Walking out of the room in her Police Uniform, Ensa met her third elder brother, Min Namjoon, whose room is just beside hers.

She smiled " Morning Oppa!! " with a short side hug. " Good morning princess!! " He greeted back.

Both of them together headed to the dining room where their first elder brother , Min Seokjin was serving breakfast. Both of them greeted him and took their seats but didn't start eating. Waiting for their other sibling to arrive, Min Yoongi, her second elder brother.

Not having parents anymore, is sad and hurting but having three elder brothers?? Being the only sister of the three owners of the world wide, Min Enterprises, Ensa has her own perks. She got all the attention, love and luxuries from her brothers who loved her dearly. Everything she ever wished was brought to her feet without any delay though she wasn't someone to insist on that. People think her as silly for being a police officer by profession , when you can have all the luxury under your feet but she never thought that way coz She saw how her brothers suffered to bring the drowning company up to the sky,at such a young age of somewhere like 20 or21 after their parents died in an accident. She witnessed those nights when they had to sleep without food. Even though, now they have everything that they ever wished , she always used the money carefully, thinking that those bundles of notes have her brothers' blood,sweat and tears. Besides that, it was her dream to be a police officer.

Yoongi walked in the dinning room responding to a phone call " yeah, go ahead and prepare everything before I arrive " he ordered to the person on the other line of the call.

" Morning everyone!! " He greeted taking a seat beside Namjoon.

In the silence while four of them were eating peacefully " We are going to the factory today, want us to drop you to your department office?? " Yoongi asked to his sister.

She shook her head chewing the food " Jimin will be here......*cough * * cough *" She accidentally choked on the food and started coughing.

Jin immediately took action to pat her back while Namjoon filled a glass with water for her.

" Ensa yaaah!! I told you so many times You should not speak when you have food in your mouth . Why are you so careless about yourself " Jin started nagging her.

Jin always behaves like any typical mother to his three younger siblings. It was because being the eldest and losing parents so early, he was too concerned about his little siblings, though they're not little anymore.

After taking few sips of water " Oppa!! Am not careless!! " she groaned.

Jin glared her " leave it hyung you keep on scolding her on small things " Namjoon spoke in her stand.

" Yeah!! She takes care of the whole city, whom are you calling careless?? " Yoongi too added in her support with a look of pride in his eyes.

Jin simply rolled his eyes. It was nothing new to him, the other two brothers always took stand their sister. It's not even that Jin never did, he's just too much concerned for her since she works at such a responsible post.

" I shall leave!! Take care " she chimed with big grin.

" so what would you like to do today?? " Jimin asked with a wink.

Jimin, Hoseok and Ensa were friends from their training academy, however Hoseok turned up to be their senior. Jimin and Ensa are partners in crime department . Though they are not like all officers, strict and cold. They maintain their, bubbly personality. Well that doesn't suits to their profession but no one should judge a book by its cover right?? Therefore, they are responsible and hard working. And so they are considered as the best duet team in the department.

" Jimin!! Don't you think that sounds like you are asking for a date?? We are at the office " Ensa explained him that he should at least keep his flirty self inside while at work.

She thinks he just jokes being all flirty with her but little did she know, he liked her. Not like just like her but that like which is also known as crushing. However he couldn't dare to confess and she never saw him in that light.

Suddenly a constable officer asks for permission to step in their office. Jimin permitted him immediately.

" Officer Jung has called for you both " he informed them and left.

Jimin sighed " Hobi hyung have eyes for just us to hand cases " he whined.

She smacked his forearm " you should think in a positive way min!! He believes we are responsible. " she exclaimed.

" that's a different thing, we had been working on so many cases already. I need some free time too " He groaned leaning on the table.

She rolled her eyes " saying the one who gets excited with each new case " she retored.

She got up from her seat earning a glare from him " your glares don't scare me. Come on " she stated and headed out snickering to herself at his reaction.

He chuckled as he was left alone, before getting off the seat. What can we say?? He likes to make her smile and laugh at his silliness.

" take your seats " Hoseok asked as they saluted him.

He forwarded a green file to them ,that Ensa accepted to take and opened it. Jimin leaned to his left handle of the seat so that he could peek what's the file containing.

