Hi Guys, This is my first time writing a story, and English is not my native language, please don't be angry about my bad English, but I will ensure that the storyline will be understandable and good.

"Happy Family"

Mia at the age of 6

"Hello, everyone who is present here, I am Mia Lu, today I am talking about "My Happy Family". My dad and my mom are the best in the whole world. I love my parents....bla..bla..."

She was practicing her speech for tomorrow's school function, in which all the students have to talk about their happy family and surprise their parents. So mia was secretly practicing in her room.

"What is she doing in her room for so long? she has been doing this for the past few days," said Ms.Lu.

"Maybe she has lots of homework to do," said Mr.Lu

"No, this is not her type, Did you forget our princess is a straight-A student," said Ms.Lu.

"....(thinking)..Yes," said Mr.Lu.

"She is secretly doing something behind our back," said Ms.Lu

"Don't worry our princess is a good girl(obedient)" said Mr.Lu

"Ya..ya.. very goooood.. girl...(meaning very Naughty)"

Mia was a very naughty girl, she was having a carefree life. Her parents treat her like a princess. She was very happy with them.

Dinner time.

"Mia dinner is ready, come down soon"

"yes, mom coming..(shouts)," Finally I finished preparing for tomorrow. while going down mia thinks: Mom and Dad, I will surprise you both tomorrow. (smiling to herself)

"Mia do you have so much homework to do nowadays," asks Ms.lu

"No mom that's not it, .....I mean Yes mom a little extra homework"(smiling awkwardly)

"princess, you can speak to us if you have any difficulty in your homework, we are here to help you any time," said Mr.Lu

"yes mia we are here for you," said Ms.Lu

seeing her parents comforting her, even though they don't have any idea what's going on, Mia felt like crying(happy tears), she was so happy to hear those words from them. In spite of their busy schedules, they were assuring her we are with you. (Both Her parents were working)

Holding her tears back mia said

"Mom! Dad! there is no problem with my homework, but I need you guys to promise something for me, can you?."

"yes, princess" (Both said at a time.

"will you two always be by my side like this forever?" (with expecting eyes)

They both were speechless for a movement and said "yes our princess, we will always be by your side forever,"

Mia was so happy now and hugs both of them, she felt heaven is nowhere else it is in my home.

They stayed there for some time and after consoling each other they started to have their dinner.

while having dinner, mia was talking non stop about her today's school.

"Dear, our daughter is very talkative, she won't stop talking even after the world goes upside down," said Ms.Lu whispering.

"No, that's one of her talents," said Mr.lu whispering.

They both were whispering to each other and smiling. Mia notices and stops talking and stare at them angrily.

"Are you not listening to me?" asks Mia

They both look at each other signaling what was she talking about just now.

"So you both were really not listening to me?" Mia was very angry now.

They both see her angry face and tries to console her...

"We are a sorry princess, we won't repeat this again," said Ms.Lu

"Yes... Yes.. we won't Repeat this again" Mr.Lu

"No, Mistake is a Mistake. My teacher said anybody who's committed a mistake must take punishments" said Mia

They both look at each other faces and wonder what punishment will our little princess gives?.

"your punishment is: both of you should bake me my favorite strawberry cake," Mia said making a serious expression on her face.

everyone look at each other for some movements and burst into laughter.

Ms.Lu bows in front of Mia and says "Anything for my Princess"

Mr.Lu also bows and says "At your service my Princess"

Mia smiles and hugs them and say "Now let's start baking the cake"

That night they enjoyed baking the cake and all of them were happy.

Next day at School

Today was the day Mia was waiting, to give a big surprise for her Parents.

Mia and her parents reached the school. When  Mia was about to go backstage, she held her parent's hands and told them "I have a big surprise for you both".  " Is it? What is that Surprise?" Asked Mr.Lu.

"It won't be a surprise if I tell you now," Said Mia

"Ok, we will wait for it," Said Ms.lu with a smiling face.

Before going Mia hugs her parents and leaves to go to her Teacher.

"Our princess has grown up now," said Ms.Lu

"Yes, she even prepared a surprise for us" Said Mr.Lu

Both of them smiled and took a seat to watch the function...

Some movements later, the function Started...

Anchor: "Hello to Everyone who is present here, a hearty welcome to the function of XXX school.....

After all the Welcome speech, and guest 's Speech, it was finally time for the performance of kids.

The anchor called for mia to come on stage to show her surprise.

Mia came on the stage boldly holding some board in her hand, even though she was a bit nervous to come on the stage, she was more than happy to give surprise to her parents. At the same time, Mia's parents were eager to see what could be her surprise.

