Jimin's POV:

The morning light of the rising sun is touching my eyelids through my window. I tried to open my eyes and unwrapped the bedsheets which is covering me. I am sitting on the edge of my bed and searching for my glasses that I placed on the table beside my bed before going to sleep last night. I took my glasses and placed them on my nose bridge. I walked into my bathroom which is connected to my room. As usual, I wore my uniform and headed downstairs to catch up my breakfast.

At the dining table

My dad is very busy in discussing his business stuff on phone. He doesn't even notice my arrival. My younger brother is eating his breakfast. He rolled his eyes at me while I'm taking my seat beside him. He pulled the chair backwards and made me fall on the ground. I winced in pain and saw him smirking. He turned his gaze at our father to make sure that he is not seeing. My dad is still busy in his conversation so he doesn't even take a glance at us. I got up and brushed my pants. I grabbed the chair behind me and sat on that without looking at my brother. I hung my head down and kept staring at my plate.

*I don't know why my brother always likes to bully me*

My mom came from kitchen and took her place beside my father. It is very silent , I hear nothing except my dad's conversation, I had my breakfast as soon as possible and hung my bag on my shoulders. I saw a car waiting for me infront of my home door. "Good Morning, Sir " my personal driver wished me.

"Good Morning Mr.Lansen " I wished him back and got into the car.

*he is the only person in this world who is nice to me*

(When Jimin was five years old) ~

Early in the morning my mom(Somin) came into my room and kissed on my cheek, wishing me

"happy birthday to my dearest mochi" by hearing that I woke up very cheerfully to see her. There she is smiling brightly in front of me which made my face to light up with a bright smile as well.

"thank you very much mom" I yelled in joy and she gave me a warm hug. I feel so secure and happy whenever she hugs me. I like hugging her very much.

  "go and get ready we are going to have fun today" by saying that she placed a suit on my bed.

Jimin: "mom this suit is pretty awesome! Is it really for me?"

Mom: "yes dear it is for you"

I jumped in excitement and made my way to bathroom. But

I halted in my steps 

"Mom, is dad going to spend some time with us at least for today?" I asked while peeking through the bathroom door. She turned back by hearing my question and looked at me for a while.

Mom: "maybe, I think" she averted her gaze after saying that.

Authors pov:

Somin, and jimin's dad(park min ho) had a love marriage. They fell in love with each other in high school. After that, they revealed their relationship to both of their families and married each other. But love between them started to disappear slowly because Min-ho was one of the finest billionaire's son. He was appointed as the CEO of their company. He became busy in his business world and it drew the distance between Somin and Min-ho. After two years of their married life, Somin got pregnant and she wished her husband's attention towards her. But being a busy person Min-ho never did that. After few months she gave birth to Jimin on one fine day.

By hearing that news Min-ho rushed to the hospital happily to see his son. When he was opening the hospital door.

"STOP!" he heard a voice.

"STOP" he heard a voice. His eyes widened after realising that is his wife's voice. He stood there for a while and asked Somin "w-why?"

"Don't dare to come inside!" she said  angrily.

He remained speechless for a moment and decided to enter the room. She couldn't control anymore and started crying.

Min-ho: "w-why are you crying? why are you not allowing me to see our son?"

Somin: "oh! Thank God, at least you remembered that he is our son,"

Min-ho: "what are you saying?"

Somin: "you are not the one who I loved, you are not the one who I knew, you are not the one who I trusted and fell for, you've changed a lot. You didn't even take care of me when I was pregnant. I know that you are the CEO who is busy with your work. I did not expect your complete attention but I expected at least a dinner whenever you were free and your concern when I was pregnant. Besides taking care of me you left me at home alone on my delivery time. You know how I felt when I was in pain, I called you but you didn't answer my call. I dragged myself to the car and drove to the hospital. I thought I'd never see you and our baby " tears are flooding from her eyes.

After hearing what she said, his heart really broken while imagining the situation she faced a moment ago. He felt very guilty for being like that with her. His cheeks are wet by his tears.

Min-ho: "I-I didn't mean to do that. I'm not a perfect husband to you, I can't even **** ****, I didn't take care of you, I'm such a foolish husband who doesn't even care his pregnant wife, I don't deserve you, I did nothing as I promised you. You always remained as a good wife to me. I'm really an idiot, a worthless person" he sobbed holding her hand.

Somin also cried and made an attempt to look into his eyes while placing her hand on his chin to tilt his head up. She looked his eyes which are red and are really filled with guilty.

Somin: "Look! This is not the time for thinking about our past. Don't feel guilty, we have a son now. We should think about his future, right?" She wiped the tears on his cheeks by saying that. He nodded his head as an answer and is trying to hold his tears back. It's very rare for her to see him cry.

Min-ho: "Can I see our son?"

She nodded her head as a yes. He walked towards his baby where it was sleeping peacefully in the crib. His is amused by beauty of his baby, all thoughts in his mind are erased and he is just admiring his son.

* He is super cute* he thought

He is happy and proud. He placed his hands on the cheeks of the baby boy, he can feel how soft they are and he slightly pinched his cheek which made him to cry. He panicked by his reaction for a second and chuckled by placing his hands around the baby to lift him up.

