Xei fell for her cute charms but in the later chapters Li would was the second male lead would save sun from getting eaten and let her stay in his group for a while making him also fall in love with the heroine, and the story follows up with lover quarrels between his original girlfriend and the heroine, with the story ending it off with Xu dying the villainess.
