Found an easy job for a good amount of money thanks to his boyfriend.
Everything seems fine and he's having a great time.

Kook moved his phone away from his ear, in fear of ending deaf because of his boyfriends yelling.

At 8PM.The door was unlocked and there was a note on the table to tell me to let myself in, that the kid was already asleep and they will be back around midnight.

I texted Jimin he's calling 911.

Hearing his boyfriends yelling made the situation too realistic and Jungkook's hands started shaking uncontrollably.

Jungkook looked around. The living room had two windows leading to the front garden and he could see the back door from there, at the end of the hallway.
Before he could decided which way to go, a loud sound make him freez again.
Jungkook
I -I think that... There's someone upstair.
The breathing coming from the phone stopped as Taehyung halted his run.
Multiple thoughts gather in Jungkook's mind. What if there really was a child upstairs? What if he was just overreacting?
He decided to investigate.
Jungkook
I think we're overreacting Tae, it's just a job. Maybe the child woke-up. I'll just check and if something if fishy I'll just leave.
Taehyung
What the f*** Kook.
Taehyung
You're locked in some unknown house!
Jungkook
Look there's another door in the kitchen, I'm just going to make sure that there's nothing wrong.
Jungkook
Freaking hell Taehyung if I let a child alone they could sue me if something happens to him.

Jungkook frowned at his tone. Taehyung often acted annoyed or grumpy to tease him but he never yelled like that before.
Suddenly the small sounds of crawling from upstairs stop.
Jungkook
What the f***? Some noise is coming like someone... crawling?
Jungkook
What if it's the kid?
Taehyung
I'm begging you Kook.
Taehyung's voice was terrified and Kook never felt scared like that before.
Jungkook looked at the upstairs floor and he couldn't see anything since it's so dark.
He had to get the hell out of there.
Someone entered his apartment last night and put that paper for him to see. This was done all on purpose.
To get him in this house.

His stomach turned at the thought of someone literally entering his room. Watching him sleep.

There's another door, I'm going to try it.
His voice was so quiet, he didn't know if Taehyung heard it but his answer come right back.
Taehyung
Ok good Kook, I'm almost at the shop.
Knowing that his boyfriend wasn't far gave him the push he needed to get moving.
Careful of his steps he looked around warily. The TV was still on, letting out a muffled background noise.

Do you hear anything else?

Jungkook
... No... May be I imagined the noise...
Warring of his steps he crossed the dark hallway, choosing not to turn on the light and reached to the kitchen.
He noticed nothing out of ordinary in the room. It was clean and tidy. Maybe a little too clean for a house with a young child.
This thought almost slapped him mentally.
Now that he thought about it he didn't see anything showing that a kid was also living there. No toys, no drawings, no pictures.
As he push it, the door let out an ominous crack and he almost swear staying still, attentive to the slightest sound.
There was a horror-movie crack coming from the stairs.
A shiver run down his spine and his body froze, the door only a step away.
Jungkook
(There's definitely someone here.)
Pressing the phone between his hands he started to hesitate.
Jungkook
(Do I just go for it? Do I just hide?)
The silence keep going, only his heartbeat reasoning in his ears.
Suddenly heavy footsteps running down the stairs broke the tensed silence and his heart dropped.
Without realising it he grabbed the handle and yanked the thankfully unlocked exit.
He bolted through the door as soon as possible not bothering to look back even for a second.
In blur he crossed the terrace, jumping over the fance without any hesitation and crossed the street.
Panting he put the phone against his ear.
Jungkook
I'm out... Tae I'm f****** out.
Taehyung
Thank god! You weren't talking I thought he- Damn it, thank god you got out.
Taehyung
Just keep running... I'll meet you halfway.
Kook turned his head to see the head as he kept running down the street.
At the window he could see a dark figure standing still.
And it was definitely not a child.