Mia stood in the center of the stage and turned her board to face the audience. Mia's parent's eyes were filled with tears and were surprised. Mia was showing her cute little drawing of her family.

Mia started to introduce herself  "Hello, everyone I am Mia Lu, today I am talking about "My Happy Family"

My family has 3 members, My dad, My mom and me. My dad and my Mom are the best in the whole world. I love my parents very much. We all love, respect, and care for each other. We all love to spend time with each other after dinner every night. My family has taught me good lessons about love, unity, and cooperation among ourselves. I pray to God to protect my family from all evils and vices and keep us safe from all dangers of life. I wish my parents to stay with me forever."

Mia's parents were really surprised at how their little princess was talking about their family. They were happy and filled with tears in their eyes looking their little princess on stage. Mia thanked everyone and finished her speech and bowed her head to the audience and walked off the stage. Mr. and Ms.Lu were very happy now.

After the function was over, Mia was searching for her parents. When she sees them, she ran to them and hugs them and ask "How was my surprise?". "It was beautiful my little princess," said Ms.lu

"Do you want another surprise," asked Mr.lu. Mia's eyes were wide open and were eagerly said "Yes... Yes..."

"But you should promise to us One thing first," said Mr.Lu

Mia said "Yes".

"You should promise us, even if we are not with you forever, you should be brave and become a successful person in your life," said Mr.Lu

Hearing those words from her dad Mia was shocked, her face turned pale, tears filled in eyes, she felt sad and asked in the low and choking voice " Are you guys leaving me going somewhere".

Mr.Lu said "No princess we are not going anywhere, we just want our princess to be strong and independent in her life," "But I will be more strong with you guys by my side," said Mia.

"Of course we will be by your side, but you should promise us to stay strong even without us," Said Ms.Lu

Mia was feeling sad and don't know what to speak. She was thinking very deeply. Mr.Lu: " Princess it is just a simple Promise, I know you can do that, and we also have a surprise for you," hearing those words, Mia promised unwillingly to her parents " Ok, I promise to stay Strong,"

"Now that's our cute little princess," said Mr.Lu

Saying that Mr.Lu handed a gift box into Mia's hand and said to open it and see. Mia opens and sees a beautiful necklace.

Mia's lips turn into a small curve. " This is our little gift for our little princess," saying that Mr.Lu places the necklace on mia's neck and asks " How is it, little Princess?" Mia was so happy and says " It is beautiful". They all hug each other and stay there for some movements.

Later, Mia and her parents were about to leave the school, they reached almost near the school gate, suddenly Mia's best friend Yumi calls Mia. Mia gets down from her father's hands and went to speak to her. Ms.Lu tells Mia they will be waiting in the car for her, and told her to come soon and they left.

"Yumi why are you looking for me," asked Mia. "The teacher gave Chocolates to everyone, so I bought some Chocolates for you," said Yumi. Mia and Yumi were best friends, more like they were like their own sisters.

Mia accepts the chocolate from Yumi and says "Bye, it is getting late, let's meet tomorrow," and she was waving her hand to yumi and was coming outside the school gate. Mia's parents were already waiting in the car for her to come.

She suddenly bumped into some boy. The boy and Mia both fell on the ground but they were not hurt. The boy was in a hurry so he said sorry in a cold tone and stood up very soon and left. Mia stood up and was about to go near to her parents. Suddenly a truck came and hits the car in which Mia's parents were sitting. Mia's eyes were wide open and shout "MOM! DAD!

Same Day  (Early morning)

In Li's Mansion

The Sun came high and the sunlight was falling on my eyes. I slowly opened my eyes and saw a beautiful cake in front of me, slowly my lips turned to a curve making a smile and saw my Grandpa, Grandma, my Dad, and Mom, waiting for me to open my eyes. "We wish you a wonderful Birthday 'Will'," everyone wished at the same time.

"Thank you," said William (Will).

William(Will), is a 10yr old boy. He was a cute and kind boy but he was short-tempered. He may get angry even for a small matter. Expect for short-temper he was an obedient, kind, and caring guy. He was a little neat freak type guy.  He cares for his family the most. He is the young master of family Li. He was the only heir in famil Li, and of course, he will become the next president of Li group. (this is Willams introduction, now let us continue with the story)

Willam's Pov

Hearing the birthday wish from my family I was so happy and I was over the moon now.  " Good morning everyone and thanks to grandma, grandpa, mom, dad," with a bright smile on my face. I hug all of them, they hug me back and wished me once again. I excused myself and went to the bathroom to fresh up myself. After 30min, I came out taking the shower. Everyone was waiting for me with the gifts in their hands. actually I do not care about the gifts or the cake, what I care about the most is their love for me and even I love them a lot. I immediately changed into my new birthday dress and went to them and received my gifts with a smile. Later they handed me a knife and I cut the cake.