" The JK!! Korea's most feared Mafiya leader?. " Jimin exclaimed as he read the profile name.

JK is known as the God of terror in the whole of Korea and neighboring countries. His fear kept expanding ,considering him the most scary Mafiya leader, who administrates his large empire all alone.

Hoseok sighed and nodded his head " He did another murder last night. And coz the witness spot comes under our department area we have got to catch him this time " he explained them.

They looked at each other " We have to do it to keep the reputation of our department.... No officer or team is ready to take JK'S case. Since both of you have been doing an excellent job as a team, from the joining day I thought to hand this case to you? " Hoseok told them.

They looked at each other with a smirk. Wait a minute, a smirk?? Ain't they thinking something like they may risk their lives?? Well maybe not, coz thrill was something both of them always craved. So yeah they ain't gonna let go this opportunity.

They looked at Hoseok again with a proud smile " you can count on us sir!! " they replied in unison.

A wide grin creeped on Hoseok's face to their statement, like everyone in the department was scared to take the case and they just accepted without even thinking. He was proud of his officer-friends.

" I expected this from both of you!! " He complimented to the juniors.

Jimin always loved when he got praised " We are working from now onwards " he exclaimed proudly.

Ensa nodded in agreement with Jimin. But Hoseok was concerned about them " I appreciate your spirit!! But make sure to not mess with things. It will cause a great trouble for you as well as everyone involved. " he warned them.

They nodded " All the information we could collect is in the file along with his crime records. Take as much cops as you need and do the work. " he told them and they nodded as reply.

They left his room with the file thinking that from where they should start?? They have got to Chase a person, for whom killing people is like a piece of cake. And he's never got caught.

Basically, he's an example of a perfect criminal.

And now these two Officers are heading to catch him.

" I think I shall get coffee for us before starting?? " Jimin asked while they were on the way to their cabin .

Ensa nodded and they separated their way. She entered the cabin and took her seat while reading the file. It surprised her, how a single person is responsible for so many crimes, when he's just 26 years old?? Damn!! he must be sexy?? Ofc he is, atleast for the author . However something else that surprised her was the picture of the criminal. How furious he looked with that smirk on his face . The picture was a capture of a CCTV footage , he had no mask, nothing to cover his face . Proudly showing that he did the murder and daring the police to catch him if they can. She felt more determined to get him, she wanted to get the thrill. The name JK , felt so thrilling to her.

She got so much lost in reading the profile that she didn't even noticed that Jimin returned with two coffees, already.

" I'm back " he chimed to get her attention but she didn't acknowledge him yet.

" What are busy reading that you ignored such a cute guy beside you ?? " he pouted as she looked at him.

She handed him the file while taking her cup of coffee. His eyebrows jumped as he read the records.

" He's just 26?? Fvck!! he's even younger than me " Jimin exclaimed.

"Fvck!! who kills their own guards to complete a century murders?? is he a fvcking psycho or something?? " He cursed out reading the file.

" atleast don't curse at the office, min!! " She told him.

" Look at his records Ensa yaa !! can you believe he does it all alone, no right hands or dealer or fighters he ever hired?? " Jimin was too stunned by this young criminal 's abilities.

Drug dealing, smuggling, kidnapping and murders everything he does all alone. He never hired people for these work except for guards who guard his residence.

Ensa agreed with her partner. How one could manage all these. Well maybe coz he's, the JK??

" I think we shall go to the witness spot. " she suggested and earned a nod from the male beside her.

“dammit!! we couldn't get anything " Jimin seemed frustrated as he slammed the file on the table.

" calm down Jimin, it was just the first day of investigation " Ensa tried consoling her friend.

So, we got like they couldn't find any evidence against JK. Ofc, it was expected when he's so well known for his way of erasing evidence.

A counstable officer knocked on their cabin door. Ensa immediately permitted him . He gave her an envelope " Postmortem reports are here " he told her and left as she mumbled " thank you " .

Her eyebrows jumped as she opened the envelope and read the reports. Seeing her reaction , Jimin snatched the report sheet from her hand and went straight to read the point.

" Killed by electric current?? " he mumbled in shock.