Min-ho: "Oww! why are you crying my little cutie pie? You Don't want your daddy to touch you? Or Are you feeling shy to my first touch as your mother did?" He is smirking while looking at Somin from the corner of his eyes and planted a kiss on baby's cheeks. Somin smiled at his words. They named that baby boy as Jimin

They lived happily after the birth of Jimin but that happiness was no longer found. When Jimin was three years old Minho's company went almost bankrupt, for backing up the company's loss he had to work hard for the company to bring back in its original state. By being the CEO, he used to work hard for his company. He started ignoring his family with his business tensions again.

(Finally back to the day of Jimin's fifth birthday )

Somin's Pov**:

I decided to make Jimin happy because it's his fifth birthday and I still remember how he is growing day by day from the moment of his birth. He could be the happiest person if Min\-ho spends some time with Jimin today. I know, it wouldn't happen because he went to NewYork for attending an important meeting.  I've seen Jimin coming from his room. He is so handsome in that suit.

* He is resembling his father as he's growing up*

I took my car keys and signalled him to come out. He smiled at me and walked through the front door with excitement. Jimin and I sat in the car. I'm in my driving seat and Jimin seated next to me and is struggling to buckle his seat belt. I chuckled and leaned to help him

"Oh my little kid, don't struggle too much"

"I'm not a kid any more. I've turned five" he pouted showing his cute little fingers indicating five.

"Sure you are not" I ruffled his hair and shouted in excitement "Are you ready?"

" YEESSS," he said cheerfully.

"Where are we going?" he asked.

" it's a surprise" I winked at him

We are talking about random things about his school.

" Mom! does dad remember that today is my birthday?" He made a dull voice

"yes, for sure!"

"then why didn't he wish me?

"Uhh... Actually, that's my fault he told me to wish you on behalf of him. Oops, I'm sorry I forgot to tell you" I covered as my best.

" Really?" He asked in a doubtful voice.

I diverted the topic by stopping the car and yelled in excitement "here we go" By listening that he turned his head to look outside. He made weird sounds in joy by seeing the entrance of the zoo.

We enjoyed a lot in the zoo, after that we had lunch in a famous restaurant and went to some superhero movie. The movie is completed, both of us came out of the theatre. I realised it's already dark outside. We are walking together in the parking lot towards my car.

We are inside the car and I asked Jimin to close his eyes, he did as what I said. I gave his birthday gift and asked himnopen his eyes. He is really happy about that and I'm satisfied that he liked it.

I started driving and heading back to home.

"stop the car, mom please stop the car! " Jimin shouted.

I stopped the car at the side of the road making sure to avoid the traffic jam. He unbuckled his seat belt and rushed out of the car.

"Jimin! where are you going? Hey, slow down kid! " I yelled at him.

He turned back " there is my favourite toy in that toy store mom," he said while pointing his index finger to the toy store which is across the road. He crossed the road when I'm  locking the car.

" Be careful!"  I shouted he smiled in return and waiting for me to cross the road.

When I'm crossing the road a light flashed suddenly on my face which made my vision blind. I covered my face with my hand to see what it is within a second I felt something hit me hard. I flew in air due to the force and landed on the road lying on the right side of my body. I can feel something is flooding under my body, it is so warm and my body is getting wet by that. I realized that I am soaking in my blood. My eyelids are becoming heavy, but I don't want to close my eyes, at least not now. I want to see Jimin. I am gathering my full strength for not to close my eyes and trying to look infront of me. I feel a stinging pain in my ribs, and head.

Jimin POV:

It is night 11 'O' clock still dad didn't reach the hospital. I've been in hospital alone since last 3 hours. I don't know what is happening for sure, but I guess doctors are trying hard to save my mom.

(author's Pov: when Jimin's mom met with an accident Jimin was unable to understand what happened to his mom. He stood there for a while in shock. He was crying without even realising. After a while people gathered around him while he was trying to wake up his mom. A stranger helped Jimin to take his mom to the hospital )

"Dad" I quickly ran to my father by crying. He is worried I've never seen him like that. After an hour a doctor came out of OT(operation theatre) with a sad face and said

"sorry we couldn't save her. It's your bad luck she might be alive if she is at right time in the hospital"

after saying that he gave a sympathetic look. My father started crying. I am really confused about what doctor said. I want to see my mom, I want to talk to her, I miss her so bad and is worried at the same time. I ran to her room and saw her lying on the bed. I went close to my mom and touched her hand

" mom wake up. I'm really so scared, I want to talk with you" I cried holding her hand. She didn't respond, so I repeated the same still there's no response.

"Mom please wake up why are you not responding? Are you angry at me? Why are you not talking? Please talk to me, mom. Did I do any mistake, then why are you not responding? I promise you that I won't make you angry from now on. Please respond mom, I want to talk with you. We will go home together. Mom, wake up " at this point I'm crying a lot. Then my dad entered the room and hugged me from back, he too cried with me and said

" Jimin, mom is taken away from us by god "

After 6 months~~~

My father was forcefully put into a second marriage by my grandpa, and I had a brother after that.

I thought that my new mom(stepmother) would take care of me but I was wrong she never cared for me. She treated me like a non-existing person and a burden in this world. My dad never spoke to me after the death of my mom. There was no one to care for me and to be on my side. All these reasons pushed me into depression and as a result, I ended up being a nerd with no friends in school.

All the students in the school like to bully me and sometimes even girls bully me. But I never complained anything to my father or teachers about them. They don't know that I'm one of the billionaire's son or my father is the great PARK MIN HO who is the top businessman in Korea.
