning her, and one more massaging her legs.

''Ahh...That will be perfect right..." She said giggling but her dreamy thoughts were interrupted by a man's boisterous laughing.

She turned around and found a man laughing at her with one hand supporting his tummy.

'He's quite good looking. Nice eyebrows, attractive jaws. Nice fish but not my type,' she thought.

But her thoughts were interrupted when she noticed another presence. There she saw another man wearing a black shirt and grey pants.

Her eyes met with him and both their hearts skipped a beat as if there was something magical. Some strange familiar feelings stirred inside both of them. An image popped up in her mind but she shook it off as this pair of eyes was unfamiliar to her. It could not be him, he didn't have such azure eyes.

Putting her thoughts aside, she focused on his handsome face. He has such good shaped eyebrows; thin and narrow and angular cheekbones resting upon that perfect jaw, mariner-blue eyes, one would just want to drown in it. Thin and sexy lips, could arouse one's dark desires. She never felt like this.

Ahh, okay only once but that was her childhood crush. It has been more than thirteen years since she last saw him, that face has become blurry in her memory.

Then, she noticed his chiseled body and broad chest which was peeking out of his chest. She wanted to roam her fingers there, would she be regarded as a pervert for having such lusty thoughts about a stranger?

'Ahh...Am I a pervert? Since when? Well, not my fault. This man is certainly a shark!' she thought.

She was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't notice how a certain iceberg was warmly smiling at her. Anyone who saw this will be shocked to the core.

Mo Yuhan...THE MO YUHAN, the CEO of Mo Empires was staring and smiling at a girl. He was here for a meeting with the investors at the beachside Ross Resort. But when the meeting was going on, something caught his attention.

He turned around and from a transparent huge glass window, he saw a lonely figure sitting by herself. She was wearing a sleeveless little black dress which was hugging her curves perfectly enhancing her perfect figure. Her long wavy black hair was reaching till her waist; she looked like a mystery. He was mesmerized by that beautiful view. Somehow, he wanted more of it. He wanted to look more at her and to know the reason she was so attractive to him.

The investors and his secretary were stunned speechless. It was a blue moon kind of thing to see President Mo distracted during work.

Secretary Liu Jiang approached him and softly reminded "President, the investors are waiting."

But without blinking twice, Mo Yuhan replied "Meeting dismissed."

Everyone present there were shocked but they didn't question this man's decision as he was a god to them, simply unapproachable, unpredictable, and always right

Huh, who dares to ask why such an important meeting is dismissed? If President Mo dismissed this meeting, there must be a life and death situation.

They always regarded him as a person who is way above their leagues. Mo Yuhan is 28 years old but his achievements are completely amazing and exceptional. Everyone admired him leading to him being recognized as the King of business.

Without wasting time, he walked towards the girl who caused his breathing to hitch for a second followed by his secretary.

But when they arrived there, they heard her talking to someone as she said how much she loves him.

That sentence stirred something inside Mo Yuhan's heart.

'Such a domineering girl' he thought.

'The man is lucky to have her' he added in his mind.

Liu Jiang couldn't understand why President Mo is interested in a random person but he chose not to ask it since it was not his place to do so.

Since Tang Li's phone was on speaker so they heard their conversation and Mo Yuhan released a breath that even he didn't know he was holding in, after knowing that the other person was her grandfather.

There was one more thing that confused him. He found the voice on the other side quite familiar. But since he couldn't pinpoint where has he heard it, he chose to ignore that for the moment.

When their conversation was over, he started walking towards her. But suddenly she started giggling to herself and Mo Yuhan immediately paused in his tracks.

The secretary was utterly confused by his weird behavior. He has never seen his President being this attentive to a girl before. He even canceled such an important meeting. And now here they are, eavesdropping on her conversation.

Instead of walking over to her, President Mo asked him to stop. He didn't know what to do or say anymore. As he was wondering, both of them heard a voice.

They heard the girl saying how she wants the most beautiful fish in the sea. They heard about the deal with concubines too. And that's it!

Liu Jiang's self-control was long gone as he was rolling out of laughter and holding onto his stomach like it will burst out anytime soon.

He was so busy laughing at the girl that he forgot that the girl was still sitting there. He was brought back from his Lala land to Earth when the girl glared at him coldly and asked "What?"

At that very moment, the poor secretary could swear that he felt chills running down his back. Her aura was somehow similar to President Mo.

But he would never show it on his face or else future Young Mistress Mo will trample him under her shoes. What?? Of course, she is the future madam, President has never once shown interest in any woman. But this time he left everything and ran towards this woman... Ooops, my fault. She pursed her lips, a little displeased with his reply.