Seriously?? like, electric shock?? He could have used a gun, a knife or any weapons but he used currents?? One could light up a whole mansion with big light bulbs, leave all the fans and lights on and use all electronics for a complete week straight with the amount of electricity he used to kill a person, guess??

However Jimin was now amazed by this thought of the latter. " It's was a great idea, isn't it?? " he commented rubbing his chin with his index finger.

Is he praising his idea??

She gave him a 'what the heck ' look. " What!? I was just complimenting" he defended himself.

" complimenting the one who is supposedly our enemy?? " she asked with an eyebrow raised.

Technically, his idea of using the electric current was unique. He didn't need to erase the evidence.

" Don't be jealous!! I always compliment on you too " Jimin retorted his partner and earned a sarcastic smile followed by a sarcastic " thank you ".

All of a sudden Ensa's phone went off. She checked the caller ID and it showed ' Yoongi Oppa ' .

Shit!!. she thought.

It was past her working hour and she was still at the police station without informing her brothers. Though she's a grown up girl and over that a responsible police officer, she's still a twelve years old kid for her brothers specially Jin. Jin was always overprotective towards his only sister regardless of how responsible and adult she's. Well, being the eldest, he was right at his place but his protectiveness gets too far some times. And now, she knew she's gonna get a large fit of scold from her brother.

After hanging the call Yoongi looked at a worried Jin. " She's on the way " he replied casually.

He was never so overprotective for her to worry if she gets a bit late. Oops, correction, not a bit she was more than two hours late. Still Yoongi knew how smart and daring his sister was. If anyone dares to mess with her, he will end up lying in the ICU of some hospital.

" Why are you so much worried hyung!?? Jimin and others might be with her " Namjoon tried to ease his elder brother.

Ofc his point was right. There are so many people around her to take care of her if her brothers aren't.

" I'm worried coz of her profession, though there are many people but she has to face criminal everyday. Who knows what may happen?? " Jin replied.

Point.... he has a bigger point than Namjoon. No one knows what may happen??

Yoongi sighed " don't worry hyung, Jimin is dropping her here. "

Jin nodded to his statement " go change I'll serve the dinner " He asked his two younger ones and they nodded as reply.

As Namjoon stepped on the stair, he was stopped by a call from Jin " Namjoonaah.... did you get my sheet masks that I asked you to buy?? "

Namjoon gulped turning around to face his hyung. " I... I'm sorry hyung I forgot " he apologized slightly stuttering.

" What did you just say!? " Jin screamed.

It's gonna be the last day for Namjoon. How could he forget the sheet masks?? that the seokjin asked to buy?? He knew how much Jin cares about his skin and still?? OK OK!! mistakes happen right?? But who's gonna explain to Jin who's now chasing behind the poor younger, raping all type of nonsense when he's angry. Yoongi was laughing internally watching the free comedy show live.

" You jealous rat!! " Jin yelled running behind Namjoon.

" I'm not jealous hyung " Namjoon whined back.

God!! This is so cute?? yet funny... lol.

" Yes, you are jealous, jealous of my handsome face " Now Yoongi thought to stop Jin before he gets behind bars in the case of killing his own younger brother, lmao.

" hyung!! hyung I got your stuff " he exclaimed.

Yeah, Yoongi remembered when Jin was telling Namjoon that he's out of his masks.

" really?? " Yoongi nodded as a reply to Jin.

Yoongi couldn't help his snickers now. " They are in my suitcase, you may take them from there " he told his hyung and straight went to his room.

Entering their big mansion, Ensa was greeted by an annoyed Jin, standing at the door with his hands folded against his chest and a ' Get ready for a scold ' look. Poor girl!! She was so much into the case investigation that she didn't remember to text them. Luckily, her eyes met with Yoongi, who just showed up from his room. She slightly pouted giving Yoongi a 'save me ' look to which Yoongi chuckled.

" So Ms Min, where were you?? " Jin's eomma mode was on itself.

Before she could reply Yoongi intruded

" hyung!! did you get those masks?? "

Jin smiled widely at his question " oh yeah thanks for the strawberry flavor " he replied

" that's cherry hyung " Yoongi corrected his elder. Jin parted his lips releasing an 'aah'

" anyway, get to the dinning table both of you "

Dear Seokjin is forgetful sometimes. He completely forgot that he was going to lecture his sister. Anyway, atleast it's good for her right??

