boy jump into the fight between them and shove that beast away .....
he helped the man to stand while helping that beast jumped on them .....
stranger saw that beast coming and pushed Ron aside
beast took a bite on stranger hand
the boy quickly took out a knife and he stabbed the beast in the head from behind

Ron placed the stranger on the small cot in his hut...and treated his injuries with herds..he took care of stranger
he removed stranger cloths... to wiped the body clean because his shirt was stained with blood and some mud on his body..