Before she could say anything, he spoke again "But we can get to know each other. It will be my pleasure, Miss?"

She opened her mouth to say her name but before she could say it, his secretary came to him with the phone in his hand.

A bit frustrated Mo Yuhan asked, "What is it?"

The secretary whispered into his ear "The Yu Industries have decided to pull out all their investments. They say our project is not that unique. Though, Yus don't have any high standards to judge our project. But in such a dire situation, they suddenly pulled out investments. What should we do on such short notice?" He sighed and then continued "Only Ash Corporation is on the same level as Mo empires. Whereas Yu companies are a league beneath it. If other investors come to know about this, it will affect our project's image. At such short notice, we can't even change the outlines and plans. What..."

The poor Secretary shivered in fear on behalf of the directors who had selected the Yus for this project. Since President was overseas, they had to make a simple decision yet they didn't do it right.

He felt a chill down his spine when his president cut off his sentence and said "Since when did Mo Empires depend on such lousy, fickle-minded investors?"

They almost forgot the presence of the beautiful woman beside them. She heard the mention of Yu companies, Ash Corporation, and Mo Empires. But she didn't know what the matter was.

She couldn't help but wonder if they are Mo Yuhan's employees, "Both of you work in Mo Empires?"

If only, she was a little bit interested in magazines, Weibo or news, she would have long known his identity. Sigh... She stayed miles away from such boring things.

Secretary Liu's eyes twitched 'What work Miss... Young Mistress. The beautiful fish sitting beside you is the CEO of Mo Empires. Whereas me, I am his handsome secretary.'

Tang Li turned to look at Mo Yuhan and asked "What's the deal with Yu Industries and Ash Corporations? Is anything the problem?"

Mo Yuhan was going to change the topic but when he saw the curiosity sparkling in those hazel eyes, he could only give in to her.

He explained the whole situation, skipping the part of him being the CEO. And how this was the climax of the project but its reputation is on the verge of getting destroyed.

Hearing this, Tang Li got the gist of the dire situation they were in. 'This pretty fish didn't mention it but currently either Ash Corporations or a the Huangfu Conglomerate which controls the international marker.

'Either one of them can save the reputation of this project because all other companies currently involved are beneath Yu company's level which is why no other company can save the project from the repercussions.' she thought as her gaze turned serious.

Mo Yuhan pursed his lips and decided to change the topic but before he could say anything, she spoke up "Yu Companies is way beneath Mo Empires. And it involves illegal dealings such as drugs and human trafficking. The Chairman who is the father of the current CEO Yu Yuansi was even sent to jail last year as the result of some loose ends which revealed about some of his dealings"

She sighed and then continued "Yu Yuansi can be a better CEO but he is blinded by the beauty of hot girls which resulted in him being detained in jail for 3 months for attempted r*pe."

Secretary Liu was dumbstruck with his future Young Mistress' wits as he scrutinized her again as he thought 'Ahh! President can pick up a rare diamond among the stones.'

Mo Yuhan was a bit stunned. After returning from his trip, he had several projects to deal with so this one was handed over to the Directors who carelessly invited a disaster and he had yet to investigate the partnership company, as the deal crashed.

The information she possessed was confidential, knew this girl is not ordinary from the moment he laid his eyes on her. And his intuitions turned out to be true.

His azure eyes flashed 'Just who is she? '

He heard the girl speak "Is your President a fool? You guys prefer Yu Companies over the Ash Corporations. This is bound to happen."

Mo Yuhan's lips twitched.

Secretary Liu: "_" 'Where am I? Who am I? Am I a human?'

Mo Yuhan pursed his lips and said "Mo Empires and Ash Corporations have never worked together, neither they compete with each other nor they interact with each other. Maybe the CEO will not accept the proposal."

A smirk appeared on Tang Li's lips as she thought 'Well, that's a true hottie but I can give it try for you. Rather than that, I believe your President is an intelligent man. And with his IQ, his projects are bound to be a success. It's a win-win situation as I can find a better chance to pounce on you."

With that thought, she seductively licked her lips, to which Mo Yuhan's gaze deepened. Whereas, Secretary Liu was wondering why his future Young Mistress is appearing as if she is going to devour a delicious dish. Little did he know that the dish was none other than his President himself.

Even she was confused as to why she suddenly wanted to hit on this man and covet him. She shrugged it off. Since she couldn't figure it out better forget it.

Tang Li praised herself for being a genius. She could face a great deal while sitting on the sea beach. Isn't she great?