Like all the times, the cake was beautiful. we shared the cake with each other went down to have our breakfast.

At the Dining Table

I was very happy today. The maids served me which was all my favorite dishes. I was in a happy mood and was enjoying my breakfast. I asked my parents " Are you guys coming with me to the amusement park today with me," with expecting an answer yes form them. But, they all looked at me with a disappointed look on their faces, and silence filled the room, nobody uttered a word. I understood what does that mean. I felt like I was falling from the moon back to earth now. "So you are really not coming with me even this time," I said with a disappointed tone in my voice. Again there was silence filled in the room. I cannot bear this silence so I stood up from my chair in anger.

"Will, wait... listen to our explanation," said Mrs. Li. But I was not in the mood to listen to any explanation so I said in a cold tone "It's ok I will go alone this time,". Sying that I left the table and ran into my room and shut the door making a "Bamm.." sound with anger. It did not surprise me because this was always happening from the past 5yrs.

Only elders were left at the dining table. "Are you both so busy, that you can't even go to the Theme park with your own son even on his Birthday. It was the only one wish he been aking you from the age of 5," said grandma Li.

"Can't you fulfill his simple wish," said Grandpa Li in a cold tone and was staring at Mr.Li

Willam has a short temper, he will be very angry but he will not do any reckless things. He always wanted to go to an amusement park with his family(everyone included). But every time from the age of 5, it was always only Grandma and Grandpa were accompanying him to go there. He wished his parents could also join him.

"You know his short temper, even though you guys won't give up your work," said Grandma Li.

Both Mr. and Mrs.Li were looking down and were silent. After a few seconds " We are sorry, there is a small problem in the company, which has to resolve immediately," said Mr.Li.

Mr.Li was the current President and Mrs.Li was his assistant of Li.g Group. hearing those words grandpa banged the table and stood up in anger and said in a cold tone " What kind of problems do you always have in the company during his birthday," Every year this was repeated on his birthday. His parents always would give some reasons and were not able to accompany him to the amusement park. They love William so much, even they want to go with him to the park but even they don't know the reason why? problems arise on his birthday only.

Mr. and Mrs.Li stood up from their chair and bowed down their heads in apology. hearing that Grandpa left the table.

even Grandma was about to leave the table she said " It's not our place to forgive you," and left.

Inside the room

William's Pov

I feel very disappointed, it is the same every year. Do my parents really love me? I don't want any cakes or any gifts from them I just want them to Acoppny me to the park at least once. Tears were rolling on his face now. he felt sad

After some time, I wiped my tears and washed my face, and was getting ready to go to the amusement park with my grandparents. After I finished, I came down and saw my grandparents were waiting for me and they were smiling. I gave them a fake smile and came down the stairs. "Will" called my mom. I ignored their call and said "come granny lets go," "Will, please forgive us" said my dad. I was angry at them, but they are my parents so I just said "hmm" and ran out of the door and sat in the car. My grandparents also followed me to the car and we left the mansion.

While going to the amusement park, he was sad and was looking outside the window and noticed there was a function going on in XXX school. Later he reached the amusement park. He loves to play in the amusement park, so he had a smile on his face when he reached there. They all entered the park and enjoyed it a lot. After some time, it was getting a bit darker so they all planned to return home. While going on the way, his grandparents insisted to buy another cake to cheer up his mood. So they stopped near a bakery to buy a cake for him. All of them got down the car and went in. Grandpa and grandma were busy selecting a cake for him. William notices the school which he saw in the morning. So he plans to take a look at what was going on there. He quietly sneaks out from the bakery and ran towards the school. Even the driver did not notice him going towards the school.

William ran and came near the school gate and he was busy watching the decorations. Suddenly he bumped into a little girl, and both fell down. William was shocked and remembered his grandparents might be searching for him. So he stood up hurriedly and said sorry in a cold tone and ran from there towards the direction of the bakery. While he was running, suddenly he heard a loud sound and some girl shouting MOM! DAD!. He turned back immediately and saw an accident.  He was in a hurry, thinking his grandparents would be worried so he did not stay there and started running towards the bakery.