" Thank you, thank you so much oppa " she exclaimed whisper-screaming.

" Where were you btw?? " Yoongi asked .

" I'm sorry I got a new case and I was so much involved that I forgot to text you "

Yoongi nodded to her reply " Make sure to atleast text hyung from the next time " he asked her.

She smiled and side hugged him ,Yoongi returned the hug dearly

" I shall go before he remembers to scold me " She said smiling sheepishly and hopped to the stairwell.

Yoongi stood there, admiring his sisters features with a smile on his face. Who would say she's 25?? Not atleast her brothers. She's still a bubbly and joyful kid for them.

Jin came from the kitchen with two mugs of dark coffee. " Here your coffees " he said placing the mugs on the coffee table.

Both his younger brothers mumbled " thanks hyung " .

Working till late night, sucks but what can they do. It's their work. Handling a company that's expanding world wide isn't easy though.

" When are you going to see the location?? " Namjoon asked to his eldest brother.

" Soon, once I receive the emails " Jin replied.

Jin too works but from home, he has took over the company at a really young age of 20 but now he rarely visits the factory or headquarters since Yoongi and Namjoon are now looking after the work.

All of a sudden Jin's eyes landed on a figure that was walking down the stairwell. hey wait!!? A ghost or a spirit??

" Ensa yaaah!! What are you doing there at this hour?? " Jin shouted not angrily.

Phew it was his sister not a spirit.

Yoongi and Namjoon snapped to look at the stairwell

" Oppa did you see my pendent?? " She asked looking around everything as if she was searching something, probably her pendent.

" Which pendent are you talking about?? " Namjoon asked.

" The gold chain one that has a purple heart shaped gemstone attached " she explained them.

" Must be in your jewelry box " Jin replied.

She shook her head " I wear that everyday " removing the cushions, she searched that everywhere she could.

Getting tired of searching she plopped down on the couch beside Namjoon with a sad face

" You might have dropped it somewhere, search in the morning " Jin told her .

" I can't sleep without that " she exclaimed, whinning like a baby.

" I'll get you a new one " Yoongi advised

" I want that only " she whimpered.

Now her brothers were a bit surprised. They never saw her, whinning for just a small thing, a pendent. Little did they know, that wasn't just a pendent, atleast not for her. It was way too precious than her own heartbeats, for her.

" Wait, I think I left that with Jimin!! " She remembers the event when Jimin first time noticed her pendent, today and asked her to show in his hands.

She quickly grabbed the land-line phone " wait!! you should not disturb him at this hour " Namjoon stopped her.

" I'm sure he's not sleeping right now. he's a night owl " She tried to explain

" Still, you can ask him tomorrow after all you work together " this time Jin stopped her.

" oppaaaa if you're thinking he will get disturbed by my call you are wrong. he will definitely pick seeing that I'm calling " She groaned.

" What's so special about that pendent that you are acting this way?? " Yoongi's question just made her speechless.

She had no words to reply with. one, coz there's actually no words to explain how much important that little thing was. And two, She couldn't express out in front of her Oppa's, why that was so important.

She said nothing and headed back to her room, silently. They looked at each other in confusion, non of them knew why their sister acted so weird all of a sudden.

Spending the whole night, waiting for the sun to rise and Jimin to come to return her dear pendent, Ensa didn't slept for even a sec. She was so scared of losing that small thing that sleep didn't hit her. However she texted Jimin to confirm if she's right that her precious thing is with him, at night.

Hearing the doorbell, she quickly approached the door that was already opened by Yoongi

" Good morning hyung " Jimin greeted to her brother.

"Morning Officer Min " He chimed at her with chuckle.

She simply extended her arm opening her palm and asked for the pendent.

" Thank God it was with you, she would have started to cry otherwise " Namjoon's taunt to his sister was heard from behind.

Ignoring Namjoon, she just took the pendent from Jimin and kissed it before hooking up in her neck.

" Thank you so fvcking much minie " She exclaimed in joy.

Yoongi tapped her head " Good girls don't curse " He exclaimed.

She gave a sheepish grin and a look to Jimin who is the one whose impacts are these. He returned an awkward smile.