A certain old man would've smacked himself in the face if he knew his cold granddaughter has such a narcissistic side to her.

While Tang Li was praising herself, she did not know that Mo Yuhan is not a person to take initiatives. If she wasn't the one suggesting, he wouldn't have considered it.

Her expression changed slightly as she tried to persuade him "How will you know if you don't give it try? Show them the proposal. As much as I have heard, President Mo is a smart man. Make sure that the proposal is flawless and it will attract their attention of course."

Mo Yuhan pressed his lips, what she said was quite true. Then, he instructed Secretary Liu to work on it.

When the secretary was gone, he looked at the woman beside him. She had no accessories on her, but she looked exquisite. Her thick eyelashes are like a dense forest. Her long black hair sightly swaying like a black serpent, captivating one's heart. Her hazel eyes were like gemstones, rare, and precious. But she looked like she was all alone, lonely or to be exact, a bit soulless.

Before he realized, he had already blurted out "Enjoying solitude is nice in life but adapting to solitude would drown you in a deep abyss."

Tang Li's eyes were wide shaped as she thought 'Can this man read mings? How can he know my current thoughts? '

He ignored her reaction and stared at the horizon in front of him. Since it was evening time, the sky was appearing to meet the earth.

He continued "Staying alone sometimes is okay. But always preferring to be alone is not. The sky and earth are always indifferent and alone. But there comes a moment when they meet each other. Horizon! Beautiful right? A person should have something in their life which they can look forward to, which will excite them."

Before she could say something, her lips curved up in a small sad smile. No one...No one has ever understood her this much. Even if she would say her thoughts to someone when she was a child, they would console her or ignore the topic. Then, she started thinking maybe she is weird. Over time, she started bottling up her feelings and emotions.

His every word stuck an arrow in her heart as she thought 'Why am I feeling like this? Why is my heart beating erratically? Is this the legendary love at first sight?'

After having a decent number of boyfriends in the past, no one has ever made her feel that way. But why does he feel familiar? With every glance at him, she could feel some connection as if she had known him for ages.

And before she knew it, a strong palm was on her cheeks, as his thumb wiped her tears. 'That's it. Is this man trying to test my self-control?' she thought.

And before the man could retract his hand, she grabbed the collar of his shirt and smacked her lips on his. Her kiss was so intense that the man froze, he didn't know how to react. Though it was not his first kiss, it could be counted as second. Her aggressiveness, the way she kissed him, her scent resurfaced a distant memory in his mind.

But before he could grasp that feeling, his hand was already resting on her waist as he pulled her on his lap, already responding to her kiss. It was instinctive, he had no experience in kissing but she had already made him like this.

Tang Li was addicted to this, she never knew a kiss can make her feel this way. She encircled her arms around his neck, he could smell the sweet chocolaty fragrance her body was emitting, and then her tongue was in his mouth, he did not even catch a glimpse of her face, so instantaneous and urgent was that tongue.

He sucked her tongue as if it was the sweetest candy. Whereas to her, he smelt cozy, there was even a hint of vanilla. His kissing intensity slowly overpowered hers and she felt that rush of helplessness, the sinking yielding, the surging tide of warmth that left her limp.

His insistent mouth was parting her shaking lips, sending wild tremors along her nerves, evoking from her sensations she had never known she was capable of feeling. His lips only left hers when her breathing hitched.

Both of them were breathless as they parted.

Mo Yuhan looked at her softly as his eyes slightly narrowed. He has never had any affections for anyone other than that girl who left his life in the past, without even looking back, without saying goodbye!

But right now, this woman in his arms was his present. There was a firm determination in his eyes. He was not going to back out this time. He will go with his heart and pursue her.

But before he could voice out his thoughts, he felt her hand getting wrapped around his thumb.

He stared at her, and that was it. Her eyes were sparkling like a little kid asking for candy. And before he can grasp the tickling feeling in his heart, he heard her speak "Hey, let's get married."

Mo Yuhan subconsciously nodded his head but suddenly the realization struck him. The man was in disbelief as he stared at the girl in front of him. He was speechless for the first time in his life.

But then again why the hell is he feeling jittery, glittery all over as if this was not something so bad? He just stared at her, his face was cold and frigid but there was a softer look in his eyes.

But she continued her 'serious' talk as she said "You see, I'm a big fish as in, I'm one in a million. You will never meet a girl like this beautiful goddess sitting in front of you. I am young, hot and of course, I earn a lot. So, you can even quit your job and be a house husband. I'll feed you and never abandon you. Isn't it a jackpot to have this me as your wife?"

The man was dumbstruck, it was the first time he has seen someone so bold and narcissistic, but it didn't taint her elegance in a little bit. She didn't look showy, but it instead highlighted her self confidence, making her appear much more beautiful. He softly sighed before asking, "Why me?"

"Because it's you...Uhm. I mean you are pleasing to my pretty eyes...So, let's get married?" she explained calmly and gave him her signature smile.

His heart skipped a beat and hell he knew that she will be the death of him one day when he said "Yes, my pleasure!" But then he paused to look at the woman who was staring at him unblinkingly with starry eyes. He thought of something before speaking "I'll marry you but with one condition."

Her heart skipped a beat when he said yes. She thought he will find an excuse because he didn't even know who she was. She couldn't believe that she proposed to a stranger for marriage. To top it off, the man agreed!

She thought that like her exes, even he is going to ask her to date him and then he will try to come closer, be physical, and whatnot.

Not that she liked her exes or was in any way interested in marrying those jerks, they were just trophy boyfriends so that she can convince her old man about her real sexual orientation since he always doubted it. It was another thing that those men didn't suit the old man's eyes.

This man didn't even ask her name when he agreed to marry her. What is this? Are all men this straightforward? Based on her personal experience, the answer was a big fat 'no'. All her exes were jerks.

But when it came to him, he somehow feels right to her heart. He soothed her nerves like a herbal just with a few magical words. The vanilla fragrance he exuded made her feel at home. He somehow understands her feelings and the kiss they shared...This is it, she thought.

But the man said the thing about the condition. She pursed her lips in anticipation as she thought about what was he going to ask for.

Puzzled, she couldn't help but ask him "What?"

He looked into her eyes as his gaze turned serious which made her a little fidgety. He spoke up indifferently "I will be your only man. No concubines and no other fishes. I will not accept that."

Her lips twitched. Her mouth hung open forming a cute 'O' as she wondered 'Is this man for real? What the hell is this? I was expecting him to ask for something serious, materialistic, dowry, and whatnot but here he is asking me to abandon my future concubines which do not even exist till now,' She smirked slightly, 'Well, what concubine? What other fish? This man is too hard to resist. If he is the deal then I can suffer some losses.''

If her grandpa could hear her thoughts, he would have laughed like it was the biggest joke of this era. She was saying as if she had a lot of men around her when she doesn't even like to greet a man for basic formalities. Her ex-boyfriend list was just a show appease the old man that she is not a lesbo.

Tang Li sighed before looking into his eyes, her voice laced with determination "As long as you don't bring any mistresses in the future, I won't get a wild man."

A chuckle escaped his lips at her wordings.

But before he could say anything, Secretary Liu came back after completing the task given to him. When he looked at both of them, he could feel something was amiss.

Mo Yuhan looked at Tang Li for an instant, then he turned to look at his secretary as he said "Let's go."

Secretary Liu looked at the future Young Mistress, then turned around to look at President Mo before asking "Where to?"

Before Mo Yuhan could reply, Tang Li grabbed his hand in hers and said in a calm manner "Civil Affairs Bureau."

Oh... Alright...Eh...Where? The poor secretary stood there as if he was struck by lightning. He expected this day to come soon. But this soon? Isn't it too soon soon? He could feel his heart shaking because of the big shock.

With his playboy personality' he could only conclude that this woman's seduction is so powerful.

If Mo Yuhan had heard his thoughts, it would have been a wonder if he was not fired right at that moment.

Before he could say anything, Mo Yuhan calmly said, "Make sure that the office is not closed till we reach."

The poor secretary coughed twice before composing himself as he walked moving towards the car.

On the way, Tang Li informed Mo Yuhan that she knew someone from the office and he will get all formalities done for them. They just needed to put their signatures and get a picture clicked together.

Secretary Liu also did his job well by informing the bureau that President Mo was going to marry today.

On the other hand, Tang Li didn't want Mo Yuhan to know her name yet, she enjoyed their time like this, it seems like she was back being a teenager. Hence, her friend who was in charge of the place suggested that they should sign their names in separate papers and he would get it scanned and procedures will be done.

Neither did Tang Li wanted to know his name. She wanted to but it would be unfair if she hides her name from him. Her conscience will prick her if she tried to investigate. Just like Mo Yuhan, she could also feel a familiarity between them. She somehow trusted him, on instinct.

Mo Yuhan didn't protest since his heart has already accepted her. For the first time in life, President Mo was doing something unpredictable.

He knew if his decision turned out to be wrong, then their marriage will drown in misery and hurt but still, he wanted to give it try. And somehow, he was sure that he will not be proved wrong. Maybe, this is how it was supposed to be.
